Ricky was AMAZING! Literally gave us A1 customer service from the moment we stepped in the door. He went above and beyond to make sure we got great deals and even secured a 7 year (77,000 mil) warranty for one of our options. He was amazing in every sense of the word. He was patient and eager to make things happen. Also, EVERYONE in the facility was so nice and welcoming. No exaggeration. I highly recommend this facility for your car buying needs, especially if you re skeptical of getting approval.

after finally getting a deal the car is AWFUL. the car was sold with bad brake pads. took weeks before they fixed them all for the brakes to start failing while i m driving nearly causing an accident. DO NOT BUY HERE. i regret it & now am back at the spot I once was trying to now get rid of this car for something reliable from a more credible dealership!

I left a deposit to Kenny to hold a car down because he was working on financing for us. We came back and we decided we needed a truck instead. He said he needed time to work on financing and will call us back. He went MIA for a couple days due to him being sick. After that we decided we no longer wanted to get a vehicle and he stated he would return the money. It s been a month and still no money. His been making excuses for us to wait on his check. That money should ve never been spent. We have text messages from him and his manager about the money they owe me. Bad business! ! I also have a handwritten receipt from Kenny.

This is indeed the most worst place to purchase a vehicle.save yourself the trouble and don't even bother,Gotta and Rick,Kenny should find a better dealership to work for to save their reputation.i bought a truck 2days ago,no oil,fuel leak,spent 9hrs in the dealership waiting for an oil change that never happened,they poured oil in it as if it was a lawnmower,shall I continue?

This is the worst dealership to buy a car from. They sold me a car that was completely dry of oil because it had a leak somewhere they told the only thing wrong was breaks and a wheel bearing after i ask them 4-5 times an they refused to let me get it inspected. The next morning I tried to put oil in it but it ran right out, i called them about it and was told yes they woul repair it but i would have to pay for it. I cancelled the payment on the car and returned it to them. I asked to have my name removed from the title and they refused.the following day they called me saying it was repaired, and i told them just take my name off of the title they refused again then said they i was committing a crime and could go to jail. I ask how is that when they have the car and refuse to return a portion of my payment.

Rick was the most the amazing kind hearted person I've even done business with. My car broke down they towed it in got me a new vehicle 250 payment with 60k miles my credit was a zero. I would recommend my family and friends. Definitely go see Rick and Jerry was my sales guy. Route 6 for life baby!

Great selection of vehicles! Courteous staff! They will price match if you find a comparable vehicle for a lower price. They ordered lunch for the customers which is great since you know how it is at dealerships. Isaac was very helpful and worked with us on our deal. Walked away a happy new car owner.

Before I was going there I thought its not gonna worth to drive that far but I was wrong. When I went there and meet AJ & Specially Rick it was really welcoming and honestly it was not look like typical dealership. There was no pressure at all. After test drive I made an offer and in few minutes we were able to come to same point which is acceptable for both of us.Got a good deal. They worked to get me the best deal. Go, bad credit, good or excellent, they have something for you. Just go and see for yourself.

These guys were upfront and extremely accommodating and helpful.. never once did I get the feeling of being pushed into something or the feeling of being dishonest! Both Wayne and Bill are awesome and were a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend anyone looking for a clean second hand vehicle to check these guys out! Thanks for an awesome car, we love it!

Mr. Gotti and Rick, Issac are warm and friendly. They worked to get me the best deal I guess. Good, bad credit they will help you. They are not there anymore. The cars look good, but you nor the dealership knows what is wrong with the car until you sign on the dotted line and you take it home. You will have to come back often, and the mechanic will work on it, just to send you home and you will have to come back. I changed my review because Larry got upset with my first review and without apologising came back to me and said change your review and we will fix your car; so I changed it. I don't care now, the vehicle won't pass an emissions test and burns oil. It does not take six months to repair a car. My next car will come from an established reputable dealership, stay away from this place.

If there was a choice they would have a 0. I just can't believe a mother of 4 looking for a reliable car/truck for my family, I was done so wrong. I buy a truck from them didn't know it needed work on it within That month I was told I had to pay more money just to get a problem fix. Even though The problem was already there before I bought it. But never will I ever go them again. I WOULDN'T EVEN RECOMMEND A ENEMY IF I HAD ONE. AVOID THESE people THEY JUST WONT YOUR MONEY

Would give 0 stars if possible. This dealership is nothing but fraud i do not know how they are still in business. Worst car buying experience ever. They hide lights and problems and promise you the car is in perfect condition but it is not and they refuse to fix anything even if it is promised. Do not even take a risk with going to these guys. While sitting there waiting for 8 hours for them to do your paperwork you will see how many customers come in unhappy. That should have been a red flag for me but i trusted them and got screwed out of thousands. Stay away from this shady dealership.

Very very horrible! Purchased a vehicle from these crooks September 2018. Traded a vehicle in towards a purchase, they took 3 months to pay the vehicle off! Causing me to take an very negative effect on my credit. Went round and around with the finance mgr.. Ed. He assured me many times that a payoff was sent off. Found out he was just creating shipping labels and never sent a payoff check. It finally took for me to get ABC news, attorney General office and BBB involved to get my trade-in paid off. Also found out that I'm not the only person that has been thru this with them. They're your best friend when you walk through the door..but once they get you financed and gone they care nothing bout you! Would never do business with these crooks! Watch out for they're salesman Isaac Myrickes he'll sale his mother into slavery given a profit...and he's a member of my blood family!

I bought my vehicle Aug 18th, the agreement was that I leave it to get some external details fixed prior to me knowing it had internal issues. I received a phone call 2 days after stating my vehicle was ready to be picked up when I made it there it wasn t even fixed or washed so I left it there. I went back to get it 2 days after that and realized the stuff that was supposed to be done wasn t professionally done my buttons for the door were not changed they were painted with a BLACK SHARPIE instead of replaced!!! The whispers were not even the correct whispers for the vehicle. I was dropped off so I had no choice but to take my vehicle home with me but called and made another appointment and brought the vehicle BACK again to get the whispers replaces because they weren t on right so they fell off and permanently scratched my windshield, my rear back lamp lights where not working so that needed to be changed so they changed that but was told to bring the truck back because they had to order something and I would need to leave it because it was a longer process were my bumper had to be removed In order to change the light. Also an oil change was needed to be done because my vehicle had a shake to it since I bought it but being that I AM NOT A MECHANIC I couldn t pinpoint or confirm that was the issue. They fixed a few other things that were wrong but not the things I noticed. In the mist of all that which by then was a matter of a month everyone was avoiding me I had to call multiple times and I would hold for 20 plus min and one person would tell me to speak to the next person ect. By the time I got to drive and semi enjoy my vehicle it was time for my car note! Which is terrible that I took my truck there 4 to 5 different times and STILL my whispers weren t replaced I made a final attempt to get the whippers replaced and an oil change and was told we have a already invested enough money into the truck and an oil change was not acknowledged in the paperwork . I hung up and took my truck to the dealership to replace my whispers, get an oil change/ filters and my Air intake because they were torn, I HAD to pay for all that out of my own pocket!! I was out of $350 Including being out of my car note money for a vehicle I JUST BOUGHT! NOW my muffler was making a terrible noise and that was needed to be replaced because it was rotten!! I ve only had this Mercedes truck 2 months! I am livid and upset that their unprofessionalism and their discourteousness all they care about is selling the vehicle and once they do they don t care to know your outcome or concerns. I was referred by a friend but I would NEVER refer anyone to this place! If I could chose no stars and still place my review I would do that! I ll make sure I check reviews for everything!!!! PLEASE listen people!

Didn't get past phone calls. I was looking for a specific car in the right price range. They had it. Called a few times and talked to a few different salesmen that were extremely short with me and didn't seem to really care about anything. Tried several times to get pictures under the hood of the car with no fallow through and a more aggravated sales guy every time. The sad part is, all they had to do was shoot me a decent deal and I would have drove the 150 miles to trade off my car and give them a check for theirs.

I bought a car from here on March 4th 2019 and the car transmission went out the very next day. They were supposed to fix the car within one week. I have been without a car for 3 weeks I was also promised the car on 3/18/19 and now it s 3/20/19 and the car is still not ready and they are giving me a hard time getting my money back saying the car is going to have a new transmission you don t want to wait one more day. Their customer service sucks i have been hung up on numerous times and it seemed like every time the manager heard my name he was busy. I finally got to talk to the manager just before closing Tuesday and he told me that I could get a refund until Friday at 6pm which Is even more of an inconvenience because not only have they had the car (and still have the car) but they still have my money and they don t offer loaner cars this place is horrible never do business with them!!! I have video proof so you can try to discredit me all you want

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do everything in your power to avoid buying from Route 6 Automax and DO NOT make the mistake I did by disregarding the bad reviews that you see. I purchased a Range Rover from this dealership in December and on the drive home the transmission light came on. After taking in to a mechanic, I found out the car needed an entirely new transmission, costing $19,000. After an endless, exhausting fight with the dealership, several hang-ups, being put on hold for several minutes on end to never have my call taken, cussed at by their employees numerous times, and dealing with Ed Fons who was VERY unprofessional in how he handled business for being a manager, we finally got them to agree to return the vehicle. However, it took them two months to pay off the loan they opened on the vehicle and they STILL owe me $165 for the diagnostic testing for their vehicle they made me take in to get scanned to find out what was wrong with it, even after promising through text, phone calls, and email documentation that they would reimburse me. It was all lies. I have never dealt with such a shady, dishonest, unprofessional dealership. It took me getting the state involved, the BBB, and the financing company itself to come to a resolution. Please protect yourself and avoid getting yourself into the situation I did, buy buying anywhere else.

I agree with the negative reviews. I would not waste time going to this dealership & just continue searching elsewhere. I never did make into the front door. However, I called several times in search of a specific vehicle they had on site. I spoke with someone requesting information on the miles. He rushed me off the phone, stating he would call me back with them. I talked with another salesman, requesting pictures of the inside, ect. He stated that he would send me some additional pictures and videos. He never sent anything. I was a serious buyer and they knew this. I also happen to work in finance, and know a lot about these types of scams. The next morning I received a follow up email that the vehicle had sold already. Which, is hard to believe considering it is still listed today. But like I first mentioned, thankfully I did not drive the 1.5hrs there to buy a lemon. And, I should have read these reviews prior to even contacting anyone and wasting my Friday afternoon. So, if you are reading this and thinking maybe I like this car... STOP. there are tons of other dealerships in the area, with better quality, better honest salesman, and INTERGITY!

I'm only giving 2 stars because I haven't been there in person, however I did call to ask what was the mileage on a car. One of the salesmen told me he would call me right back and let me know. I called twice and left an email and still had no response. I just wanted an answer to one simple question.
