Danyelle has excellent customer service she know her stuff very knowledgeable about cars and parts. Her personality was really pleasant. It's good to go into a place with a smile and come out with one cause you are satisfied with what you came there for. And the elderly gentleman their he was also very nice and helpful I didn't get his name.

Check engine light computer "doesn't work today", reading through other reviews seems to be an excuse this location uses because it's next to the emissions testing center. That's laziness

I sent my kid to get his check engine light read and the guy at the counter said we don't do that homie. There are signs in the front saying will check check engine light.

Stop during the latest Bomb Cyclone (12-23-22) storm in order to get new windshield wipers and was immediately helped by the man working there. He even helped me get my old wipers off. He went above and beyond, was extremely friendly and provided 5 Star customer service! Thank you!

I just recently visited this auto zone and i can say the customer service was terrible. I was trying to get a battery from Autozone put in my car but the manager (Danyell) stated that it was against their policy which I knew was a lie. She tried to get me to go to a different location until two young men who also worked there intervened and stated that they could put the battery in themselves. She did not let them and continue to state that they don t put in car batteries. It was as if she was too lazy or something I m not sure, but what she told me was a LIE and I m highly upset because out of all places, I know for a FACT autozone does this type of work.

I would like to say the customer service I received from Brianna at this Autozone was exceptional! The young lady helped me find what I was looking for and is very knowledgeable about the brakes I purchased and very patient with all of my concerns. I was greeted as soon as I walk in the door and by the end of my visit I asked to speak to her manager to comment on her service to me and before I knew it I hadn t even read her name tag, she was the manager! Very pleased with her customer service and I will be returning. I own my own business so I know what customer service is and how it should be done!

Omg I needed a thermostat housing replaced an Danielle and Matt walked me through replacement of it and even loaned me a tool omg I just saved 185.00 this is my store from now on an I live in Naperville Ill I don't care honest and concern and it was a Sunday I love those guys

On Aug 22nd 2020 I called Auto Zone because I needed my back blinker light changed. I spoke with the store manager and she told me to come on in. I went into the location and the store manager Brianna Anderson came right out to help me. She would not even accept a tip. She was so kind and very helpful seeing as how I know nothing about cars. She said she is here to help if she is able. The customer service given at this location was awesome and I really appreciate being treated so well. Thank you so much.

If ALLOWED I WOULD GIVE this store MINUS 100O Stars!!!! I Haven't been ignored or disrespected, mistreated, overlooked, and spoken to as if I owed her money by a business in a while. I've had several horrible experiences at this store yet I continue to come back only for the convenience of where the store is located. After my last encounter with an employee name Danielle I will not EVER EVER give them my business, MONEY, TIME ENERGY and every other adjective/ verb that I can think of. I even called the regional manager whose name is Mr. H. Ortiz, Although I can say he did reach out I missed his 1 call but I've called him now for about 3 weeks ,left messages even spoke to his secretary left a message with her and still have not had a reply about what they're doing with this person named Danielle. At least retrain her to speak to customers who aren't women. DON'T DON'T give this AutoZone your business unless you're a man you will not get any help!!!! EVEN then I can't say with certainty the male customers will have a good experience. I now go all the way to Alsip and or Crestwood to those AutoZones even though it's further for me the service is 10,000% better I'm learning everyday that even if I have to drive further being treated with GREAT customer service is a lot better than driving a short distance and made to feel as if they're doing me a favor by me patronizing the AutoZone on 159th right off kedzie

Went to get a master cylinder for a 03 impala. 4 ppl was on duty stood in line long enough to make that observation. After 7min the Mgr help me. She was polite and nice. But I wish she was more knowledgeable about the product I was purchasing. Then maybe she could've told me that I didn't have to buy a bleeding kit. So I spent a extra 12 bucks for no reason. So my advice have a full understanding of the items you purchase.

Manager is very unfriendly and has a very bad attitude and demeanor towards customers. Also the employee at the computer, was trying to not sell me and find what I needed because she did not want to walk back and look.. it would have "taken too much time for her." No matter what I said she had a negative reply. Next thing is, they take for ever. Don't go here if you're in a hurry. Prices aren't good. Only giving two stars because my experience today.

I had exceptional service at the Autozone location in markham. The snow had just hit and my blades needed to be changed badly. I struggled to change them myself and the manager Brianna, was training someone stopped and helped me. I tried to offer her a small tip because it was so cold outside but she politely declined and asked if I needed anything else. By far best location for customer service.

Had to come here one time when no one else in area had the part I needed but them.Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.We're great to hold till I arrived.Good location on being well stocked.

I stopped in Autozone to buy a Jump Starter, because my battery kept draining and I needed to get a jump each time to use the car and technician Terrell offered to test my battery, starter and alternator, all three were good, he then suggested looking at my battery and sure enough the cable to my battery was loose, he tightened it for me and now the car starts right up, thanks again Technician Terrell.

Every time I come here the staff are very knowledgeable and are always ready to answer any questions. Brianna made sure I got the right ton jack stand for my truck and helped me understand why the heavier stands were needed

I had to stop in to get a part for the car, the staff was available to ask questions, I had to figure it out for myself. When I came into the store I heard people talking but there was no one at the front desk. I was disappointed, because if a customer come in we should see a face to greet the customer's.

January 25, 2021, I went to AutoZone in Markham to buy a part for my vehicle. I brought the wrong part. To make the long story short! Brianna Anderson came into the store and inquired about the situation; looked the part up on her phone, compared numbers and found the part at another store. Very patient and professional. I was very pleased with my visit . Due to COVID I don t like coming out for anything now and days, but the service was very punctual. This will officially be my home Autozone. Great staff!
