I have nothing but good to say about Watermark Auto Group! All of their employees, no matter which department, have always shown courtesy and care to their customers. They really go above and beyond with exceptional customer service!!

Top notch experience! Jeff at Watermark Auto truly offers a remarkable car buying experience. He is informative, caring, an amazing lister and most of all you can tell he genuinely cares for you and wants the absolute best for you. When chatting with Jeff it feels more like catching up with an old friend as opposed to being in the sometimes uncomfortable 'sales interaction.' I would strongly suggest going to Watermark and seeing Jeff to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

The salesperson Stephen dickman was awesome. We were driving over an hour to look at the Cadillac and he looked the car over and even drove it prior to our arrival to make sure it was fairly represented online. They don t like to haggle but did in the end and we bought the car. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking at and explained the whole process. The forever warranty is a very nice added perk and gave us all the information about how it worked. Will definitely do business with watermark auto again

Had 1:00pm Appointment and car was not brought in till 1:45pm. Had new set of 4 tires installed and transmission fluid and filter changed.Done good work and service after they got started.

By far the most helpful dealership in Marion. They offer fair pricing and stand by what they are selling. We felt no pressure buying our vehicle even though we showed up an hour before close on a Saturday. The salesman even let me borrow his truck the following week so they could detail my car. The free carwash is another big plus. We will definitely buy our next vehicle from them. Check them out before purchasing another vehicle, I'm sure you will agree that they are the best in the area.

I have purchased 3 vehicles from here. Always been treated fairly and honestly. The last purchase was a Lincoln mkz which my wife loves. Pam was the sales person and she was great. Service department was great along with body shop. There are several other places I could go, but for me Watermark Ford is my dealership!

The saleswoman I had was very nice and seemed some interested in my life. They have a lot of cars in good shape. I felt calmer have a saleswoman especially since it was my first time at a car dealership by myself.

Quick Lane service is competitively priced, gives SUPERB coupons for as much as $20 off! Love that! I also like that I can watch my vehicle during servicing. Thumbs up!

Bought my fusion there from Andrew. I had a great experience and a hell of a salesman. It is a friendly and laid back environment. You should definitely check them out if you are in the market.

I have experienced buying a car with them in the past. It seemed ok I guess but when I went back to purchase another car years later the staff was very unfriendly to put it nicely. They seemed to act as if they were above my little scraps of money bc I was looking for something used.

Very helpful. I'm looking to trade up again and will return. Love the service department and body shop. The body shop helped me in a jam (3 times) and I will always be thankful!

I have been disappointed in their scheduling practices. In their defense, they made it right when I brought it to their attention that on the last visit someone with a later appointment went before me and today, I waited over an hour before they started working on my car.

Be cautioned, I took my car here after hitting a deer they did not check for all damage and refused to repair the car after claim was finished. They sent me home with a car that had barely any braking ability.
