We had our oil changed this morning and left for a trip immediately afterward. When we stopped for gas two hours later, my husband pulled the dipstick. He thought it looked low. We pulled around to the mechanic shop in back as the owner said he could check it if we weren't sure. We were close to two quarts low. There isn't a leak. Walmart just didn't fill it back up to where it should have been. We won't be coming back to this location.Service: Oil change

Lost my tires after telling me they were there and ready to be installed and then had to fight with some clueless guy for half an hour. They also didn't sync the pressure monitor on the tires. Went to carbondale to have it done. Complete chaos and ineptitude. Save yourself the trouble and go to carbondaleService: TiresService: Tires

The front counter employee was extremely rude. Kept helping other people even though I was next in line. Refused to get someone else to help me. After I repeatedly said I have a nail in my tire he kept registering me for an oil change. Absolutely ridiculous. No one in front of me in line, an open bay, and it took half an hour to check in.Service: Tires

It would have been 5 stars, but it took me 4 hours to get 4 new tires put on!Not the staff's fault, but the lack thereof! 3 guys were attempting to hold down 4 bays, and about 6 of us were trying to very patiently wait.I gave them my number; so they could call when my car was ready, (fully charged phone when I arrived), and after 3 and a half hours, I was at 2%.I kindly approached the counter, and articulated my dilemma. At that time, I discovered several around me had been there longer! Not Walmart's fault either. No one wants to work, or even would if they were hired. It's a sad state of affairs!

I went to get an oil change and was told no one could drive a stick shift to get the car into the garage. I asked if I could drive it in and was told no due to not being aloud to be in the garage. I also asked if the car could be pushed in and they said no once again. I went to Jiffy Lube and had zero issues! Little more money but they can drive a stick shift!

Waited 1 hour on 2 different occasions to find out after being told my oil was in stock that it actually wasn't. Staff needs better training. Wouldn't recommend!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Normally this is a good experience here. Their new format for the attendant is extremely slow and takes about 15-20 min just to get checked in...These members are just following what their told to do so I can't fault them. But, someone needs to review how to get people checked in easier and not send the attendant out side check the oil levels, walk around the car, put the plastic in the seat, etc. prior to the car being omited. After 35 min waiting in line for the 3 people in line and I'm looking for a basic tire rotation and balance I asked the cashier how long of a wait list there was. He said over an hour just to get to mine, Maybe. So I left.

Basic competent service as long as no other customer is there and nothing goes wrong. Today, on the other hand, we waited hours for service and left with a new flat tire. They refused to accept responsibility for the new flat tire, but said they could fix it --- after we wait another few hours.

I have a simple carry in tier. Waited 20 plus min just to talk to someone. Lady told me itll be an hour wait its been two. Asked when my tire would be done. She told me its next that was 30 min ago. It takes less then 20 min to change a tire.Service: TiresService: Tires

I just left Walmart auto center where I stood in the waiting area for 20mins before someone walked by that I had to chase down basically. Customer service was horrible phones constantly going off nobody to answer them. I come there because I have a nail in my tire the worker tells me he can't sell me 1 tire I have to buy 2 tires,I say no I'm ok I only need one he says that's the only way he can service me is if I buy 2 for almost 300.00. this is ridiculous and they definitely lost my business

I have been trying to get my car in for a simple oil change. They always say it's a 3 or for hour wait. So I tried to make an appointment time and they cannot do appointments. I'll just go elsewhere. They need more help! Walmart just lost my business, this is the 3rd time I have tried to get my car in for a oil change and had to wait hours.

I don t mind the wait time, usually about an hour and a half, sometimes less. I just walk around with my kids or get groceries. I think these others reviews are harsh. They have always done a great job with my cars over the years. And they are always honest about how long it takes if you ask.

4 hour wait on an oil change and single tire change. Told they didn't have a certified mechanic as he had walked out. Another customer and I literally had our cars hoisted up in the garage for no reason at all for nearly 2 hours of the wait. Never told about the certified mechanic being gone but apparently the rest of the staff can't work here if he/she is gone. If the position is that import they need to have more certified mechanics on staff. Big waste of time. Haven't even seen the car yet. Gf came in at 3:30 and it's nearly 8 (closing time for the auto service).

It's like watching paint dry, they are slow and take forever. Bought 2 tires and it took over 3 hours to have installed. I had to go out to the garage and show them how to lower my spare tire. Came back to get 2 more matching tires two weeks later, I was third in line when they opened. First two were oil changes and it still took three hours to change two tires . They have not adopted the Wal-Mart model in the I department. Terrible time management.

fyi, checked in on a Friday at 7:35am and that woman was very pleasant. I asked for new windshield wiper blades which she put on the order. She told me there were already five ahead of me with two or three in the bays and that there were two staff working. I prepared myself for a potential two hour wait time. Checked out at 10:20am and was told that the blades were checked and no news ones installed. That woman asked if I wanted to have the blades put in and I just looked at my watched, laughed and said no emphatically. She said it was on the order to have new ones put in and she would inform someone - she gave a name. She apologized for my wait. They get a one star only for the efficiency, politeness and friendliness of the woman who checked me in. Knowing when they are going to be busy would seem like an indication for management to put on extra workers, hmmm. If I was a conspiracy kind of guy, I would say it's just Walmart trying to keep you in the store shopping, but I'm not and this is just bad management.

Waited 40 minutes just to get my car checked in for a tire rotation. Now, it's been over and hour and it's still not done. I've been sitting in the parking lot watching and my car was pulled on the lift and has just been sitting there for 15 minutes with no workers in sight.

I took my car here for a simple oil change and tire rotation and when I left my tire pressure low sensor was on. They were unable to fix it because I have nitrogen tires and when I asked why my reciept says they performed a service they weren t allowed to The manager (Heather) responded he s new and in training then instead of apologizing she questioned why I was getting my tires rotated on a new car and said it would be nice if the customer let us know it s a specialty tire (it wasn t). The employees here are not trained to do what you pay them and the managers attitude was EXTREMELY poor. $60 and 3 hours later I have to go pay someone else to do what my Wal-Mart receipt says I paid for today.

The last 2 times I have stopped here to have a quick oil change done the wait time is absolutely unacceptable. The first time I was here they told me over 3 hours wait time and this last time over 4 and I got here one hour after they opened. Dont know if its a staffing issue or what but never seen anything like this in my life been to Walmarts all over the U.S

Checked my vehicle in and was told it was going be be about an hour to complete the service since I was next in line.Went back an hour later to check and my vehicle was still sitting outside and had not been started. They then proceed to tell me there was 3 people head of me and I was at the bottom of the list resulting in a several hour wait. Needless to say I left and will not being going back. Very poor communication, service, and organization.

I'm always leary of Walmart tire and lube centers. Oil drain plugs have been left out on my previous cars.My current vehicle is an SUV, with power lift gate, that somehow ended up with a slight dent just above the license plate. The oil change ended up taking 3.5hrs and was also to have a tire rotation. They did the oil change, but somehow in 3.5hrs they forgot to rotate tires. This is not a rare thing. This happens very frequently.

Charles is rude, he did not ask if I wanted the road Hazzard just assumed. Your techs are fine, Charles is rude! Had he not automatically added the roadside Hazzard without asking me I would have had the oil changed too. Which I took off the Hazzard but his communication skills flat suck!

They did a great job with new tires for my son's SUV, with the service they checked everything on the car, battery, oil, and other items that I didn't know they would.

Didn't change my FILTER!! And JUST noticed it! I still have the old Fram filter on my car. They use their filters, which are called "Super Tech"... My husband and I are pissed, this car is new to us. Now I'm wondering if we even got they 10W-30 oil like the cap says.. NEVER AGAIN!

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. This was the worst customer service ever. Waited 3 hours for just a simple oil change. Never coming back.
