Dane did a great job of keeping us updated while we waited during our VW service appointment! The facility is always clean and comfortable in the lounge area. Plenty of snacks and drinks to keep us happy!The service team did a great job! After a thorough examination of our vehicle, they disgusted our options and we planned for future appointments to complete them.

I just recently purchased the car I have always wanted .a VOLKSWAGEN BEETLE CONVERTIBLE and I love it!The VOLKSWAGEN OF MARION SERVICE CENTER was very helpful with product, information I might need in the future and information on maintenance and care of my new car along with friendly service! I can t thank them enough and I look forward to all the help I ll get in the future

I went in with a hole in a tire and they helped me get it all straightened up without a schedule. Very pleased with my visit and the coverage they set up for me when I bought from them. Will definitely go back on my next vehicle purchase.

This place worked very hard at fixing our car and when it got to the point that it was out of our reach. They worked very hard at getting us a replacement vehicle that fit us perfectly. Not only that they bought the older vehicle from us and did not charge for all the mechanical work done to it. Every level of staff from the mechanics that worked on the car to the service manager and salespeople took the time to talk with us and explain everything about the old car situation and the new suv with out any sales pressure. We are perfectly happy with Volkswagen of Marion. We ll be back for sure. I wholeheartedly recommend them.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Auto brake replacement

Outstanding service facility! Attentive to my needs, and to the needs of my 2017 Volkswagen Jetta. Service is always prompt, and the service advisor staff makes you feel at home, and are thorough in discussing my vehicle's maintenance in an easy to understand fashion. I have had to get two replacement tires directly after I bought a full set because of some unknown valve stem problem and then immediately got a slow leak in the brand new front driver side tire which was corroded or so I was told. Both were covered so, no out of pocket cost but these issues could have been easily avoided. My recent visit was a wash as I was booked for an 8am appointment. When I got there I was told that they didn't have the turn signal bulb that I needed and would need to come back tomorrow. Why couldn't your employees check for the part when making the first appointment. I drove 30 minutes at 7:30am to be on time for an appointment that was completely wasted time. This is pretty bush league in my opinion. Do better

I took my Audi S3 in for maintenance I wanted performed (DSG, Haldex, oil change, and full inspection). The service advisor made sure everything I wanted done was accurate and we scheduled the car in for later that day. The technician did an excellent job and provided detailed service notes. In the multi-point inspection they found the car was in need of an alignment and new tires due to wear indications on the tires. I scheduled those services the following week. After all services performed the car feels brand new. I will continue all my business here and would recommend anyone in need of service to do so as well.

Called for a service appt Monday morning due to having warning lights coming on. Brian was able to fit me in that afternoon. Got the problem diagnosed, had the part in stock and picked up my car the next morning! Even gave me a loaner. I very much appreciate the effort in getting my car fixed up as we were headed out of town on vacation in only a few days . 100% recommend!

Went in for front end work and oil change. During their inspection they found a coolant leak on upper timing chain cover. They were able to do all the work plus the timing chain cover in a timely manner. They are very professional. My car is pushing 300,000 miles and they have always done the maintenance. Couldn't ask for better service !!!Service: Auto tire replacement

I live an hour away from VW of Marion, and every time I go for my oil change I m reminded that it s worth my time and my drive to visit them. They take such great care of their customers, it feels like they re going out of their way just for you.

The Marion VW service team showed their ambition when they started working on my car early after having a no show on their appointment calendar. They ended up finishing my car over a day early! I went in for my first oil change. They got my car in and everything done rather quickly. Their waiting area is nice bc they have a separate kids area. My kids were able to eat snacks and watch cartoons while we waited. Highly recommend this location!Services: Tire rotations, Oil changeServices: Tire rotations, Oil change

I brought my car in for routine maintenance. Oil change and tire rotation. During the inspection it was discovered I needed a replacement air filter and brakes. I m glad it was discovered before they started scraping, which it was getting close to. The service department is the nicest and most considerate I have ever dealt with. They are always busy which I m sure that s why. I would always recommend VW of Marion. Just a side note: my mpg improved after replacing the air filter. This is the best VW place!! I wouldn t take my car anywhere else. They were accommodating when I was a few minutes late, gave me a ride to target to shop while they worked on it, and were super nice! Ricky (I think that s his name, I may be wrong) was the driver and he was so nice! He helped me with my bags in the rain at Target and was really friendly. Dane (I think) checked me in and was very nice. I didn t get the name of the other guy that took my payment but he was awesome too! VW- these guys deserve a raise or a bonus, their customer service is really great.Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance, Battery
