Super friendly, average pricing and it is so much faster than going to the dealership. They also did not make any unnecessary or unreasonable suggestions. In fact, I took their suggestion and purchased an air filter in addition to my oil change. The air filter cost significantly less than what I was quoted at the dealership. I highly recommend getting your car serviced at this location.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Waited for over an hour Noone ever asked me if I needed help as I watched half of the Marion employees standing around talking instead of doing there job I definitely do not recommend the Marion location

Mikayla and crew did me good! They went above and beyond by letting me know I had a hole in my muffler, which I promptly set up an appointment to get fixed. When I left, I was fully satisfied with the service I had received. Then they showed me care plans and the service costs for each. The price is steep, but so is the excellent service. Five stars!

It's where I go for my oil changes and small fixes like lights and whipers. The workers exceed in there help and hospitality.I brought some bulbs and whipers when I came in for the oil change and they installed them for me.Thank you to the Marion IL staff.

Staff obviously lied and didn't know how to give a ture answer to a question cause when asked a different associate at a different location they never heard of a ridiculous answer that the staff here gave. Very very very poor customer service relation and wouldn't ever ever recommend this place even if life depended on it

Been going here for a while for my oil changes and winterization so I decided to let him do my transmission service which was fine took over an hour and a half but then I let him do my differentials on my four wheel drive now I have problems that they're going to end up having to pay a lot of money to fix because of their service technicians didn't do something right.

Have gone here many times. They have completed oil changes several times with two of my vehicles. Friendly service, knowledgeable staff. They once saved me from lots of damage due to a broken hose. Highly recommend their service if you need an oil change.

Top notch oil service but it can be a bit pricey so go to Groupon or LivingSocial. If you're in Southern Illinois I recommend LivingSocial they have local vouchers but Groupon only covers Evansville and Paducah.

My car had 0% oil. I came bout 6:45. I said I know you're about to close. He gave me great service. My car is running great again.

Nathan, Hannah, and Cordell worked together on my vehicle and were very professional, nice, respectful, great communication amongst themselves and with me and serviced my car quickly, they did my oil change and they checked out the whole vehicle also. Awesome teamwork here and all around service!!

I expected the worst. I got the best. Decent prices for really quick service. They guy leading the change on his PC was friendly and funny. He told me some people like to taste the new oil to be sure it's new.

They charged me $99.99 for oil that costs $47. They treated me as though I was ignorant telling me how it's because "4.5 quarts is actually a lot of oil and it comes from Europe so you are paying for the taxes and process it goes through" yada yada. The oil change costs twice as much as anywhere else and was already started before I was aware of how much it was going to be. $127.00 and they charged me for a premium filter even though the guy talked me out of changing it, I didn't know I was being charged for it. I assumed it would be extra, unaware that it was included in their inflated pricing. My car also requires def, being a diesel, but they didn't have it so I now have to pay extra for something that would've been included at Volkswagen. I had my 14 month old in the car and even having a small child in the car didn't make them any more thorough before sending me out on the road. Right before I was about to get into the interstate my skid plate came loose. $127 oil change and they didn't even take the time to screw my skid plate back on. I ended up being 15 minutes late for work while I waited for them to fix it. I gave it 2 stars instead of one because for the most part they were nice and friendly. They should be upfront with their pricing when charging people twice as much as anywhere else. I expected a convenience fee, maybe $80 total instead of a usual $60 someplace else, but if you aren't rich then just go somewhere else.

The oil change itself was fine, but the customer service was atrocious. Every time I ve been there before they took care of people as they happen to fall in line. Apparently this time I was ahead of some employee s friend or something. When I finally was getting ready to go into the bay they told me I had to wait for someone else to go in before me because they were there before me. This was fine on the surface, but I asked them when they had started that policy as I had been there plenty of times before when I had to wait for someone who got there 35 minutes after me to go in before me. Now when I finally for once am about to get in for an oil change at a halfway decent time they change their policy?? How come that policy never applied to me the three times before when I was there waiting for people who got there a long time after me to get their cars serviced? What s the policy on which customers get treated decently and which get treated like dirt? How come I was not once ever given any consideration whatsoever during my long waits?? Apply your policy to everyone, not just a select few. Horrible, horrible customer service.

The staff is VERY customer oriented. They are courteous, ask all the right questions and are very knowledgeable about all different types of vehicles darkening their doors. I have gone here for years and have never been disappointed. I rate them as 5 STAR PLUS......

This place is the best! A bit more pricey than Walmart but some of us don't have 3 hours to wait for a basic oil change. Plus, they are super nice, thorough and give you other maintenance recommendations without being pushy.I've never had anything less than an excellent experience here.

This place was packed but still moved at a great pace! They got the job done right and didn't try to make me make a lot of unnecessary purchases. Very professional and answered all my questions. Best part is that you can see them changing your oil under your vehicle and what they are doing underneath your hood because of the cameras. Super nice setup. They do not turn you around when they are busy like walmart does. I will be back!

Pulled in 30 minutes before they advertised closing time and was begrudgingly served by Chris (the manager?) Who immediately complained to me that "it never failed that someone pulled in as they were trying to close!" He told me that the $110.00 quality oil was all they had available for my truck...I approved it and said "may as well make it worth your time at the end of the day" to which he replied "I don't see any of that money"...I will avoid this business for all of my future oil changes.

Super friendly staff. I can't emphasize this enough at the Marion IL location. They get you in and out quickly and easily. Synthetic blend oil change is what my vehicle takes and even with a $10 off coupon, it was $68. Ouch. Cheaper for me to take it to the dealership for my oil changes. So awesome staff but pricey.
