Had a great first experience at Take 5 Oil change. Would definitely recommend. They did a great job communicating with each other throughout the process. They were very quick and professional. The facility was very neat and clean. They did provide us with a bottle of water when we first arrived. Very pleased and will return.

Gabe and Chris (Lil Chris) were great. I was walked through every single step of my oil change, filter changes and even asked if they could give my child a juice box and fruit snacks. Very friendly, professional and upbeat attitudes. I was able to use a coupon and stack it with the promotion the store had. They did not try to sell me things I did not need. Gabe was nice enough to show me how to reset my oil levels, and other computerized things in my SUV that I had no clue how to use. I will definitely be a regular customer.

The staff was very kind to me. I also noticed how well they communicated with each other through out the whole process. He would call out what he was doing and she would respond with heard that . That made me feel like they were organized and efficient. I went to the Marion location. A guy with red hair and a girl with dark brown hair, both young looking, helped me. A++ experienceI don t recall their names but I was there on 3/11/24 around 6pm. Hopefully that helps so they get the credit they definitely deserve.

I had gone to another local place and they did a horrible job to say the least. Take 5 fixed me right up with the upmost respectful care I have ever received in my 44 years of life!! I will praise them to all I speak to when it comes to maintaining a vehicle. Thank you gentleman at the Marion Illinois location. See y all soon!!

Awesome experience! Facility is clean and organized, employees are very nice and knowledgeable. I actually had the DM assisting and explaining their process & offers available (I had a coupon, but the offer he gave was even better!!!) i went in because i had to leave on a trip immediately afterwards & my car drive like a charm on the highway!!!! I felt very secure with them working on my car and they will definitely be my go to instead of driving to Chrysler for my oil change services. I was definitely impressed!!!!

They were all so nice and i had my kids with me, they offered fruit snacks for the little ones and juice boxes, it was a wonderful experience and it was quick. They even gave me and my wife some water bottles. 10/10 would recommend

I was in desperate need of an oil change on a Sunday morning (12/10 11:30) and this was the first place I found. I found a place to park and write this review right when I left because the service here was absolutely incredible! I pulled up and was greeted by Ty (I believe was his name) and handed a water bottle. Alex (not positive if these were their names) is who did my oil change. Both of the mechanics were so kind and friendly. Alex explained exactly what I was getting, didn t try to sell me a new filter which is a first, filled up my tires, and took care of the discount when my coupon wouldn t scan. He also told me my wipers needed to be replaced but that they didn t have them in stock BUT he told me I could go buy them and that they d install them for me free of charge. Nowadays it seems like the standard for good customer service is just any service that isn t bad . These guys were exceptional and went above and beyond. Employees like these are how businesses get customer loyalty! Thank you both! I ll be back!

The entire staff is EXTREMELY nice, very knowledgeable and they aren't trying to make you spend money on things/services you don't actually need!! I'm so happy i have we have new oil change place like this!!

CONS: They negotiate what oil change you need before pulling into the building, after pulling in and reviewing the prices I would have gone for a different oil change then what I was believed to agree to.PROS: Great workers.

Was a great experience at Take 5. Friendly customer service and a quick in and out. Not the cheapest way to get your oil changed, but definitely efficient.

Had our first visit at Take 5 on 12/2 and I must say that the staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. Offered us water while waiting, gave us coupons, and had great conversations with Neil, Brian and Lil Chris while they were working on my car. Go see them!

I went today to get an oil change and upon arrival, my car started to sputter and then quit running. The manager came out, took a look at my car and told me it was a possible fuel pump failure. So of course, that was out of their hands but the way they took care of me despite my car shutting off in front of their entrance, they were all extremely professional, pleasant and just caring all around.They moved my car for me, helped me call for a tow truck, gave me ice cold water and a place to sit while I wait for my tow truck. Gave me advice on what to expect and the manager even told me to take pictures of my car to ensure if anything happens in the process of being towed, it doesn t fall on me. They helped me read my warranty contract and just all around gave me an amazing experience despite not even getting an oil change service. All were great, kind hearted, friendly and again all around professional. This will be my go to for my oil changes for now on. You can t go wrong with service like theirs. I thank each and every last of you guys who helped me today. You guys were all amazing. 5 star everything.

I was going to have my oil changed here. They have extremely deceptive business practices. I was told my only option was a full synthetic package due to the car coming with synthetic oil and the manufacturer recommending synthetic. There is nothing in the owners manual stating anything about synthetic oil. Be careful.Edit.I've reached out to the number provided above and all you can do is leave a voicemail that they won't respond to.

They were so quick and friendly as could be. Even gave us waters and fruit snacks for the kids! Won me over with that, then gave me a 50% off coupon for my next oil change. Highly recommend!!

Local mechanics were full for the holidays but I just pulled on up for an oil change then got 50% off with wiper blades install with a 6 month warranty. Great knowledge exchange

The cold air dropped my tire pressure earlier this week. I was in a hurry and saw this location, so pulled in and asked if they could help me out in a pinch. Two very friendly gentlemen got me right in and out in no time at all and did it at no charge! Great, friendly service!

Over priced and charged me for 7quarts of oil and my truck only takes 6. Staff was friendly tho.after reading other reviews I wonder why they never offered me 1 thing.

The experience was awesome. Everyone I interacted with there was super friendly. The manager even gave me an unexpected discount because we asked a question he didn t have an answer for. All in all it s cheaper than the guys over on Carbon St, much nicer people, and it s been a staple of mine for years(although first time at this location). I happened to notice that Take 5 will check your oil and adjust tire pressure between oil changes. This is stated on the service tag placed on your windshield. When a low tire pressure light came on I stopped to see if they could fill for me! They do exactly what they say, and more! Checked all tires, filling where required, showed me clean oil and level on dipstick, and, added washer fluid! They are setting a new standard in their business niche!

All great people I went up there with a stripped lug nut, and they changed it for free. They are all super nice people. And they are quick too.

They try to cheat you out of oil. After they change and check the level, they hold the dipstick at an angle so the oil runs to the full line before they show it to you. I called him out twice before he put enough oil in to fill it up. They charge extra for anything over 5 quarts anyway and still try to cheat you. Sad that a company does that.

They acknowledge me right away came with a water while I was inline. Once inside went over which oil over 75,000 and made sure they could do my oil because it's a Cadillac certain ones they can or do. Explained everything step by step such pleasant people. I will definitely be back.
