We hired SI Towing yesterday to tow a trailer back to North Little Rock, AR for us. Bill's communication was top notch and our tow was done way faster than expected. They were very fair priced. In today's time it seems like towing companies just try to stick trucking companies with outrageous prices. Will use them again if needed.

This business and it's employees were a life saver tonight. Not only was my phone call answered quickly, the tow truck arrived quickly, my car was delivered quickly, the payment was reasonable and handled quickly, and the employees were pleasant to work with! Everything from start to finish was said and done in a little under an hour and I was at least 15-20mins away! Thank you so much! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The manager was very professional, helpful and respectful. She came into the office on a holiday so I could pick up my vehicle which saved me a whole day's worth of storage cost. Awesome lady!

Cant say enough about these great people called the owner had a crew out and responded quickly was very respectful through the whole process and very informative on what was going to happen after they recovered our vehicle where it was going and they would work with the Insurance for the billing .. I would recommend these guys for any automotive towing need like I said very. Respectful. Fast .and trustworthy people you cant trust your Vehicles with these guys definitely want to give a special tha is to VERN AND TIM FOR ALL THE TIME WITH US AND SORRY VERN FOR HAVING TO DIVE . BUT YOU MADE IT A GOOD TIME .. AND THE OFFICE STAFF HAS BEEN PHENOMENAL ON ASSISTING ME WITH INFO FOR INSUDANCE AND GETTING MY THING A SPECIAL THANKS

A vehicle that I purchased for my son was towed away because we needed to get the plate switched over. (Understandable) we payed for the towing fee. SI towing was the company,Bill the owner was very rude to my son, for no reason at all, I gave my son the money to get the car towed on a Friday we were under the impression that it was going to be towed later that afternoon, My son called SI towing and his reply was he will get it MAYBE MONDAY and Melissa does not tell me how to run my business Melissa is a front desk representative, who was very nice and polite ,however to my understanding, this is a 24 hour towing service , I called to check the status of the car being towed that Friday evening he told me it was either going to be Friday that evening or Saturday in the morning, he stated that there was no one available to tow it (reminder he told my son that he will get it MAYBE on Monday )when It did not arrive on Friday evening I called Saturday morning and he said the same thing that there was no one available to tow it but I should have it by noon, I can t imagine no one being available all evening and morning and it is a 24 hour Towing service , they did bring the car on Saturday before noon. Luckily I was outside waiting because the driver could not find the address and stated that he was given a different address to bring the vehicle to ,that part could have been a simple mistake, but the reason behind all this we do not know but one thing is for sure it is definitely Not good for business!!!!Service: Car towing

We got our backhoe stuck deep into our pond. It was 2 am. I called a few other tow companies and they were not friendly with me that late at night. The owner of Si tow company was extremely friendly and he had someone at our house by 7 am. It was a tough job but they did it! They handled it very professionally! The drivers name was Byron. These guys are great, a little expensive for a quick tow up the road late at night on the weekend, but they got me all the way from IL to NC with no issues. Byron was fantastic, super friendly and super good at what he does. I called for a long distance tow and they were ready to go in just a few hours. Really great service and they took great care of me and my vehicle. I definitely recommend these guys.

The owner is very rude, and they did not call us right away when our car was brought there, it was 3 days after we found out from someone else that it was brought there. They went on to charge us 380 dollars to get it out because it was sitting there for a few days. Once getting there we asked on why they didn t call and they stated they didn t know our name or number, yet the paper work she handed is after buying it back stated both on the top or the page. She also waited until we bought the vehicle back to tell is there were no keys.(good thing we had a spare so they couldn t get more money out of us for a tow) This is a very shady place to deal with and I don t recommend this place to anyone.Service: Car towing

This towing company literally saved my a** in a pinch when my car broke down in the middle of a road trip. The staff was so kind and helpful and was willing to work with me every step of the way. Response time was so quick and prices were quite affordable comparatively. Would definitely use again! Thank you!!!

Got charged for 2 days when my car wasn't there for more then 10 hours also w.e they used to put numbers on my windshield I have been fighting with a razor blade for 2 days to get off w.e it is they used other then that they have positive attitudes except the desk lady but still a good company

No one should look for a cozy phone conversation with a tow company, which is too bad because people in distress should be comforted over the phone by a friendly voice. But...these guys are as close as you'll get in the industry around here. My car needed special attention in the way it was towed and I passed on the other more established people in the area because of reviews here. Glad I did. They were careful in loading the car and delivering it to the mechanic, and less expensive than the quote I got from another place in town. I'm happy to promote SI as my 'go to' towing company.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Had a tow truck stop while I was off road in snow and they asked if I needed help. I informed them that I had triple A and had called for a tow. Little did I know that they are a triple A provider in this area but were not taking calls from them during this inclement weather according to triple A call center. They could have helped me out and been paid through Triple A and I would have been out of ditch 30 minutes after I went in. Instead, the driver said well you will be waiting three or four hours. It has been almost 2 and I am still waiting on a tow. Shame on companies that are providers for Triple A when weather is good but picky when it is not. Even worse when you are a provider and you leave someone stranded. If I have been misinformed about this company providing towards for triple a I apologize but really disgusted at this point.Updated**Triple A had told me incorrectly and after posting first review the company came back and not only towed me out but dealt with triple A so I did not have to pay out of pocket. He was even nice enough to follow me the short distance home to make sure I got there. Sorry I posted but in a way glad I did.

Very rude. Very unprofessional. Rip off SCAM!!! This place claims they are open 24 hours but that s not actually the case. I tried to make arrangements to pick up my vehicle on a Saturday and was told to call Monday morning at 8:30am when they opened. Upon calling on Monday morning I was informed that I was being charged $40 a day storage fee for Saturday and Sunday, even though I literally was told by the gentleman who I presume is the owner of the business that I had to wait until they opened Monday to pick it up. Therefore I was charged an extra $80 for storage for days in which I could not pick it up because I was not given the opportunity to pick it up because they are actually not open 24-7 as they advertise to be. As I tried to get the owner to remove the extra fees, he wouldn t, was not interested in being understanding about it, was rude and unprofessional, and I m sure is probably just a very greedy person. I WILL ABSOLUTELY NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS EVER AGAIN OR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!Service: Car towing

A tow service is one of those services you hope you never need. When you do need one you've got to find the right person for the job. My situation SI tow delivered 100%. I have no complaints whatsoever very nice staff very accommodating to your needs and very quick as well. I will be calling them in the future for any need I may have!!! Awesome Job!!!Just as a side note please don't blame any tow company for AAA's slow response to situations. It's not the tow services fault 99% of the time.

Very quick response. Extremely friendly and helpful. They made sure that my family and I were safely back to the main road after pulling out our truck that was stuck in the snow/ice off the road. Would highly recommend!

I was towing a vehicle with a uhaul trailer and it blew a tire on the interstate I called the nearest uhaul dealer and reached SI Towing and Recovery. It was a saga with Uhaul, but Melissa was incredibly helpful and friendly and persistent in aiding me. She ended up sending a repairman from her place even though I had rented the trailer elsewhere. He's here !!!!!! Yahoo!! THANK YOU MELISSA!!! Such helpful and wonderful customer service!!!

From the 1st phone call, to the arrival of the tow truck, to handling matters afterwards; this company; from the Owner(s), to the tow drivers/operators are professional& didn't try to take advantage in ANY WAY! A DIFFERENT tow company (Quite "popular" one, smh) tried to Take my property without my permission. Instead of that OTHER co leaving with dignity, I was berated for over 2hrs, told he was taking it anyway, all as I was still in shock& injured; also because I refused to be charged for the tow& let them keep my vehicle, then told Id be billed for a svc I never requested! So Thankful to have called Si Towing, THEIR driver/operator was down to Earth, respectable, knowledgeable, & extremely understanding!!!Yes, it is a competitive, busy& costly field of necessity, I am EXTREMELY GRATEFUL to have done business with SI Towing; where they are not only professional, but respectable! I cannot stress how appreciative I am for their help!Service: Car towing

Michael Mike came out and helped us today when our car broke down on the side of the road. He got to us very fast and got our car where it needed to be. He was also very, very kind! If we ever need a Towing Service again we will definitely be calling you guys!
