As a member I got my flat tire patched and put back on for free. They even put my spare back under the truck, which was highly appreciated. The desk associate was very friendly. I'll definitely be going back should I ever need to.

Don't bother with an appointment, it means nothing. I had one for 3pm and showed 10 minutes early. There is a couple ahead of me in line who arrived just a minute or two before me. I watched them walk in as I was parking. They said they had a 3pm appointment. I hear the technician tell them he only has one 3pm appointment, it was for a make and model that he just saw pull up. That's my car and I'm hearing this while I'm in line. He told the couple he would get them in as soon as possible. I'm next I guess because after he took my keys they pulled in the other car first. That couple left almost 30 minutes before me, the one with the appointment. I guess it's 1st come, 1st served.

Great deal on tires but very poor Customer Service. Made an appointment for a tire rotation/balance 2 days ahead for 3 pm. Got there a few minutes early, shopped until 3:50. Had not even started on it! Waiting another 45 min. We'll see if it's done then.
