Tire plaza was very thorough in checking out my car. Went in for oil change ended up needing new tires and a battery. Service was pretty quick. Jason the tech took great care in making sure my car was safe to drive. Thank you Tire Plaza

Got 4 new tires on my trailer a few months back. Just noticed I m missing 2 lug nuts. They said it came in missing them. Apparently they think it s perfectly ok to send me off missing 2 lug nuts without telling me or selling me new ones which I gladly would have purchased. They also said it was one of their senior guys who worked on it and made a note about it. Clearly this business doesn t care about my or my family s safety. I didn t ask for a future discount or freebies nor did they even offer anything to correct the issue or assuage my concerns other than give me 2 spare lug nuts they happened to have around. That s fine though because I wouldn t put money before my family s safety anyway.Also I just found that some of the other lug nuts were over torqued and twisted. I don t know how I ll be able to get those off next time I get a flat or need new tires. Exercise caution with these reckless people and check their work if you must do business with them. My business will buy tires for my trucks and trailers elsewhere.

I ve been here 3 times in my life. Each 3 times were a bad experience.I brought my rim & tire up to be resealed. The rim was ruined so I had to order a new one. Okay that s fine. Got the new rim online & went back up. It s been 5 days & JUST NOW they decided to tell oh the tire is bad too. You want to buy a new one from us? YEAH RIGHT like they didn t know! I could ve ordered one for half the price online! So I had to pay their outrageous tire prices.Like I said this is my THIRD time where this location has price gouged me.

Ran over a screw today while I was in town, my tire light came on and I could hear the air coming out of the tire. I went to two other places who couldn t get me in, in a reasonable amount of time.I called Plaza and Gage answered the phone, and he was also there when I arrived. He was very friendly, professional and got me back on the road in about an hour. They were my saving grace today!Plaza tire will now be my first call for any tire needs. Thank you!

The manager and assistant manager at this location are absolutely outstanding. They were beyond busy, but they worked me in for an oil change the same day and managed to get it done. They were clearly short handed, with the assistant manager literally having a broken arm in a sling. Despite that, he was running through the building to get everyone taken care of, and never showed the stress in his interactions with customers or other employees. Absolutely top notch service from these guys!

1st time here! We called on the road for two tires since we couldn t find anyone that had them around home. We came on a Saturday afternoon right before closing. It was busy but we got in and out in about an hour. It was cheaper than Walmart too. Definitely recommend.

Tommy and Joe are top notch at what they do. I ve been going to Plaza exclusively for both my cars for 8 years now and they re worth every penny to know everything is always done right and assessments always given honestly. Highly recommend.

I won't give them any stars but you have to in order to write a review.I was traveling from moline ll to North Carolina and my tire sensor light came on. I stopped here and they said I needed a new sensor so they put one on I paid them 90 dollars and when I got to Nashville tn the light came on again. Went to two Buick dealer ships (to find out why light came on again) and was told not one of the sensors had been re placed. (They took all the tires off) I paid 100 dollars to the first Buick dealers for taking the tires off and looking, then I went to the second Buick dealer ship. Went ahead had them check all the tires and they did they also say that no sensors were replaced, I had them go ahead and fix cost me 122 dollars.Total cost because plaza tires liedPlaza tires Marion Illinois was paid 90 dollarsBuick dealer 1 - 100 dollarsBuick dealer 2- 222 dollars in total I paid 412 dollars. I would never recommend this place as they are shifty!!!

My experience with this shop has been mostly good except for an issue with an oil change I had done. The mechanic who did the oil change did not put the plug in properly, and as a result all the oil leaked out and I wound up having to get a new engine. The shop did cover the expenses of my new engine. However, it has made me hesitate about having any other work done at the shop. I will say that Joe who works the front counter has always been professional and kept me informed about what was going on with my car. I also applaud him for how he is able to deal with difficult customers and not let the situation get out of control. I also appreciated the fact that Joe never talked to me like I was stupid and unable to understand what he was saying because I'm a woman. Not many mechanics are that respectful.

Told Service Desk about my random Brake issue. They listened very careful took notes . Then once it was in the Shop they did a Complete Brake Systems Check including Brake Booster, Vacuum Line Pressure/Check Valves, Master Cylinder and all 4 Brake pads & Rotors. All checked out good but front pads/rotors and 1 stuck slide. Was expecting the worse but after the job was complete felt like they was Very Honest, Professional Service at a reasonable rate. Have already scheduled another appointment for another auto.ThanksMark Holland

Went in on a Saturday morning with nail in tire. Didn't have my lug key but were still able to accommodate and in a timely manner forsure. Sorry forgot guys name at the check in counter but he was super nice. Definitely will be going back.

I was happy when I thought my car was fixed however after a brake job my car now shakes. I ve taken it back twice and it s not fixed. Anytime I bring it in they are booked and I have to wait several hours. You all need more staff the wait is too long and when something goes wrong they don t have nor take the time to fix what s wrong. Eventually I ll need new tires thanks to you all. Always an excuse, we booked! Don t care. I absolutely hate dealing with car repair people and dealerships!!!

The work and the customer service were excellent! It took a little longer than estimated and sitting in the building was really cold early this morning but those are minor issues. I would definitely return for service. Great job!

I made an appointment with Plaza Tire - Marion,ilat 9:00am. I arrived a little early to accommodate.In for the 1st time for a tire rotation and a possiby faulty tire pressure light.After 2 1/2 hours I was told the mechanic couldn't find an issue with the tire pressure light and it may just go off if I drive it a while.It's still on. I'll reset it myself.I left at 11:30am. Ashame it takes this long with an appointment.

Took them 3 hours to mount 4 tires, told me it would take them 1 hour, then tried to force me to buy lug nuts because they wouldn t put the lug nuts I had on them back on. $4 a lug nut I have 24 lugs)

Got new tires put on several weeks ago which took almost 4 hours from my scheduled time. Was informed short staffed,apologized and told me I would get something for my time in the mail. That didn't happen. Yesterday I scheduled a tire rotation for my wife's car and when I came in was informed they were short staffed and running behind. I will try Carbondale Plaza Tire.

Been using Plaza Tire in Marion, IL for a couple of years and I am very happy with the service, parts and labor that I have received The Manager and Asst Manager are very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable and I am very happy with the technitions as well!

Got in right before they were closing with a tire problem and the manager Tom got me right in and took care of my issue. Great service, would definitely recommend.

Excellent service I am from Kansas City and had a blowout in Mt Vernon on our way to Nashville. We drove to Marion on a small donut tire.I was advised not drive more the. 50 miles by my service department in KC and not to exceed 50 miles per hour.When we called Plaza Tire service it was close to closing they took me anyway and worked past closing time and provided the best service. My only regret is they are not in Kansas City.Very grateful.
