My aunt has a mower that was not purchased their and she was having a hard time finding someone to fix it. I made a call to pappy's got a very nice helpful person on the phone and they picked up her mower fixed her tires and wheel. They delivered it to her house and the bill was very reasonable. They didn't try and sell her anything she didn't need and all repairs were done in a timely manner. Excellent place would recommend to anybody.

I would not recommend doing business with pappys outdoors. We made a deal with their salesman to purchase a boat. Went through the paperwork, was approved and everything. We all agreed we would complete the purchase when my husband returned from off the road. We were told to call so they could get our boat ready a few days before we came in. We did so and on that call was told the salesman we were doing business with was no longer employed there and they would not honor our sale. Very dissatisfied with they way we were treated by their current salesman. He was very rude and unprofessional to my husband and myself.

Had the boat for literally months. Had plenty of time to do everything I ask. They didn't fulfill my request and then didn't complete the work that they did do. Cost me $$$$. Then Had to take it to another shop to be finished. They didn't have the tools to finish the work on the motor. They didn't complete work that has to be done for the boat to be legal on the water. Had to bring the boat back to complete the unfinished work they had started and after looking again the work was still not completed to make the boat legal on the water.

Bought a 2017 Bass Tracker from Pappy, and had the best experience. Very friendly staff and answered all my questions. Very smooth transaction and the financing side was very simple and they got me a GREAT rate. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a boat/atv/mower/side by side/tractor!

Bought a turbo maverick from them in August of 2016 they installed a stereo on it and bought a winch but they couldn't put it on at the time because they said they didn't have a mounting kit. They told me they would send the mounting kit to me when it came in. A couple weeks went by and finally received the kit. It didn't look complete to me but they assure me that it was when I called to question them about it. It took me til around Nov to try and install being busy working a lot of overtime at work and guess what the kit was incomplete just as I thought it was. Long story short I returned the winch a 4500 lb super winch and they refunded me for it. Then they proceeded to never refund me for the mounting kit saying that it wasn't complete which I had told them when they sent it that it wasn't. Been waiting since January of 2017 for the refund but nothing. JASON salesman /manager will not return my calls always busy with a customer. They are crooks that treat you great until you get out the door then you don't matter.

These people are horrible on Kubota or badboy advice or parts lookup and may never call you back after your forwarded to voicemail I recommend if you need Kubota parts call macafoos in Benton IL I've had to give these guys part numbers tell them the correct names for parts it goes on and on not very friendly either and they will sell you anything not taking the time to see what your going to do with the mower tractor if u come here bring your part or info part numbers because they don't have a clue

Bought a brand new Nitro z19 zpro package from Pappys. My salesman was Ed and he was more than willing to work with me even though I am from Chicago and he never met me. We worked a deal out and lined up financing over the phone and through email. They have the boat and financing ready when I arrived on a saturday. I was on the water by noon the same day I left Chicago I speak very highly of pappy outdoors and Ed. If you want a trustworthy salesman I can say Ed is the right guy.

I recently went with a good friend of mine to buy a new Kubota tractor. He ended up purchasing a tractor, finishing mower, and a trailer. The entire process to purchase took upwards of four hours and it seemed like it was the first sale they had ever made. They constantly claimed about being "busy" yet they had no customers there. Anyways, we took his tractor to his house, unloaded it, and he proceeded to go try out his finishing mower. We had all used tractors and finishing mowers before and started it the correct way. The second he turned the PTO on the shaft broke. He called back down there and they told him to call Monday and they would send somebody to fix it. He called again Monday and that's when the problems started. He only managed to talk to the person he bought it from once because he was "busy" so often. The parts department said they would order the part. He called them a few days later and they still had not ordered the part. It finally came in and I stopped by to get the PTO shaft since I work close by. They would not let me have it since I did not have the old one with me, even though my friend was never told this. I even offered to bring the old shaft back by on Monday but they wouldn't do that because "they have to have the old one to pay for this new one". He buys a $25,000 tractor and mower outright that day but yet they're worried about a losing a 50 dollar core charge on a shaft in order for the customer to be able to use his mower this weekend. Here it is a week later after buying the tractor and he still can not mow and will have to waste his own time and gas to make right a problem that they should be handling. Theres a good chance that the mowers PTO shaft isn't even the problem. The shear pin broke which means something else is likely wrong, but they don't want to entertain that idea and send somebody to look at it. Stay away from this place. They may have good deals but if something goes wrong they won't put forth the effort to stand behind what they sold.

Sales rep answered all my questions. He got back to me quickly on my trade in. But there wasn't any leaway on their price. Guess they don't like cash sales on tractors.

Buying process was quick and easy. Was finished in less then 30 minutes and tractor was delivered next day. Would recommend to anybody in area.

I have Pappy's work on my kabota zero turn and my can am comander,they are reasonably priced,knowledgeable,and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I had a question about a 2008 Kubota RTV 900 that I had acquired. I called this dealership and visited it in person, the service department staff was not willing to help me and seemed not to care if my question was answered. They lost a customer!

I wouldn't recommend anybody buying anything from this place they (SOLD) my son a maverick had him financed and two and a half months later tried to tell him he had to go threw a high risk credit company and he told them to come and get it but they forgot to bring his 3500 down he put them (JASON) said I'll mail it and if u don't let them load it he'll report it stolenSO BUYERS Beware
