Came into Oasis last night to look at bikes and found one. Great staff overall but the guy that helped me named bill was fantastic. Help me decide on some decisions but what was best he makes you feel like family while we were crunching numbers he talked about family stuff with his and mine not just about sales he is good guy. Definitely will be coming back in the future thanks Bill for helping me decide on bike.

Purchased a new Can-Am defender today. Worked with Bill Hasty on the sale. Great buying experience with excellent customer service. Many machines to choose from. We requested a different windshield. Braden from service switched it out on the floor when we closed the deal. Overall an easy, smooth experience.

Came here last summer to look at some four wheelers and came back before Christmas and purchased a brand new one. My experience has been great from the professional expertise the gentleman have here selling. They re not pushy and they ll put you on what you want and or need. Thanks to Oasis and Bill I finally got something I m happy with!

Bill is awesome!! Had everything pretty much ready for me when I got there. Drove 342 miles each way to buy a bike from him. The only reason for not getting the 5th star is the 2 12 packs of beer that never made it into the saddlebags of my new to me bike.

Just bought a new ZX-6R. They didn't have one in the color I wanted. Thankfully, the owners also own Outlaw Motorsports in Harrisburg. So, it was no problem to get the one I wanted transported over to their Marion location. The buying process was easy. They aggressively tried to sell me every extra 'warranty' possible. I understand they're just trying to milk the cow for all it's worth and that's their job, as the loan associate would get their cut of any up-sell they could get someone to buy. Although I appreciate their depth of knowledge in the matter, they have 47 different 'warranty' plans. After saying "No thank you." they'd offer the next plan. This was very tiresome and took an extra hour of my time that I would have greatly appreciated riding my new motorcycle. A younger buyer could be/would be easily pushed to paying an extra $2000 for services he/she doesn't want/need. The staff on the sales floor seemed willing to bend over backwards to help me and keep me updated on what was going on in the process of transportation of the bike. A great group of guys for sure! I enjoyed my time there, and would happily buy another bike from them! Thank you everyone at Oasis for all of your service! Keep on keepin' on! I'll see ya on the road fellas!

Huge thank you to Bill at Oasis motor sports. He greatly helped us with purchasing my husband s sport bike. definitely recommend if you are interested in purchasing a bike, atv etc he is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Everybody here was wonderful they did a great job my salesman KIRBEY. Shannon made the paperwork easy and simple took Extra Care what a sweetheart and my salesman and fellow veteran took Top Notch care of me I had wings and a pork chop sandwich outstanding the new bike is 30 years old that's cool thanks you guys

Great selection. Found a great deal and drove over to pick it up. They were ready for me when I got there, did the paperwork and was heading back home within an hour. I worked with Kye and he was very helpful and made the process run smooth.

Our first visit to Oasis. We traveled 5 hours to get our sxs serviced as we were previously customers of Good Guys. We make the trip once a year to have everything checked over. Thank you Oasis for your friendly customer service and getting us right in and back on the road to home. Your staff was very welcoming and took great care of us.

Friendly staff , Kye was a great saleman friendly ,helpfull and answered any and all questions i had . John Reed was awesome, fast and friendly. He had evrything worked out and help me the best to get me in a new machine . Highly recommend them to anyone

Went in looking for a UTV, but as a first time buyer I wasn't exactly what I was looking for. This is where Bill Hasty comes up to me, and starts asking questions about what I'm shopping for exactly. I explain the things I want in the UTV, and the things I don't want. Bill shows me several machines, and still asking me questions, but at the same time we are having other conversations about other things. I go from having anxiety about this to being completely comfortable, because of the way Bill was handling everything. I narrow down my search to two machines. I'm debating on which one would be suitable for myself, and that's when Bill makes my decision so easy, One machine was the XP, and after Bill explained the difference between that one, and the one I ended up with it was an easy choice. Bill was never pushy, or ever tried to upsell me on a machine that didn't need. I mentioned to him that I would like to get another item for it so he took me to their parts department, and introduced me to Austin, Robby, and Mason. I told them that I wanted a plow for the machine, and to my surprise they actually had one, and it was less than half price of the one I was looking at online. Then enters John their Finance Manager and a very knowledgeable guy. Very easy to talk to, and explains everything to you in a manner that makes you feel like you've known him for some time. I've written this long review, because having such a great experience at buying something at this level and Oasis having a staff like they do, why would you go anyplace else!!

0/10 Would recommend there pricing seems great till they add 5 times the amount of fees I was quoted at other places bait and switch. contacting the better business Bureau and the attorney general.

bought a bike with 507 miles on the speedometer. stopped working around 1600 miles ! UPDATE ! thank you Farmer, Randy, and Bill, they handled my situation perfectly, picked up my bike, paid for the diagnostic, and bought my bike back and got me on a new bike !(z1000) for a good price. these guys took care of all my issues and solved them with kindness.

Bill H done a great job. Was very knowledgeable in all aspects of his job. Bill was not overly pushy or in your face. If this guy(Bill Hasty) is teaching all the sales associates they will be very successful

Kirby, the service dept, and the manager were all very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. Oasis had the best selection I ve seen at a motorsports shop, and not to mention the best service I ve dealt with. Cannot recommend them enough. My son loves his Raptor! Will definitely be going back when it s time for some new toys.

I spoke with one of the sales managers for 5 minutes on the phone to put a deposit down on my dream bike and in that 5 minutes I felt like I was talking to a friend and had zero concerns about traveling 370 miles from home to get it. When I got there Noah treated me like a old friend I hadn't seen in a long time and answered all of my questions. Their customer service is beyond comparison. Should I ever want another motorcycle I will make the trip with out question.

Tell you one price then when they get the paperwork there's a $3200 price difference. I made a comment about the smell coming out of the exhaust because it smelled like burning oil and was laughed at. I've been a round Hondas for over 40 years and never smelled that smell. Must be a polaris thing. Not the place I would want to buy from.

Going into the store was an awesome experience. A couple of guys were super helpful trying on helmets and getting the proper fitting. I left really happy ordering something from the catalog. After the first week of waiting I called to check in, the package was still shipping. Another week passes, I check in, still awaiting the package. The next week passes, I call to check in yet again and still no package. This time I m informed the package has been returned and needed resent again from the dealer. Now, FIVE weeks later I am calling yet again for some information regarding my $300 purchase. The man then informs me that my package arrived 2 days prior. No phone call, no consideration and complete negligence of costumer service. I will be asking for a refund.

My wife and I were traveling and had a breakdown. I give Abe and his team 5 stars for their being so very helpful and striving to find answers to our Mechanical problem. Abe, Brent, and Shad went above and beyond trying to find a win / win solution. Very honest and helpful.Lack of on-road repair training is why I gave them 4 stars. Customer service, honesty, and effort went beyond a 5 star rating. They did everything they knew how to do to help us.I highly recommend Oasis because they will treat you with respect and willingness to serve.

This has been overdue, and it will be a little long.1) Great customer service from Bill and Kirby. They didn't try and up sale me or get me into a bike too big for a beginner rider. They also gave great advice and safety tips for riding safely. They also allow for test rides on the property when you don't have an M endorsement on your license. Which was great for me as I bought my bike before my MSF class.2) The parts team is great in locating OEM parts and some aftermarket from their vendors. Great guys to work with and are always super helpful.3) Lastly, the service department. Another set of great guys. They're straightforward with the information and are willing to look at attaching aftermarket parts to your ride to see if they can properly install it before charging you. I also don't feel as if they are just trying to make money off of you at your expense.All in all, it is a great place that is going to be building on their great success, and I look forward to dealing with them every time.

I purchased two side by sides from Oasis and they were supposed to be a highly recommended new bike. Hisun motors is the make of these machines. Tippy spoke so good about them and pretty much pushed me towards them. They were on the cheaper side but I didn't have a problem with paying for a named brand but like I said he made it sound like I should go with those machines. So, I purchased these in April 2023 and didn't have them for a month, took the 750 Hisun to the car wash to clean it up. When I got home I went to unload it and it wouldn't start. Called Oasis and dropped it off, a month went by and never heard anything. Called about it multiple times but Brad kept blowing me off. My wife went to Oasis, he would literally hide from her. Finally, we requested to speak with Brad's boss, which is when we started talking with Brent in the warranty department. Apparently, water got into to my gas tank and made it to where it wouldn't start so, they fixed it by having to replace almost the entire fuel system. After getting it back, I noticed the blinkers would stay solid and the wench wouldn't come out unless you tapped on it. We were waiting to send it back because we wanted to enjoy it some but then the 250 Sector broke down. When we contacted them about the 250 Sector, we mentioned the 750 Hisun issues so they picked up both machines. Couple weeks go by, and no information on our machines. Message Brent, and he makes sure someone calls us with an update. Once updated, we were told the clutch cable went out from getting to hot, so while they fixed that they attempted to fix the 750 Hisun issues as well but when I got them both back, the wench still didn't work. Six days, after getting the 750 back, I take it to the gas station, 3 miles from our house and smell oil, notice a large spot of oil under the machine. At this time, we have to tow it to my brothers, and back it goes to the shop. I was so upset that I bought two new side by sides and I have had nothing but problems out of the 750 for sure and some from the 250. We requested to get out of the 750 Hisun by Oasis purchasing it back or trading. Brent in warranties did everything in his power to help us but at this point it was over his head and we were passed on to Abe the general manaager. A month later, we get a call from service department stating that the head blew and it was going to need a new motor and would probably be winter before getting it back. In the beginning of trying to get it traded or bought back, Abe was running into issues, so my wife reached out to Shad, a co-owner of Oasis. We ended up working with Abe and Shad on getting us into another machine. Abe was able to meet us at a very fair area on purchasing the 750 Hisun back, and us keeping the 250 Sector for our kids. He got us into a brand new 2023 Can-Am Maverick, and to tell you we are satisfied is beyond words! The price difference is significant but we finally have a machine we can ride and enjoy! I appreciate everything Brent (warranties), Abe (General Manger), Shad (co-owner) and John (finance) done for us over the past couple weeks! Very happy, proud owners of a Can-Am Maverick!Thank you guys! It means so much!

My wife and I decided that we wanted to get a jet ski and have been looking at different places to see what we liked. My wife went to Oasis Power Sports yesterday and looked at what they had and said we needed to come back today because everyone was so nice to her on her visit. Kye was our salesman and he was fantastic! We had several questions and he was so nice and informative and we felt so good about buying here. No pushy sales people just really good people that really want to work with you. John was our financial manager and warranty specialist and he was so helpful in showing us what they offered. His knowledge with all of the warranty options was impressive and we chose to get a warranty! I would highly recommend you going into Oasis Power Sports to see what they have and enjoy a positive buying experience! Thanks again!!Lee and Donna Eklund
