We always use O'Rileys it's a good option close to our shop one complaint the delivery times have doubled it take probably close to a hour for them to even start our way some days it more like two or three. Needs some work but overall everyone is kinda and respectful

Purchased several parts. Had to return to the store 3 times to exchange the parts because they kept giving me the wrong ones. On the third trip to the store, was told they didn t have the correct one in stock and would have to order it. I asked for a refund and went to autozone. Autozone had the part I needed and it was only $25.00 compared to the $50 that O Reillys charged me. I will not be back to this store. We spent two days trying to get the right parts from them and had to pay my mechanic for 3 trips to the house because of the wrong parts being sold to me.

Needed our battery changed they aren't supposed to change it but instead of telling us know a worker walked us through it ourselves to get it installed!! So helpful and best service!! Thank you...Hard workers and good staffWilliam was the worker that helped us thank you

They had exactly what I needed today. The prices were just a tad bit over what I could buy from an online store, but I got my items immediately and didn't have to wait for delivery. I've always used O'Reilly's and have never been let down. The best part is, if you need a tool they have them you can borrow. If you have a light that lights up on your drive panel, they can bring out their little machine and check what it is, especially if it is the engine light. They can tell you exactly what code it is and what that code means. The employees can answer just about any questions you may have. And yes, I have and will recommend this place. Almost all of my family members go here for their parts anyway!

Went to O'Reilly to get new wiper blades. I waited my turn as a gentleman was helping another customer. As they left I went to the counter, I greeted the guy with a, Hi. He gave me a glance of an eye contact, I then told him what I needed with the make , model and year of my van and told him I wanted the same blades I had bought here last time. He was typing on the keyboard, walked away, came back approximately 3 minutes later and put two wiper blades on the counter, he said $48.something. I looked at him and said , no I wanted the I bought last time please, that would be the ones under $20. He glared at me, picked up the 2 blades, walked away, came back and said that is $20. 88. As I was paying with my debt card, I say...and you can put them in for me? He handed me a receipt, walked out from behind the counter with the 2 blades in hand. As he was walking out the front door, I went out to my van. I said, thank you,. He then installed both blades, and walked towards the trash can, I again said thank you. This hole time the guy never spoke a word to me. Why? I don't know, I've never meet or seen this guy before. But, I sure did read that name tag !!! So a big shout out to JOE, he is the assistant manager. I just wanted the next customer to beware of the rude customer service you get her at O'Reilly!!! Ref. # 406895538619 on receipt.

If you can't find something, the employees are very helpful. They don't hover over you while you try to browse and figure things out or hide when you actually need them .They are all polite and personable.

the prices they have on generic parts is absolutely ridiculous. you can't buy name brand parts unless you want to spend thousands of dollars, instead they give you an OEM price on a generic option and expect you to pay for it because its an emergency. don't worry all AutoZone's, O'Reilly's, Advanced Auto parts and Napa's will be shut down due to RockAuto and all the other parts stores that ship good parts for a good quality price

My go to place for all automotive needs. I go here so much the employees pretty much know what I need before I do. They have almost everything, and if they don't have it, they usually have it by 8:30 am the next morning. Marion location needs to become a hub store, location just makes too much sense! Everybody here is very helpful and friendly, even if you're not Mr. Fixit.

Went on get battery red head guy gave me price sarcastily. I told him I didnt realize how high batteries had gotten. Was there ffg or my daughter. He recommends I go Rural King. I told him no I came here , why would I buy a battery bbn there. Then asks me do I know what battery look like , of course I got the battery. Constumer service was bad. I dont visit here for parts .

They've done it! They must have cured covid! Not a single person employee, customer, or manager wore or even had a mask on them. I was rudely stared down as soon as I entered the store and the employee got right up in my face. Autozone is right down the street, the employees were nicer and the employees take customer safety seriously (unlike this plague hole)

I love this place I went there thinking I was going to have to spend a fortune to get a headlight the guy came out looked at my headlight went and got a bulb changed it for me all for less than $20 nice to know there are still nice people in the world

My mother went there to ask for help with her battery and whoever was working there wouldn't help, made some lazy piss poor excuse and sent her on her way. Complete garbage!!!! If their parts are as good as their service then they can keep it all. I would never recommend anyone to go there!!!!! They don't even deserve 1 star.

We lost a coil pack (under warranty) and they replaced the one instead of us pulling the entire 8. Quick and easy fix in the parking lot.

I use to love this place, lucky to get the right part the first time, but they try. It's the prices are pretty high on some items now that only gets them 3 stars from me
