For a couple years we have steered clear of car dealerships after being done wrong and having negative experiences. My grandparents recommended Marion Toyota so we thought we would give them a try. We met Jon Smith and was instantly greeted with a smile and offered a beverage. We found the car we liked for our family, and Jon helped us get into a new car with a great rate and low payment. A week into having our new car, we brought something to their attention. It was IMMEDIATELY taken care of! We cannot say enough good things about our car salesman Jon Smith, and the Sales Manager Dave Pierce. We will probably forever stick with Marion Toyota. Thank you for giving us such a positive experience. We cannot recommend Marion Toyota enough.

My wife Grace and I were in the Market for a good, clean, reliable used vehicle. After looking around, we decided on Marion Toyota. It turned out to be a very good decision. We hooked up with Chase Dugger. He helped us with the vehicle we were interested in.If you ever go to Marion Toyota for a vehicle, ask for Chase. He is absolutely awesome. Very nice, will answer any of your questions, no pressure sales routine. Chase will make sure you get all the information that you need, and need to know. My wife and I just loved working with him on our purchase.Everyone at Marion Toyota is very nice and knowledgeable. The building is nice, clean, very comfortable and stress free. They treat you like someone no matter your situation or what kind of vehicle your interested in. The used vehicles are nice and clean, checked out and you can feel good about buying used. Also the service if you need it is top notchAt Marion Toyota, you don't feel like and your not treated like just another customer or a number because they take the time to insure your satisfaction. It feels like that good one on one customer service of days long gone.So, if your in the market for a new or used vehicle, head to Marion Toyota. Ask for Chase or any of the other very friendly, very professional staff. They will help you get that vehicle, and get you on the road with your new ride.5 out of 5 stars.

Always a great experience working with Marion Toyota. Our salesperson, Jon Smith, was knowledgeable, helpful, and no-pressure. He set up our Apple Car Play and showed us how everything works. Steve, the finance manager, made the paperwork process quick and easy; he made good recommendations but didn t pressure us to buy extra things. And I absolutely love the service department. The waiting room is so comfortable that I almost look forward to the regular maintenance visits!

Had a great experience buying a new Camry with Jonathan Smith! He was very nice and made sure everything was ready to go and hassle free before I even arrived to the dealership. Highly recommend going to Marion Toyota! This was my first vehicle purchase on my own and I was very nervous going into it. Thankfully, Jeff made me feel so comfortable during the process! As soon as I arrived to Toyota he came out to help me and was very friendly! He is very knowledgeable, personable, and great to work with! He answered any question that I had before and after purchasing the car and was very transparent throughout the process! If he didn t know the answer to something (which was rare) he wasn t afraid to go find the answer! My previous car was totaled in an accident and I needed to find a new vehicle quick, he was able to get me a wonderful car within 24 hours! If you re looking to buy, go see Jeff!! Love my Volkswagen Tiguan!!

It was a very smooth process and a positive experience. Jonathan has the perfect disposition for sales. He isn t pushy and gives you plenty of room to breathe. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We had one hiccup with a busted tail light cover that we noticed after we brought the vehicle home. After bringing it to his attention he got started on ordering it right away with absolutely no hesitation. He was a pleasure to work with and I hope to buy from him again some day.

We just bought a new Grand Highlander at Marion Toyota (the second vehicle we've purchased at this dealership). Ryan Gulley, our salesman, was personable and professional throughout the experience, as was Scott Phelps the financial manager. We have been very happy with our buying experiences at Marion Toyota and also want to give a shout out to their excellent service department.

Jon Smith was amazing to work with. We came in to see a car that was online. We were immediately greeted and offered a drink. We got the keys and test drove the vehicle, and instantly liked it. Jon made the whole process super fast and easy for us. This was by far the best car buying experience we ve had. We 10/10 recommend shopping with Jon at Marion Toyota.

I had an appointment at 10am with one of the salesperson. I sat for 45 minutes before he got to me. I told him exactly what I wanted and they had one for me to test drive, which I did. He spent about 10 minutes explaining the mechanics to me. I wanted to learn a little bit more about the dash features. I could have read those on the sticker. Then we practically ran back to his office rushed through what color exterior and interior and other accessories I may want printed me out what the sticker would be and pushed me out the door for what seemed like another appointment. I am a woman who is trying to buy a car and the entire appointment didn't last but 20 minutes. I don't know about you but when I get ready to pony up 40 grand, I'd expect a little more explanation. I had to ask to look in the cargo area and I opened the door to the back seat. I think this my be my last resort.

I had the pleasure of working with Jeff on purchasing my newest vehicle. The entire time he was more than professional and provided me with a quick easy, no pressure, experience. He answered all of my questions and provided me with all of the vehicle history I requested. Aside from Jeff's excellent customer service, Marion Toyota as a whole gets 10/10 everytime. Their building is clean and well cared for. They provide several cozy areas to relax while you are waiting for your vehicle to get serviced. Best of all, they always have complimentary beverages AND fresh baked cookies. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle I highly recommend checking them out and asking for Jeff's assistance if he is available.

I have been looking for a specific vehicle for well over two years at an affordable price. I spotted something interesting from the road so I pulled in. As I was looking over the vehicle John Smith AKA Super Salesman came up and asked if he could help me. I said yes I need the key, after a test drive I knew it was what I had been in search of. I said I m interested but I needed to think about it. I researched the vehicles Carfax which was available and realized it was exactly what I had been looking for. I called John and said I would purchase the vehicle. I explained I couldn t just run up there that moment because of some health issues. John took control of the situation and made everything very easy. When I went in to complete the paperwork John introduced me to Pete one of there finance managers. Pistol Pete was amazing to work with just like John no pressure here s what I have to offer. I can honestly say it was an easy trouble free experience by trained professionals who made it a great experience. Marion Toyota a better way of buying a car is very true ! I highly recommend this Dealership to anyone shopping for a New or Used vehicle.

Knowing Steve Murphy as such a wonderful friend and long time employee of Marion Toyota and having a stranger but such a wonderful soul Hank refer me to Jonathan I was so afraid of another car deal but here we are with the love of my mom Eva and my sister Kim we managed to get back on the Road today praise God Steve in financial at Marion Toyota was amazing and gave us hope for our future!! Thank you to Ryan for his professionalism and dedication for the entire process of purchasing our Tundra. Being from Ohio we had great difficulty finding exactly what we wanted in Ohio. He kept us informed about the production and delivery time schedule. Ryan was thorough in his explanation of all the bells and whistles when I came to pick up the truck, even picking me up at the airport. The employees at Marion Toyota in Illinois definitely have the customer as being their top priority.

Stopped in to see what they had available with good fuel efficiency. Happened to catch Jonathan Smith and after thinking about it for a minute, he showed us a couple of options. The second one was a sharp looking 2020 Toyota Corrola hybrid that was exactly what we were looking for. Great price, really really great gas mileage, and is now ours! Great experience! This is the third vehicle we have bought from Marion Toyota. Definitely the best around!

Excellent experience with Marion Toyota. We needed a new (to us) vehicle after having one of ours totalled. The whole process went seamlessly. We had a vehicle in mind, were able to take it on a test drive quickly. We dealt with product specialists Jerry and Ryan and Steve in Finance. All three were very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Painless process and we ended up with a great vehicle financed at a better rate than my previous loan company had pre-approved me for.

I worked with Brad Mandell at Marion Toyota recently. I went in with the two vehicles I wanted to look at. He listened and was happy to look at vehicles that also may fit into what I was looking for along with the two I had chosen. I had my child with me, and he even charged her tablet so she could play while we were discussing things. He did not push any vehicles on me that did not fit my needs. He answered all of my questions and helped me to make the choice that fit my family. He also helped me get things set up in the vehicle and install the car seat. It was a great experience and I highly recommend working with him at Marion Toyota.

Absolutely great service from Jonathon and Pete. It was a really great experience to work with these two veteran sales guys. The dealership was super clean, well organized and was my pleasure to be there. This was my first Toyota truck ever and first visit to Marion Toyota. I will definitely conduct business there again. We were looking at all dealerships with midsize SUV s. We just kept coming back to Marion Toyota RAV4. We have bought here in the past and had great experiences. The decision made, we went to talk to Jon Smith. We ended up buying the one we wanted on the spot. Jon was very helpful in giving us the answers we needed about our trade in and interest rates. Buying a car is rarely fun for me but Jerry and Marion Toyota made it a good experience. Their selection of used vehicles and prices were better than local competitors. Jerry was not pushy and gave us space to look and drive what we wanted. I didn t feel pressured which I greatly appreciate. I definitely recommend this place!

Great experience working with Randy Johnson! I live out of state and Randy took the time to send a detailed video of the RAV4 I was interested in. Once I arrived, the service at Marion Toyota was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend looking for a vehicle at this dealership!

I wanted a very specific car and my local Toyota dealers basically told me "good luck." I found the car for me as it was being built through Marion Toyota. I filled out an interest form online, and Jonathan was very prompt in reaching out and working with me. He wrote up the paperwork and presold the car to me which guaranteed it would be mine once it was delivered. He gave me frequent updates as the car was being built, was very responsive as I had questions, and sent me pictures once it was delivered. He was a delight to work with and I would highly recommend buying from them. It was worth the trip from Alabama to get the car I wanted and work with them to get it.
