The work looks good. However, be aware they are closed on Fridays and Saturdays. It took about 6 weeks for them to get to my car. I took it in on a Monday for a 3 day repair. I didn't rent a car because I work from home anyway. Thursday morning I got a text that my car was in reassembly and I would be notified soon. Never heard anything. I called Friday morning only to find out they would not be open again until Monday. I had travel plans for the weekend and many things to get done, so all that went out the window. On Monday they told me my car was actually done on Thursday but their detail guy didn't show up so they kept it. I think I should have had a choice to take it, or take it and bring it back on Monday. The communication just wasn't good.

I was very happy with the service. They kept me informed of the progress of the repair work. They cleaned my car inside and out. My car looked and performed like anew car. Highly recommend their services.L Williams

take your car here if you want them to hold onto it for 1/4 of a year & then not even repair it correctly. Scratch & corrosion & hail damage were all acquired while at Marion Collision Center. Kim the receptionist also told me i clearly don t understand how anything works & laughed at me while i was crying.Last 2 photos are before & after of my hood, which is now crooked & i can fit my finger through it.

Marion Collision has exceptional service! They were so easy to get in touch with for a repair estimate, and they made the entire process of working with the insurance company a breeze. They told me the repairs would take around 4 days, but they were finished in 2! They went above and beyond to clean and detail my car inside and out! I was not expecting that at all, and I am so appreciative! I will definitely be using them again if needed!Service: Body & Trim

Driving into Illinois, a deer met his match with the front end of my car. When I checked with my insurance company, they gave me two options in Marion, and I am sure I made the right choice. Even though I had to drive back from Oklahoma to get my car, I was pleased with the work & the local rep of my insurance company guaranteed their work as well.

I had a paint warranty completed on my 2011 Toyota Camry and they were exceptional to work with. Their office staff went above and beyond while organizing the warranty work and coordinating with a just meh dealership. Their office staff made sure I was taken care of.I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the work that was completed. The prep work was done well and with great attention to detail. Fit and finish of the panels after reassembly was spot on (arguably a bit better than I gave it to them). The color match to the unpainted portions of the car is excellent and I am very happy with the quality of the application. The paint texture and finish is excellent, I have been looking for a few weeks now and cannot find a blemish in the painted areas. Their attention to detail during reassembly was excellent as well, they even remembered to replace the clear vinyl rock-guard on the dog-leg after painting!I had a lot of word-of-mouth recommendations for this body shop from people in the know and I was not disappointed.Service: Painting

With a single working day turn around Marion Collision fixed my passenger door and cleaned the interior and exterior of my car. Their front desk attendand was personable and pleasant. It was a seamless experience for me. My GEICO agent scheduled the drop off and made sure that my Enterprise rental car was ready for me. The job was done in under two weeks and it looks great. I dropped off my rental car at Marion Collision Center when I picked up my car. Very convenient. The communication from Marion Collision Center was good throughout.Service: Body & Trim

Everyone is top notch: office staff, manager, personnel! They got my car right in to fix it in less than two week dealt with my insurance for me, repaired my car beautifully in 1 1/2 days AND kept me updated during the entire process! I have a handicap caravan that is the only means of transportation for my daughter who travels in a wheelchair.The staff was very friendly as well as considerate of this and the time they would have my van.I highly recommend them for any vehicle need you may have. They repaired the rear bumper on my Infiniti G37 coupe. While my car was in the shop, they kept me informed by notifying me through text messages when the parts came in, and when they expected to finish. I was blown away by the top rank customer service I received. If you demand common courtesy, professionalism, friendly atmosphere and great work, I recommend Marion Collision Center. YOU are amazing!! From my first phone call to the day I picked up my car, everyone was kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for sending the text message updates; I appreciated knowing how repairs were going. Having my car back before the promised date was an unexpected surprise. It looks as if the deer incident never happened. Beautiful job!! Thank you!Update: My car has a jinx!! It needed another visit to repair fender-bender. No disappointment when I took it to the Marion Collision Center again. The same smiles and professionalism and the first time! Also, the body work is superb. Thank you again!

Very courteous and friendly as well as Their Professionalism is 2nd to none as far as Customer Service goes. I had just dropped off my damaged vehicle on 9/27/21 so I can't reply on their level of work and also Enterprise Rental car was there waiting for me everything was done right there at the Collision shop. So it was quick and easy.

Excellent service from start to finish! The whole team was very helpful during the repair process and they made everything simple and easy. The repair itself was supposed to take a week and I ended up getting my vehicle back after only 1 business day...and the job was well done! The inside and outside of the car was clean and the repair job looked fantastic. I highly recommend this collision facility!
