Dustin took great care of me and was 100% honest about the fact that I didn't NEED tires and offered to just patch the one with a leak but I was close and ready to get new ones anyways. He found the exact tires I wanted at a reasonable price.

I ended up with 2 nails 1 in the left and the other in the right rear tires. I called as soon as they opened. I ran over and they quickly repaired each tire. I highly recommend this business as they are very friendly and professional. They could have told me the tires could not be repaired and just sold me 4 new tires. Instead they said we can fix them and when your tires need to be replaced please think of us. They have earned my repeat business.

Truck began having issues as I was approaching the Marion exit with many hours to go to reach my destination. Brought it over to Interstate Tire Pros the next morning, without an appointment. Dustin and the rest of the crew were definitely total pros from the minute I walked in the door, understanding my situation. They had diagnosed the issue within an hour and had me back on the road before 1pm for less than $300. Such a better experience than anticipated when pulling off the freeway the night before!Service: Electrical repair

I ve had a slow leak in my tire for weeks and every other establishment I went to would have had me waiting for hours! I walked into Interstate and was greeted immediately and my issue was taken care of within a half an hour! Dustin and his crew were super nice and quick! They guys saved the day. One of my tires malfunctioned and I stopped to see what was wrong. It was about to blow out. They helped me get a set of used tires to get me the rest of the way home. Great customer service!!Service: TiresService: Tires

Ordered a set of Continental tires and was told I would be contacted when they came in. I phoned two days later and was told they were on the truck and were delivered, but hadn't been laid hands on yet. Never was contacted again. So, I went with another dealer without issue.

I'm gonna say this was one of the better experiences I've had getting a car serviced. They are great at customer relations and explaining what you need to know about your repairs. I would recommend them over Rabin tire every time.

I purchased a set of Hercules tires as well as wanted an oil change and a front axle brake job. One side was steel to steel and needed a new rotor, brake pads and caliper. (Almost embarrassed that I work on trucks for a living and my pickup truck is in this shape) Also found the right wheel hub assembly needed replaced due to heating. To say the least these guys go above and beyond and will not sell you something you don t need. I won t trust anyone else to touch my Silverado!
