Kenny has been exceptional to do business with in the service department. I can say the same for Don, and Bre does a great job at returning correspondence to schedule service. Lori, the owner, makes sure customers feel valued at Ike Honda, as well. I highly recommend Ike Honda!

My car s starter wouldn t turn over and I was stuck in town by myself. I had to be at work, and on a Saturday, had no other choice but to call around and find someone who was open. I have a Toyota but Kenny took the call and made sure he could take care of it in one day. I brought it in and they even gave me a complimentary ride to work. Kenny kept me updated throughout the entire experience and even though I couldn t get off of work until after they closed, made sure I had access to my vehicle. This place seems to be run by people who take pride in their work and would help someone in need. I highly recommend.

We went on a Saturday to get our Vehicle serviced. The staff was very friendly. The waiting room was clean and nice. Internet Wi-Fi was provided while I waited. Watched some college football while I waited. They said service would take about 45 minutes, which was close. It took more about an hour, but was not a bad wait. They made sure to give me recommendations on future service to my vehicle and a quote for the services. Also gave me a printout about what exactly they did to my vehicle. Overall very pleased, would definitely recommend them to anyone not just Honda owners.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I had the heater go out, and I was impressed with how Ike Honda handled this. The team diagnosed the problem, which in this case involves digging into the dashboard to check vents, not to mention checking the radiator and related parts; they figured out it was the heater core. I was given a quote, and they were upfront that they would have no choice but to replace it with an after-market heater core because the Honda OEM part was not available due to supply chain issues. They were upfront about the long labor time needed to fix this (as it involves ripping into the dashboard and all). I was visiting the area and couldn't take the time to have the work done, so there was a $114 diagnostic fee. Then they accidentally overcharged me by $40 but caught it themselves; they called asking me for my card number to provide the refund (they rightly hadn't saved my card because that's bad practice), and I did get it promptly. While they did the diagnosis, they had good waiting areas with good wi-fi, so I got work done. I had warning lights on the dash. I called Ike Honda Service and had my van towed. The van needed extensive repair. The van was repaired in less than estimated time and I was even given a discount on my total bill.The van drives like new. Drove into service bay with no appointment. Asked them to check battery and replace if needed. They said it might take 1 or 2 hrs to work me in. I waited and they replaced the battery in 45 minutes. Got a rock stuck in my sidewall so had to order a new tire. My complaint is not with the mechanics at all, instead its with the guy who wrote the order down (there's only two i've seen). 45 minutes after my appointment began he came to ask me what tire I am getting changed. After clearing up his confusion by telling him "driver-side rear" and him admitting to being confused "wrong left haha", he did not care to change the work order or even inform me or more importantly the mechanics working on my car. being in a rush after waiting 2 hours for 1 tire change I didn't realize the wrong tire was changed till later in the evening I saw the lubricant paste on the wrong tire along with the low pressure light being on.Mechanics were profusely apologetic and fixed the confusion, service guy who made the mistake remained in the shadows.Service: Auto tire replacement

The service team at Ike has always been great to me. I bought my Honda Civic brand new in 2011 from Ikes. They took care of my car from tires to oil changes for 11 years. I just sold my car back to them yesterday Sept. 14th. I would highly recommend Ike Honda. They treated me like family. They would take me to work and come puck me up when my oil change and tire rotation were complete. Was passing thru from Tennessee when a tire light came on so stopped at my nearest dealership waited here 3hrs for tire to get plugged got about 100 miles when my light came back on had to stop multiple times to add air when I got back to chicago I took it to my dealer which I work at and was told by my tech they only used half of a plug

Serpentine belt replaced. Ike was able to fit me in at the last minute, on a Saturday no less. Cost was less than originally quoted.
