Holt rv service will be the one and only call with any more issues we have with our camper. We were having heating issues in Jan (burr, cold). Did I mention we live in our camper full time. After some troubleshooting he found the issue, we had to wait a few days for parts to come in. His professionalism, communication is above what you would expect. Would highly recommend if you are having rv issues give him a call.

Holt RV was terrific, responsive, great communication; not only scheduling but through the entire service process. I was impressed with the service experience, the front end research that was applied to issue(s), followed by timely scheduling and expertise in solving our problems. We contacted Holt RV Mobile Service out of Marion, Illinois on 5/25/2023 because we were having issues with our water heater on our travel trailer. Michael Holt was very helpful and very timely!! He got us the needed parts and was able to get the water heater up & running right away!! This was after trying a dealership and a few other places!! Absolutely amazed with how professional, fast, and knowledgeable he was! Our toilet broke off the floor while we were 270 miles from home. We called Holt Rv Service and were surprised when he was able to come earlier than expected. He most certainly is very knowledgeable about RVs and replaced/fixed everything while also explaining each step of the repair to help us understand. Very helpful, informative, and polite. Will be saving his number in case we need another repair while near Benton!

I recently purchased an RV from a private seller in Marion, IL. I live 4 hours from this location and coordinated with Holt RV Service to address some known maintenance issues and identify any other issues. I arranged all of this over the phone and coordinated the drop-off of the RV at Holt RV Service's shop. The work he did fixing the known issues and identifying the other issues allowed me to negotiate the seller's asking price down by $6,000. Holt RV Service was very attentive and kept me informed along the way, sending videos, and photos of the repairs and other identified issues. I fully recommend them for any service or maintenance issues you may have.

We had an issue with our hydraulic slides and levels not working. We made an appointment to meet Mike the next time we wanted to camp at our property in our rv.Mike is dependable, on time, courteous, and professional. He figured out the issues and had everything working just great. Although we hope nothing goes wrong with our rv, I feel much better knowing I can make an appointment with Mike. Mike Holt was very professional, very nice and extremely helpful. We became stranded at a campground in Marion IL when our living room slide would not retract in. He started with checking fuses, switches, contol box, reaching, phone a friend and finally removed the trim piece to expose the slide motor to find a wire not attached correctly!! Holt RV was very professional and pleasant to work with. I had an issue with my slide topper and he came to the campground and disassembled the slide topper unit so I could continue on and replace later. I will keep his contact info in case I am in the area again and need assistance.

I am out of town working and was having AC issues. Holt RV service was able to make it out and begin working the same day I called. I was completely happy with the service I received, it was in a timely manner and he worked with me due to the long hours I am currently working. Micheal was very knowledgeable. He replaced my broken 17 year old tongue jack with a modern one. While he was here I also had him take a look at my roof because I had discovered a leak. He fixed the leak and found/fixed a couple other leaks of which he took pictures of before and after. All were valid leaks. I am very happy with service that I received. He even answered my email and call on a Sunday evening to schedule the service for Monday morning.Service: Body & Trim

I appreciate he came when he said he would. He had the part on the truck for the repair. He stayed long enough to make sure it worked. I had many questions about how certain devices on my RV and he took the time to answer them. I would use him again and would recommend him for anyone who needed an RV tech.

Needed a faucet replacement in my RV kitchen while my RV was out on a rental. I was in a big jam because my husband was out of town and I was freaking out. They were so helpful with everything and kept me updated on all. Thank you again. Also they don t over charge. I used them after hours and I couldn t be happier.

I highly recommend Holt RV! He was there on time as promised and extremely pleasant! He had everything taken apart, diagnosed and fixed within the hour!! I will definitely use them for all future needs!! What a great service that comes to you!! Thank You So Much!!

I had low water pressure and Mike went threw my water lines to find out it was the campground water pressure that was the problem. Mike also cleaned up my a/c units and increased the temperature on my cold air which made it more comfortable in the RV. Communication was a big factor!!! He was busy at the time and recommended another service which was helpful, but told me to call back if they were unavailable.
