If I could give more stars I would! Friendly, fast, and affordable. We were on a camping trip in our 5th and needed two hard to find tires replaced. They had the tires in stock and quickly got us in first thing Monday morning, and had us out in under an hour. Everyone was very helpful and nice, they even let us bring our dog out so she didn t have to sit in the truck. Highly recommend!!

Brought a compact JD Tractor tire in with a bad valve stem on Saturday. Nice young lady had me back in front of the bay, service tech unloaded and said he would have it ready to go in about 5 minutes. Not sure if it was even that long before he had it fixed and put back in the back of my SUV. Went inside to pay my bill and wasn t charged anything. I had to make her take the money I left to at least buy them some drinks. Im not a regular customer there but have bought from their store in Harrisburg several times. I highly recommend them to anyone who need tires or service work.

Late Wednesday night, we exited I57 to eat, and by chance, found a screw in a tire. At 7:30 the next morning, we pulled into Raben Tire in Marion, IL. We were back on the highway heading home by 8:00 am. Thanks for quick, superior service. If I lived there, I know where I d buy my tires.

Amazing as always! These guys you can trust, they are fast and they display exceptional customer service! They actually saved me so much money when local car dealer told me my AC was broken. They plugged it back in and never had another issue! Victor Anderson is the best to deal with. Thanks Raben!

Great, shop. They have standard and large bays. Able to put 4 new tires on my trailer I was towing accross the country. Got me in and out quickly and the prices were very competitive. The day I came in they were having a BBQ for the customers, games and prizes.Great staff that new the line up of tires, quick service, affordable, what more do you want from a tire store?

Wow! This place is head and shoulders above Plaza Tire. Got 4 new tires placed in under 45 minutes. Staff is professional, kind and knowledgeable. Make the switch... you will be glad you did.

There are several good tire shops around the area and I have bought tires from mostly all of them chasing the DEAL. However Over the years I have found that the initial cost of the service is not the only factor to base ones decision on. Rabins have always been, if not the least expensive, close to the it. But the main selling factor with this store is trust. You can rely on the them to, stick to their quoted price, provide an honest assessment of your repair... Can it be repaired, the most cost effective solution as to your specific problem ( even if it means taking it to another shop )Basically they are a place that I would and do trust to send my daughter to knowing she would not be taken advantage of as well as treated with respect. Good folks.

The service, support and quick response to my tire needs was absolutely outstanding. Very respectful staff working to solve a series of issues related to a set of trailer tires. I could not be more pleased with the service and support I recieved. What a great shop, across the board!

I went to Raben-Marion because it was recommended by a friend and a family member. The staff members are Professional, Helpful & Honest. They do Camper Trailer tires too. I was in & out of there in approximately 30 minutes. I love the 4 new tires they installed. They look good too! I would recommend Raben Tire-Marion to any family member, friend or colleague. Well, I called up there on a Wednesday asking if they had my tires in stock- they didn t (that s fine, I just decided to have them order.) They told me to be there the next day around 2pm, didn t get any of my information, I asked if they needed it they said it wasn t necessary. And said after we got off the phone they d order. Perfect! Right? So Thursday, I come in, and nobody knows what the heck I m talking about. No tires were ordered, they claimed it could be a late delivery but they couldn t even find the paperwork saying the order had been processed. One worker even joked with another coworker and said its not like we re known for doing this as he laughs but I m frustrated because I made time out of my schedule for this and they were nowhere to be found! If my tires didn t need changed ASAP, I would ve just left- but I decided to stay and make sure they REALLY ordered my tires and gave them all my information like they should ve taken from me from the beginning. So the tires got changed Friday.Other than that, prices weren t drastically expensive- better than other places I called around for an estimate. It was quick, approximately an hour.

Been going here for years for tires, oil change, and rotation. I have always received excellent service. One time, one of my hubcaps fell off after a change, and they paid for the replacement. I drive a lot so its great that I always get my 5th oil change free!! I highly recommend them!

I have been customer of Raben Tire for many years. They do a great job and their sales team go above and beyond to help you get the tires you need at an affordable price. Like most people do, I don't just trust anyone when it comes to my vehicles but I have built a trust in working with Chris at the Marion, IL store. Chris is very knowledgeable and has always provided me with great advice and has been able to get a my vehicles in and out quickly with whatever services I've needed. I highly recommend Raben Tire for your vehicles routine maintenance.

I have been taking my vehicle to Raben for a few years now for oil changes. They are efficient, affordable, professional, honest, and very friendly. They also watch out for me! Just yesterday, when I went in for a normal oil change and tire rotation, they saw how bad my tires were. They gave me a fair price on my exact tire, and had four new tires on and out the door quickly! I am very thankful that I found Raben Tire. :)

Take her navigator in for a leaky tire on the left front ,told me me it was the valves steam.which I knew it was not !I m back two weeks later now !it s the rim this time,it s the next day now it is still leaking .I removed the tire and sprayed the room was soap and then it s not leaking that I found the small little tiny meal between some tread .they seem to have an attitude that I even asked about new tire quote?had an attitude that I returned because they didn t fix the week the first time and took hours with the truck in shop to a patch a tire ?Oh a few times while sitting there bored I went and looked and my truck was sitting there on an alignment rack not being touched.Just a little bit hard to pull the front tire off a vehicle sitting up on top of it when you think?You think the people that own that business could put a couple dollars in a couple ceiling tires and maybe clean the place up and hire some people without the attitudes.All four people in the lobby when I was there we re complaining about the business and the help!by the way I price the same tires down the street $200 cheaper

Got a nail too near the sidewall for repair, went to 3 other places for a replacement tire, stumbled on Raben on my way to a 4th place. Since they were open at 7:15 AM and the place I was going didn't open until 8, thought I would try Raben. Turned out to be the best decision I could have made. They had 2 tires in stock and the quoted installed price wasn't too bad and they were able to get me completed in about 30 minutes.Well the estimates were wrong, tire installed was $11.00 less than quoted and the repair was finished in less than 30 minutes.Overall a fantastic experience, I would highly recommend Raben in Marion. If the other locations are as good you would be wise to choose them.

Our family uses Raven Tire for as much of our tire needs as possible. Emergency valve stem replacement was needed. Staff provided quick consultation of possible solutions. Choice was made. A short time later the vehicle was brought around job completed. Since we had purchased road hazard protection when the tires were purchased there was no cost. I appreciate the staff wearing masks for everyone's protection. GREAT job guys!!! Thanks!!

Front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. Mechanics seem very capable. I've been a customer for over 10 years, four vehicles,and I've never had to go back to have them redo something. Always a good experience at the Marion, IL store.

Raben in Marion IL has always been great to me and my husband. When my husband had a flat at work they went out of their way to help him. I just got 4 new tires at a great price that beat all other competitors!

I would like to thank the entire staff at Raben Tire in Marion. I purchased a new set of Goodyear Wrangler All Terrain Adventure w/Kevlar tires for my Ford F150 XLT. Along with that I asked if they could also provide a wheel alignment to make sure all was good to go. They did a great job and I couldn't be happier with my experience there. Great service and lowest installed price l could find. I highly recommend the pros at Raben Tire in Marion! 5 Stars from me!

I can trust Raben to do the necessary work without taking advantage. I recently had to go somewhere else and they added costs for fees they didn't inform me of beforehand and they also tried to convince me I needed work that I didn't need. They are so friendly and always fit me in at my convenience.

Raben was fast, efficient and extremely well priced. I stopped at two other businesses the day I needed to get my tire patched and was unsuccessful at both. The guys at Raben were friendly and had me in and out in less than a half an hour and the price was far less than what I expected. Will only be using Raben from now on.

Local home town dealer .good service and price. My truck rides like new. Love the speed of service and communication with the tech to make sure things where right. I would reconmend Raben if you need or want new tires and allinement. Thank you Raben tire for a great experience .

They saved our trip. Got a bad oil change in Louisiana. Chris fixed the other guys mistake and filled me up. Use them for your next service needs. Great service. Couldn't recommend higher
