I have been through this car wash in Marion twice....both times I had to straighten out my license plate, which was folded into an L shape. I'm sure it would have been broken if I had not had a plate frame around it. I asked for a single wash, was billed monthly until I canceled the recurring charge on my card.... definitely not going back.

They have gotten better the last two washes didn t leave my car streaked and still dirty like before. My biggest complaint is they need to allow more space between cars as some people don t know how to put their shift back to drive almost causing rear end catastrophes. Staff are friendly but need to be mindful to allow safe distance between each cars although some of the people going through the wash tries to rush or get in front of other cars who had the arm raised first.

I bought the elite membership package. This wash has a lot of trouble getting bugs and bird droppings off. Usually have to go through a couple times and also pretreat the area. The rollers that are supposed to shine the tire scraped my rims and never even put a shine on except about 4-5 inches of the tire. It either is broken or they turned it off because it was damaging rims. They are closed about as much as they are open. Went on 3-20-2024 around 3:30-4:00 and it was closed. Again on Saturday 3-23-2024 and all the vacuums were closed. Went again on Sunday and the wash was once again closed. These were all nice sunny days. It does a good job if your car is already clean, but it does also leave a soap residue on the passenger side of the car and does not have an under carriage wash.

The reason for me 1-Star review is this; my car was damaged while inside the wash. Don't worry, I will not be taking any legal actions. However, maybe install parallel wheel aligners to prevent vehicles from veering off the track. Have a good day.

It's was busy, but it didn't take long getting through the car wash. At the vacuum station, the car next to us was using are vacuum, because her's wasn't working properly. But ours was clogged also after the chick let us use it. I unclogged it in a timely matter so we could finish and the chick next to us could toIt was really busy, fr.

Before and after photos attached.I have gone through two different locations a total of four times (I think) with the same results.Most of the bugs on the front were still there after the wash. It knocked off most of the dust on the back but left most dust in the corners of the hatch. Many of the dirt spots on the sides were still there after the wash. There are black mark's after the wash that were not there before the wash.Overall I am not impressed. I will be cancelling the monthly plan and returning to the periodic touchless car washes.Maybe you will get better results. Based on my results I cannot recommend Finish Line Car Wash.I get better washes from the automatic touchless car washes. They are not perfect but in my experience the touchless washes do a better job and do not leave mark's on the car that were not there before the wash.Forgot to mention the staff are friendly and helpful. My only gripe is the quality of the wash.

The staff was nice from start to end.. but 25 dollars for a service that doesn t even come close to cleaning the car. I used to pay 18 in Chicago full auto wash and hand dry down inside and out.

The Marion Shop scratched my truck from the rear passenger door down the truck bed. It's been a month and the custo.er service number is a joke. Dave yourself time and money use a different wash.

I love finish line car wash! If you are going to get a car wash, just buy the plan its much cheaper and better! Like I bought the 1 month unlimited best wash they had for like $30 but I could go every single day, and if I wanted to go 2x a day I could! So its well worth it! I promise you won't be disappointed.

I used the tunnel wash car wash Finish Line car wash in Marion Illinois.Most definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!I went through the tunnel wash twice on a $16 single car wash. They don't use near enough water, all they do is swirl semi dry brushes on your vehicle with very little water, my truck being dirty from regular driving in the rain highway......... and my truck came out all dirty.Not to mention the bugs, but they also don't spray any bug removal before you enter either.After diving through the car wash twice, "which I have to give them credit for allowing me to do that,Finally I just had to leave Finish Line car wash and get my truck washed someplace else because after running it through twice, it looked like the photo I have attached for reference and I didn't want it to do any more damage to my truck swirling dry brushes on it.It is the most useless tunnelwash I have ever used and I use tunnel washes all the time and there is other companies who have tunnel washes that work great! OKIE wash in Oklahoma is where I have a subscription and they are great! Use lots of water and soap and gers the job done.Not so with Finish Line.I did call in, and ofcourse they don't issue a refund, which is the least of my concern but what is much worse is that I had to leave in a dirty truck after wasting time and money and go get my truck washed someplace else.After reading the reviews of Finish Line I see that there is a lot of un satisfied clients and the only response is to email head quarters, so since I already called and spoke to a manager at head quarters, emailing head quarters unfortunately is not going to solve anything, the bottom line is I had to leave in a dirty vehicle and get the job done someplace else

This service is great. Car comes out clean most of the time. What is strange is we pay extra for the best package you can get, but 50% of our visits do not get the polish at the end. Who knows what else it's not doing. How would we know? When the polishers don't work there is usually spots all over the hood. So, I don't really think it is right to pay more for something your not getting. Makes sense right? Great concept, just not quite right yet. On a side note, they did tell me that they haven't been able to get parts for the polishers. Maybe offer up a discount on the next month for not fulfilling the agreement.Update: This carwash has gone downhill since my last review, so I am updating my review. I was able to visit Paducah, KY Finish Line Car Wash and it puts this location to shame. Half the time multiple brushes and polishers don't even touch the car. I've had to stop and let staff know numerous times and sometimes they have to make an adjustment. 90% of the time the car comes out still dirty. We have been paying for the monthly $34.99 service for over 6 months and driving through the car wash multiple times a week. We had to eventually downgrade to the silver package because the tire shine was splattering all down the side of our car.

A great place to go to get your car nice and clean Quickly and they also have free vacuums and towels with all purpose cleaner and windex for your convenience. It's not just a car wash But an experience at the same time.

Doesn't get all the soup off. Had to go through twice with same results. Rolling wheel at the end left marks on windshield. Pretty bad actually!

The mat wash is always broken, there are always bugs left on the car, and today they where still blocked off at 7:15 even though they supposedly open at 7:00.

I just cancelled my service. Car wash is forcing water up in from the bottom side of my Escalade headlights and the moisture made my headlights burn up. It also took off my factory hitch cover and I left my information to file a claim and it's been over a week yet nobody has contacted me.

I feel like it's pretty expensive for a poor quality car wash. I used it for a month for my wife's escape, and it always left quite a bit on the car. I definitely don't recommend doing the one with tire shine because my car would end up more dirty after a wash due to the tire shine slinging down the sides

Y'all. Free vacuums and all purpose cleaning spray and fresh clean towels to clean inside the car!?!? Mind blowing. If there weren't a line around the building and I wasn't in a time crunch. I would've also gotten a car wash. 3 different types of prices and washes. Just didn't have the time when I went. Definitely be back for a wash, wax, and a vacuum next time though. Loved this place. First time visitor. Long time customer to come.

Several of the machines are currently out of service. For example the roller that cleans the grill, hood, windshield, roof, trunk and rear was offline today so these parts of my car are still dirty after going through the wash *three* times.Workers are not allowed to touch cars so they have set sponges aside for customers to scrub their cars to make up for their broken machinery!Yet still they charge full price.It is hard for me to write this negative review because I have always enjoyed washing my car here once a month and the staff are always great.But why would I go back to Finish Line to give them $25 to NOT clean my car?

Paid for the premium wash, asked the attendant if it would get bugs off the windshield. He said definitely because the lava bath. Went through and it was still awful. Drive around and they had me go through again. Didn t help at all. Too expensive to not get results. Disappointed.

We have two vehicles on monthly plans.We have been through the car wash so many times where things do not work properly.It will stop and we have to wait for someone to start it up.Other times the rotating dryers on each side are not working and or the one that goes up the hood. Also the tire shine doesn't work half the time.Not fair to pay what we do each month and not receive the service.Have gone through and have the vehicle still dirty. Service: Auto detailing

Can t beat the unlimited deal. The free vacuum and carpet cleaner keeps the car neat from inside. The wash would not get rid off all the bugs from front. It would take 5 washes to get the front of car free of bugs. I would still buy unlimited, it s worth it.Edit: Moved to another state and minimum unlimited deal is $40. Realized the value of finish line after experiencing another market.

In July of last year, I visited the Mation, IL location and explained that I wanted to wash my vehicle one last time and then I wanted my subscription canceled. The gentleman let me know that that was ok. Nearly a year later, and they have been billing me the whole time. I called, and they informed me that there would be zero refund and that subscriptions cannot be canceled at the locations. Would have been nice to know before losing almost $400.
