From the time I walked onto the lot, Don was right in point. Asked what we were looking for, made a couple other quick inquiries and off we went. He showed us exactly what we wanted and was never pushy. When we agreed to purchase later in the week, he started the paperwork so it was a breeze getting it done. The GM and Finance guys were fabulous also. I would highly recommend Black Diamond.

IMPRESSED! We live 5 hours away from Black Diamond RV Service Center and they were terrific! We purchased a new to us camping trailer and they did the prep work and walk through on it, before we took it home. They helped us research adding a bike rack, washed and cleaned the camper, talked us through every detail we needed to know about this camper. No question was too silly. We ARE Happy Campers! Thank you!

I like that they take the time to show you the campers. Also when we went back to get the camper they showed us how everything worked on it. Everyone was friendly and just down to earth people. They don't try to push a camper on you just for a sale. Also a plus we got free t shirts! I would recommend Black Diamond RV in Marion Illinois if you are looking to buy a camper. We ended up buying a camper that a couple had one year that looked brand new for a lot less than a new one.

Black Diamond did a great job diagnosing and repairing a battery/convertor issue. The only issue I had was their rotation repair system. I like to make appointments instead of leaving my RV sitting on their lot for a period of time until the RV is worked into their rotation for repair. Their techs however do excellent work.

I bought a new Keystone Passport from Black Diamond RV. I got a really good deal on a new camper that works great for my family. I scoured the web for the same make and model and couldn t find a better deal in the country! I was reluctant to buy a Keystone, based on some reviews claiming poor quality workmanship. I later found the Black Diamond inspects and fixes any issues when they receive new campers. They check the camper a second time and repair anything missed, before your final walk-through. After that Black Diamonds staff spend a couple hours going over everything and addressing any concerns before you leave with your camper! Their process means your camper is ready to camp when you pick it up. I have heard stories of people taking new campers in multiple times to correct minor problems. Black Diamond helps eliminate that with a great QC process. They also provide the forever warranty which really sweetened the deal for us. Great process and a great staff=great experience! After researching for a RV repair shop to inspect our 5th wheel's A/C and scrape and reseal its roof, we selected Black Diamond RV for the job. An appointment was established with the help of Ms. Jessica Miller. Ms. Miller (a real Go-Getter) was very professional and informative, during the process. During the period that our RV was in the shop, our truck was placed in a shop for transmission problems, and we were unable to pick our RV, upon completion of its work. Ms. Miller and management at Black Diamond went above and beyond for customer satisfaction by assisting in the delivery of the RV, at no additional cost.

Good experience at Black Diamond in Marion Illinois. Asked them to re-winterize our Grand Design as we traveled through returning to Iowa from Florida. They were very accommodating and the tech got us in and out in less than an hour and also did an extra check on another issue for us.

We brought our 2023 Trail Runner RV in for repair in mid to late July of 2023 and were given an estimated repair time of 2-3 months. It is now December 28, 2023, and we finally received a call that our camper is ready for pickup.I am not faulting the facility for the time it took to get our parts in, however, the one-star review is for the lack of communication from the facility. I only received three calls from the Service Center during this time that were not initiated by me. The first was regarding our check from insurance, the second was to notify me that the majority of the parts were received to begin the repair, and the third was to let me know that our camper was ready for pickup. I called twice to inquire about the status of the repairs. The first time, I was notified that we were waiting on just one more part and that the Service Team had a video call with the manufacturer on October 2, 2023 and I would receive a call with an update on October 3, 2023. I didn't receive a call with any updates until mid-November. At this time, I inquired about winterizing our camper and getting our annual inspection completed. They were quick to ask if we wanted to add the additional fees to our bill without any apologies or offers for discounted services for the lack of communication and delay in repair on their part. I declined these services at that time. Fast forward to early December - I called for an update on a Wednesday and was told that our camper was currently in the shop with the last part being installed and that it would "likely" be ready on Friday but that I would get a call to confirm. With me living and hour and a half from Marion, I am not going to make the three hour round-trip journey for it to "likely" be ready. It is now the end of December and I just just received a call that it is ready to pick up.Yes, I could have called as much as I wanted to for updates but it is the fact that I was told I would receive calls on certain dates for updated information and did not.I would also like to add that I was sent two text messages to leave a review for the Black Diamond RV Service Center nearly two full weeks before receiving the call that our camper was ready for pickup.Again, I am not faulting the facility for the delay in getting the parts, I understand that there are shortages on supplies and staff nationwide. I am faulting the facility for the poor communication with their customers and would not recommend anyone taking their camper to Black Diamond for repair if they want a timely repair and to be kept in the loop of the process.

Very friendly nice staff. Hopefully now that I'm a customer I don't go to the back of the rotation since I didn't buy my camper there. Service department replaced my leaking shower door, I plan to camp soon hopefully with no leaks. A cracked plastic piece on shower being ordered I can install it myself since we will be camping and don't have time to take camper in for repairs.

We bought an RV from Black Diamond Oasis just a couple of weeks ago and it was a great experience! They worked with us on trading our Ranger Polaris in and we got a great deal. Nice personable people all around. Mike was a so easy to work with, kudos to him. I recommend Oasis Black Diamond to anyone and everyone!

Black Diamond just completed a repair on our Grand Design Reflection fifth wheel. They were great! Did the necessary work in a professional manner and in the time frame we asked. Answered all our questions and kept us informed along the way. The three and a half hour drive each direction was worth it! Thank you to Natalie and the service techs.

Visited the sales lot on the absolute worst weather day .We were just looking at inventory from our vehicle not really expecting anyone to brave the weather to spend time with casual lookers .We were greeted by two individuals who very eagerly showed the inventory and spend lots of time with us.I was very impressed and ended up purchasing a Motorhome because of the effort made by the sales team that day !

Having taken our camper to Black Diamond RV for service and maintenance for warranty for 3 years we have always received great service from the mechanics and the service department has always got the camper in and out in a timely manner. The service department has taken care of the paperwork for the repairs and warranty work making the process simple

Our one year warranty was to expire in 3 days on our Solitude camper. As we live 5 hours away, the service department worked us into their busy schedule and a few issues were taken care of. The two technicians who worked on our unit were very knowledgeable and courteous. We were very pleased that they accommodated us on our travels!

My purchase of my fifth wheel RV from Black Diamond with straight forward. They answered all the questions and details that I ask the staff, and the whole process was very much appreciated and straightforward. The salesman and the service department went for beyond what I expected. I am happy to give them five stars for the treatment they gave me. We bought a used pop-up camper and it tore the sides down when I extended the roof. There is 3000.00 damage to a 12000.00 camper. I can't afford to fix it so I contacted my insurance company. They said they don't cover the damage because it was ultimately caused by a pre-existing condition...a rotted roof. I asked Black Diamond for help seeing how it was already rotted when we got it. They actually refused! They won't even let me pay I installments when I don't feel I should cover it at all. I am in touch with a lawyer right now, and if Black Diamond still refuses, I am taking them to court. This is a financial nightmare. I will never finance anything with them again, and I warn others against it as well.

We bought an RV In Virginia and when it was delivered nothing worked. We contacted who we purchased it from and they told us it would be six months before getting it in. We contacted Black Diamond and they got us in right away and took care of all our issues. Their customer service was amazing. In the future we will definitely be using Black Diamond for all our camper needs! We sure appreciate them going above and beyond for us!

We have a 4 mo old Keystone and live in Indiana. We have tried everywhere to get it in for warranty work and we re experiencing issues with our jacks being stuck. Keystone called places for us and gave us names to call. The dealership we got it from in Elkhart (Tiara) said it d be 4 months getting it in and then stopped answering their phones! All the dealers we called either wouldn t work with keystone warranties or wouldn t work on it if we didn t buy it there. Just randomly I called Black Diamond RV and talked to Mark. He tried to help us over the phone but the camper wasn t cooperating. We finally moved some wires and the jacks went up. Called Black Diamond to see when we could get it in- (it was a Tuesday). They said they d work us in in Thursday- same week. They ve been amazing and done all the work we needed including the jacks!! We live in ours full time and they even kept it plugged in the entire time for our frig. Chris is an electrical genius and Mark definitely knows his way around!!!! Thank you guys so much! Best dealership ever. Others should follow your example.

The parts and service department was outstanding. Michael took the time to help me pick the correct 5th wheel to gooseneck conversion hitch for my truck and camper. I also ordered the longest slide out awning they had ever sold. All parts came in perfect. The service department (Donna) took over and continued the excellent customer service. She keep me posted at every step and completed the promised installation on time. The installation was perfect. The salesman Nate was with me throughout the process going the extra mile to insure everything went smoothly. He made sure everything promised made in the negotiations were met. I have purchased several campers and in most dealerships the walkthrough and orientation is a joke. I was very impressed with our walkthrough and post sale inspection. Larry and his team insured every component in the unit functioned as it should. He took the time to answer all questions and if he didn t know the answer he found someone who did. Customer service has been terrible. In the service department they act like they are really bothered when you need something. I have interacted with at least 4 or 5 people in the service department and everyone had an attitude. We only had our camper for 1 1/2 weeks and needed service on several items. The ladies on the phone were horrible acted like they were bothered. When I went to pick up the camper not everything was fixed. They did go ahead and fix it before I left. The service manager got smart with me because I hadn t checked the tire pressure and I had only used it 1 time. I hope that we don t have any other issues with the camper because I dread going back there.
