Called ahead and they had two tires that I needed, I rolled up and the salesman met me and 2 tires repairmen started on my trailer, before I could go in and pay and get my receipt they were done..2 tires on a flatbed trailer with auto air. Awesome

They were able to get me in at my appointment time and did not take that long to do the oil change, tire rotation and put new windshield wipers on. Would recommend and will go back.

We were on our way to a vacation and ended up blowing a tire a few miles outside of Marion. We gave Best One a call and Cliff was very helpful. We had difficulty removing our tire roadside but Cliff and another technician came out to help. Not only were they timely but went above and beyond. For a not so pleasant event to happen, we are grateful to have had such a good experience with Best One Tire and Service.Service: Auto tire replacement

I had already been burned by Plaza tire. Sold me over 500. For 2 tires. Then 20k miles later said I needed new tires and massive amount of work to the tune of over 3k. They diagnosed my issue as ball joints. And the 2 tires plaza sold me were bad as they were separating. With everything. I'll spend 1300. And I feel safe with Amber and Cliff looking out for my best interest.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great service, but I thought it was strange to be charged for tpms and tire disposal when I bought the tire there and came in with a new rim that had no tire on it, it was a brand new rim, so no tire to dispose of, and no tpms (they even checked to make sure there wasn't one) it wasn't that much extra they charged but still they shouldn't charge for services if the services were not performed.So I would check your receipts if you just had a new tire(s) mounted to a new wheel(s) that did not have an old tire on to dispose of. The same goes for TPMS if you don't have tpms it should not be billed.But I did have a good experience there, everyone was nice and took care of me quickly without an appointment.

Service was a little slow but, the place was busy busy. Every employee encountered was very pleasant and beyond helpful. When I dropped my car off they immediately offered me transport home. My car rides like a dream and my brakes are in proper working order. A big thank you to Cliff and Dustin! Great experiences with this team. Both times I ve come in (one schedules, one not) I dealt with James. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and informative. These guys know their stuff and seem to be an all inclusive repair and maintenance shop. Would definitely recommend using them for any needs you may have for your vehicles. I've been a customer for over 5 years. I am very particular about my cars, so finding someone I trust to work on them is difficult, much less finding a place with customer service. Best One in Marion has it all! I've always been greeted professionally and treated with respect, even with my unusual requests. I appreciate the quality of care given to me AND my vehicles!

I had an appointment for 1030 a.m. I arrived about 10 minutes before my appointment. It was 5 minutes before 11 and my car still hadn't been pulled in a bay for the oil change and tire rotation. But I gave them 5 stars because I let Cliff know I had another appointment somewhere else at noon and he told one of the other guys and they immediately pulled my car in and started working on it! They were so nice and accommodating and did a great job on my car! I would recommend this place!

I had scheduled an appointment at 9:00 am a couple of weeks in advance. The customer service exceeded their standards. The actual work being done took a little longer than it should have. I watched the techs doing the work & noticed a lot of chatting between the technicians. I received a rotate & balance that normally would take between 30-45 minutes. With a scheduled appointment I didn t leave the place until 10:30. I understand & accept the thoroughness that was used & all protocols taken while doing the job. I just believe it could ve been a bit more speedy than it was. I will definitely use them again & would recommend BestOne to anyone.Service: Tires

Worked with James and it was a great experience!Made the appointment Monday, had tires Tuesday.They forgot to call me when the service was done, but James stayed past closing to make sure I wasn't without my vehicle any longer than necessary.Price was competitive compared to other tire shops (by about $60).I'd definitely take my service here again!

This place was AWESOME!!! They did good work, and tell you about saving you money, and giving you a printed sheet about what else your vehicle needs with prices. I'll he back.

At 9am my husband brought our car to Best One for an oil change. They said they d call us when they were done. Around 2pm I called and asked if our service was completed. They said they hadn t gotten to our car yet but they d get our oil changed in between 3-5pm. I asked if my daughter was eligible to pick it up and they said it was allowed. I told them she d come by before they close at 5. At 4:20 she arrived there and they told her they hadn t gotten to our car yet, that there were six cars before ours. They gave us the option to either leave our car there overnight or bring it home, we chose the latter. This was my first experience here and I am dissatisfied with their poor time management.Service: Oil change

These guys are great. I needed to get a coolant leak fixed on my girlfriend's car and couldn't get an appointment anywhere else. They told me to bring it in even though they were all booked up for the day and that they'd try to take a look at it. They identified the problem quickly and had the car ready to go by that afternoon and done for a little less $$ than they gave me on the initial estimate. Great service and staff, I'd definitely go back or recommend to a friend.

Made an appointment for noon got there was told they were an hour behind and then it would take 45 minutes to change the oil once they got it in. Took them till 1:45 to call and say it was ready. Went to pick it up and had to wait for someone to come to the counter then I got the bill and was told my vehicle was low on antifreeze so they filled it up and charged me for it. When I ask if I had a leak they told me they didn't know and that I would have to have a mechanic look at it !!- then I ask the employee if he could give me a quote on 4 new tires and was told that he would have to wait on the 2 people behind me first !!!!- well I did not wait I left. I felt like the employee was very dismissive of me as tho they didn't have time for my business !!! I will find tires somewhere else !! I will not go back !-- p.s. if you're going to have a special on oil change for 34.95. Make sure you have enough employees to properly take care of your customers !!!- also when I dropped the car off I had told them I was going to need an estimate on tires !!! Oh well they might not have enough employees to replace 4 tires !!- anyway !!!

Have been routinely going to Best One for years, and definitely recommend. There are several long term employees, so you always recognize who is taking care of you. I feel they are always honest and trustworthy, communicative, very nice people, and have fair (if not better) pricing.

Ordered a tire for my lawnmower that turned out to be the wrong size. Had the correct size the next business day. The manager came out to my truck and took the rim into the service area and after he had the tire replaced, he called me at home and when I got back to the store, he brought the rim and new tire out to me so I would not have to enter the building. I had explained to him that I had been quarantined and didn't want to come inside.I would recommend this facility based upon the service quality I received. The manager was very nice throughout my entire experience. Great service !!!

Good prices, friendly staff, average wait time. One time they were 35 min past estimated wait time no problem. they are usually close. They take your phone number when you make a purchase and then randomly text you promotional information. I do not like this at all. Way to aggressive. They would have had a four star.

Everyone there is so nice! They ll take you right in if you are experiencing a problem and need to get back on the road. I had to wait a long time for my oil change appointment the other day, but learned they were taking care of a lady on her trip back home to Louisiana. They made sure she was going to make it home safely. I take both my vehicles there and won t go anywhere else in town. They have always been fair with me. Highly recommend!

Bought 4 new tires,had valve stems changed.took around 4/5 hours to get this done.Then got home and tire was flat,next morning another tire was flat.they did fix the problem but if they would've done it right in the first place,it wouldn't of happened. They also put false information on my paperwork,said it wasnt anything but their "code". Needless to say,we will never take another vehicle there.

I'm a repeat customer at Best One. In fact, I used this shop back in the days when they were Jake's Tires. I always make an appointment, and I frequently use their key drop box. They are friendly, professional, on-time, and have never been pushy about upsells or add ons. Great service and selection.

Best One really went above and beyond for me. I brought my car in because my tire had blown out and I needed a new one. Not only did they change my tires they also noticed that I had a wheel baring that was going bad and notified me. Of course I went ahead and had them fix that too. My car now drives better than when I first got it. If all my trash was not still in the floor board I d be concerned that they swapped my car out with a better one. Service has always been amazing.All staff members have been friendly and courteous. Any work that we have done on any of our cars has been exceptional.Prices are fair and we will definitely continue to use best One.

Would definitely recommend. They are very helpful and know what they are doing. Ive had problems left and right with my car and everytime they are more than helpful. They helped me find the problem, told me where I could get the cheapest parts and even walked me through how to do the repairs myself. Not expensive really, but they charge slightly more than some mechanics but you certainly get what you're paying for.

I recently went to Best One in Marion, Illinois for tire service.. I received excellent, prompt, friendly service.. I have went to Best One for my tire needs for quite sometime and will continue to do so. My wife is happy with their service too.. I would highly recommend to anyone if you need tires, Best One is the place to go.
