Darren was the absolute kindest! He came out to assist me and helped me fix my issue super quick. I doubt I could have done it without him he doesn t get paid enough, truly goes above and beyond for his customers!! Would recommend 10/10

Hires drunks by the name of Alex, over heard him yelling at a poor lady and young man. He walked by and couldn't walk straight and smelled so strong of liquor. Found out he actually can't even do a simple sorting job. I Doubt he can count 1 to 10 on his fingers.. and somebody "Jim" put him in a job of power in a way. Jim has no business being a district manager either...guy sounds like a douche bag with an ego!!

Last night, 3-23-24 I was heading home to Southern IL from Memphis TN. When I was near Sikeston my alternator started quitting. My truck was towing a trailer with my broken down car on it( which had broken down last week) I was trying to think of my options. I called ahead to Marion IL Autozone and told them of my situation and that I d like to buy a new alternator but I would be cutting it close to closing time. At first the employee said it shouldn t be a problem, as long as I got there before 9PM. I told himI would call back when I got closer and was sure I d make it around 8:50PM according to GPS.When I got closer and called him letting him know I had to change the part in the parking lot he changed his tune and said They get really man if I don t close the store at 9. I told him I understand but I was in a tight spot. He said he couldn t keep the store open late. I told him I was sorry for putting him out and he said he wished me luck. I was frustrated, upset and kinda of astonished that he handled it that way. I did get ahold of my hometown store and asked if they had the part in stock. Bo Moore was very helpful, had the part ready for me first thing in the morning and really showed me what great customer service is. Maybe the Marion IL store could take a page from the Mt Carmel book and try to practice customer service.

Called to see if my car battery was still under warranty. Unfortunately it was not but the man in the other end of the phone was by far was a good listener and tended to my issue quickly. Thank you.

Purchased new brake pads and rotors from Marion store tonight and was forced to purchase brake lubricant theoretically to have the warranty for my purchase. Never heard of this. I have large containers of lubricant at my home. I have been installing brakes for 45 years, I'm not stupid. Been thinking about this tonight and I believe this is extortion. Now a days 2 dollars is nothing to throw around carelessly. I will not be extorted anymore. I will return this tomorrow come what may. Why is it everyone and every business now wants to screw you. Stop letting Autozone keep doing this everyone and go somewhere else. I am.

These guys are very helpful their price match prices are not too high to begin with a lot of times they will help you install or little things windshield wipers batteries they will check parts of your car your batteries your alternators certain things they will run a diagnostics check on your check engine see what codes it's giving and most of them not all but most know what they're doing on all very helpful

Great service and staff. Check engine light came on halfway through our 8 hour drive. Stopped here for assistance. Immediately greeted, promptly ran a diagnostic scan, they identified the issue, and explained what was going on to us. Took their advice to use engine cleaning fluid and the issue was resolved soon after. 10/10 would recommend!

I had a brand new power steering pump lock up on me while traveling for work. Contacted this store while stranded on the side of the I-57S and spoke with the store manager Bill Stephens. I let him know my situation and he was able to press the pulley on, bring the pump, a spare belt, and power steering fluid to me on the side of the Interstate. He also took the other pump back to the store to handle all returns with out my assistance. If that isn't customer service I don't know what is. I would strongly recommend doing business with this Autozone under the current management. Thank you Autozone of Marion,IL and Bill Stephens for helping someone in need!!!!!

I went to Autozone to buy a serpentine belt, and Darren helped me put it on because they didnt have the tool to sell me in stock. Above and beyond service. Made a stressful situation vanish. Thank you Autozone for staff like Darren. Great job!

I had originally bought an alternator, starter, knock sensor wiring harness, and quite a bit more on my Cadillac and it still would not start but I came into autozone and had Bryer Blackman look at it and he actually pointed out that it was just a loose battery terminal and got me back on the road. Thanks

Alexander D waited on me and went above and beyond! He carried my bag out to my car and opened my door for me. Put my windshield wiper blades on and even filled my windshield wiper fluid for me!! Thanks for the great service!

Great experience shopping at Auto Zone. Eric P. knew the inventory well and within minutes he found exactly what I was looking for. He was pleasant, professional and very helpful. He s definitely an asset to that business.

It is what it is. I went in for a few vehicle necessities and came out with what I needed. Got new battery cable ends and stuff for an oil change. Guys working the counter were super friendly and checked on a filter in back for me and didn't try the usual "at the register upsale" like some other parts stores do.

Our window blade broke off at night in the middle of a bad rainstorm while we were on a long trip. We did a quick search to find a nearby auto parts store, and saw AutoZone was still open. The person who waited on us was so helpful. He looked up the wipers for our car, helped us pick the right adapter clip for our car, and showed us how to put it on (in the rain). We would have been in such a bind, but with his help we were able to continue our trip with a working wiper.

I showed the guy what I needed or that I thought I needed, he asked for year, make and model etc... Looked it up then proceeded to get me my part. Well it was the wrong part. I showed him a picture of the wrong part. My fault yes. But when he asked for the info on the car I know it pops up the model it works on. Not happy with them right now.

Just had the absolute best experience possibleat Auto Zone with the Associate/Genius whose name is Thad. Without getting into the whole story of all the parts I needed and why ....... ( because when it comes to auto parts... everyone is most likely in an urgent situation!)...I will just say that Thad was all about customer service. However, the reason he could beall about service .... is because he was very knowledgeable , skilled and obviously trained in the auto industry. That type of professionalism is RARE.So ... ..... Thad should be thanked over and over.Thank you Thad .... thank you ... thank you

Super service in a pinch! My wiife was driving cross country, with crummy wiper blades in a rainstorm. Figured out where she was, and called ahead of her with no idea who might be on the other end of the call. Super helpful Thad found a quality pair, had them waiting for her, and installed them when she arrived fifteen minutes later. Thad put on a customer service clinic, for complete strangers just passing through, that the rest of us would do well to emulate in our own businesses. Thanks, man!

The clerk was able to identify the item we needed quickly and locate it in the store. The clerk and the manager, Diane, were super helpful with changing out our key fob battery. All the products were displayed nicely with the prices.

Mr. Marcum I believe his name was, was very kind, considerate, and helpful. He changed my battery curbside without making me go into the store (which I prefer not to do in a pandemic). Thank you so much for understanding!
