Recently brought in my 2015 Honda Accord for oil change. And tire rotation I cannot speak highly enough about the service They were very, very polite. And extremely fast and did not try to pressure Like most other places Do just because I'm a woman. Would definitely recommend any and all my friends to go there for their mechanical needs The prices we're definitely better than most other places Absolutely very professional

This is the best service team in the country. I highly recommend them and they should always be your first call. These are professional, affordable technicians who put the customer first, respond quickly and understand that sitting on the side of the road is costing you money. Not that often that you can find a reliable and honest mechanic, especially if you try to find one in the middle of the night. David and his guys were quick to respond and assist with the issue that we had with our truck. Thank you.

I called them semi truck break down last night. The coolant was leaking and driver told him where it was. The mechanic was able to put the hose back on and zip tied within 10 minutes or less. But they charge me two hours plus extra fees that mechanic created. I would absolutely stay away because we agreed upon price before they even sent me mechanic but their final price was twice more than final price.

David came by and attempted to rescue me and my family stalled on 24 west! He did everything Humanly possible to get my RV fixed. When he couldnt do it, he got me in touch with everyone i needed to get my RV to safety, and hopefully repaired. A true caring gentlemen, which is hard to find these days! Best. Service. Ever! We broke down on the side of I-24 while pulling the camper. I found these guys on Google and Jeff came to our rescue with Daisy the dog. He helped us get to where we needed to be and found us a tow since it wasn't anything he could fix on the side of the road. He contacted both the tow company and mechanic to get me all set up and ready for a fix. I couldn't appreciate his help more! I highly recommend these guys if you get in a bind!Service: Special vehicle towing

Coming into Tennessee I lost a leaf spring wet bolt on my travel trailer. Mobile tech Carl who works owner David of Accelerated ADR came to our rescue to do an emergency repair that got us back on the road. Carl was very professional and would not accept a tip from us and said his boss pays him well. We called them for semi starter breakdown 4 miles away. I asked them about the charges and I was told $350 after hours call and the $150/h. Steep, but ok and lets get the truck moving. 1 h later mechanic was there and pull started the truck and exactly 54 min later was writing the invoice. When I got email from the owner was over an hour and charge was 2x $150. I nicely asked David why 2 hours when the mechanic (nice guy) was there not even an hour. Just because we charge 2h minimum... Would be nice to tell me that over the phone when I asked specifically. I asked him to take off this additional hour and he said, since I'm arguing, he will not do it and I have 10 min to pay before they 'll shut the truck down (all in the email),There was a company next to them, with 130 good reviews, but they were busy. When my truck had issues, DEF system, go figure, these guys were quick to come to my aid. The gentleman was very professional and didn't try giving me any unnecessary charges. I am definitely saving their number for if I need their services again. Let's hope not, but at least I know a trustworthy business who will help as best as they can.

Happen to be passing through Marion,IL and all the sudden I didn't have any brakes. 200 miles from home on a holiday weekend I was about to have an anxiety attack. My F150 was having some issues had to jump it to get myself to a shop. New to the area so went to Walmart and unfortunately they weren t able to fix the issue. Called ADR roadside from my google search they responded in less the 45 minutes, identified the issue drove to get the part and installed it all while in Walmart parking lot. Unbelievably satisfied. Great workers and overall amazing experience. Couldn t be more happy and the stress they took from having to deal with a large mechanic shop. Thanks again will definitely use and refer anytime needed.
