They did answer the phone..over priced. Not helpful at all. Ridiculous. plug a code reader to a car just to read the code.nothing else.$165. Marion Chevrolet cost $ 50.. I told them, they fell over laughing. About 10 minutes later problem solved. never try to get rich off one person's car. Not right

Took care in for diagnostic scan. In less than an hour, they told me what was wrong, what it would cost and could have fixed it right then. They got me in the next morning and was out the door in under an hour again. Car's running great. Staff is super friendly. Really good experience. I would highly recommend!

The service technician did not put the dipstick, back in tightly and on my way home, my car started choking and wouldn't idle. It could have cost me a lot more had the oil blown out. The guy at the office did not seem seem apologetic to the situation only stated, "we have standard protocols and I'm not sure what to say except I'll pass this along." I won't be going back.

While traveling from out of state on a Thursday, we were about 8 miles south of Marion, IL when our truck was struck by debris that fell off of another vehicle. It hit hard enough to bend the inner and outer tie rod end which limited how far we should be driving. I was able to get to Marion and started contacting shops that might be able to help. I contacted four different places and no one was able to get to us until the following week. Each place suggested trying other shops and the last place suggested Aaron's. We called and they said bring it in and they would look at it. They got us right in and let us wait in their waiting area with two large dogs. They were able to get the parts and the mechanic worked through his lunch to get us back on the road as soon as possible. They did an excellent job. What great customer service and consideration. Thank you Aaron's.

We were camping in near by Fern Cliff and started having trouble with our trucks wheel. Called Aaron's and they told us to bring it in. Plenty of room to drop our camper and had our truck up being serviced in minutes. In less than 2 hours , our truck was done. It was a faulty wheel hub. Thank goodness for these guys! Service was amazing . Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Great place!!!!

I was travelling out of state and my car wouldn't start. I decided to have it towed to Aaron's and Troy quickly diagnosed that it needed a new starter. My car was done in less than 2 hours!!

If you are looking for an honest, trustworthy mechanic, this is the place for you to go. They are not pushy and they are not looking to make unnecessary repairs on your vehicle. In fact when I went, the mechanic gave me his personal advice on what steps he would take to fix my vehicle if it were his own. They have reasonable rates and they are much cheaper than taking your car to a dealership.

I am all about using local and family owned businesses which I have done for years however, I am not ok with Aaron s Auto Center charging you double the amount of money regardless of the time spent on your car. So if it takes 2 hours their charging you 4!!!! This is not ok!!!

We are so impressed with the service that we received at Aaron s. We were driving across country and we heard a grating noise coming from our car. We chose this repair shop because of the high ratings that they have received and we were not disappointed. We called the shop and they said that they would squeeze us in and see what they can do for us. They immediately diagnosed the problem that the brake caliper had come loose and they were able to repair this for us immediately. We really appreciated their honesty, quick and accurate diagnosis of the problem and extremely reasonable charge.Everybody was friendly and we were on our way within about 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this repair shop to anybodyService: General repairs & maintenance

Traveling all the way from Florida and we blew a hub out. Quickly looked for local mechanics and found one shop who didn t even give us the second to explain and immediately told us they were booked out. We then searched for more shops and while searching actually drove past this shop. Pulled in and explained to them our scenario. Troy (shop manager) listened to our dilemma and immediately called advanced auto to see if they had the part. Luckily for us they did and we ordered it and he immediately got us pulled into a bay and had it done in less than an hour. As young people who are traveling (with doggos) this meant the absolute world to us!!! HIGHLY recommend this shop for any mechanical needs!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I went here for a simple oil change, and it wasn t my first time, but it was close to closing time and they did take me and changed my oil, but they did a horrible job. Realized a month and half after the oil change that I had been leaking oil the entire time because they didn t tighten everything properly. The place I went to today said my oil filter was soaked and covered in oil. On top of that, last time I went to Aaron s they did not attach my splash guard properly and now there is a big tire sized hole in my splash guard. If I were you, I wouldn t go to Aaron s for anything. They did a lazy, half a job on my car and I m just lucky I was able to catch it before a simple oil change mistake costed me my vehicle. Don t do business with Aaron s. My car is slowly dying now and burning oil and it s the fault of these LAZY HORRIBLE WORKERS.Service: Oil change

My fianc got the red package which was the more/most expensive one for an oil change so the total came out to be over $60. After waiting over 2 hours for the car to be done he was running behind for work so he rushed home to get ready and then left again to head to work. On his way he tried using the windshield washer fluid and there was none. So when he got the time he pulled over and noticed they didn t even check the air filter which come to find out needs replaced and there was no washer fluid added I mean who knows if they even really changed the oil to begin with? Don t waste your money here and go somewhere who values you as a customer and does the job right.Service: Oil change

Came in for an oil change and the lady Kerry or Karen at the front desk was not friendly at all! As we are sitting there waiting we hear one of the employees talking about how a guy came back saying his car was messed up since they did the oil change. What has this world come to? Everyone is so evil and cruel. On top of the rudeness we experienced today . They don t need to be working on cars there if you come with no issues and leave with a check engine light on!

We were visiting from 600 miles away when our car broke down at night and was towed to Aaron's. They had our car fixed the next day -- a Friday. Great service and we made the return trip home without any trouble.

Air bag light was flashing. I put it on my own scanner and showed air bag electrical code problem, but also showed low battery. I took it in; they put it on their scanner and results were identical to mine. They refused to fool with air bag problem, and told me to take it to a dealer. I went and purchased a new battery, BINGO . .problem was solved. The low battery warning code should have been a clue for them to investigate.but apparently not. I was not impressed.

Needed an oil change and was able to really have it done pretty quick. Had a worker that came into the waiting area and told me about the back tire on passenger side. Showed me a bulge on it and said I would be lucky to get two miles before the tire blow's. In which the belt in the tire would make it blow. Was very thankful for them telling me about it and bought a used tire for $35.00 plus the oil change. Very friendly and appreciated the work they did for me! The prices are a lot better here than at Walmart!!!

I've gone to Aaron's for several years. Always very happy with the service, the quality of work, and the price. I drive a lot for work and have a lot of oil changes performed, when possible I prefer to go to Aaron's. Great place!

Paid $230 for car to get fixed turns out I sat their for 8hrs and they never ordered the part told me to come back the next day. A different receptionist is there calls me a liar saying they wouldnt charge me for something they didnt complete, the mechanic explained and she never apologized. The owner was supposed to call me never did. I'm still waiting... car never fixed still no refund. Poorest quality in repairs and professionalism.

We were traveling from out of town and lost the water pump in our truck. Not only did they fix it on short notice, it was done in a little over an hour. Helped us hook our boat back up we were pulling and got us on our way! Great people and great service! Thank you Troy and everyone else!

Jim Aaron and his entire staff are not only solid mechanics, they are also honest and trustworthy. On two occasions they talked me out of making expensive repairs (one that was suggested by another garage) that they believed would bring little benefit. When my car wouldn't start at a gas station Jim personally arrived with a mechanic to help. Tracy, Sean, and the entire staff are the best people in the business.

Was passing through town a long way from home and noticed transmission fluid leaking from my car when I stopped to get gas. Prompt, caring, and professional service. Thanks guys!

I was driving on the highway home to Kansas from Florida went our power steering went out on our 2009 Lexus. It was frightening and concerning in many ways, as it was Friday afternoon and the closest exit was to Marion, a relatively small town, and the car was no longer driveable. We didn't know if the shops we'd find would have the time or the parts to get us back on the road in a timely manner. A NAPA Auto Parts rep directed us up the block to Aaron's Auto Center. He said that there were other places to go, but he knew the guys at Aaron's Auto would do their best to help us and at a fair price. He was 100% correct on both counts. The service reps at Aaron's Auto were friendly, kind and efficient. The cost of the repair was very reasonable and the service rep even saw another problem, fixed it the "MacGyver" way, and charged us nothing extra. They stuck to the original bid and only took a little more time than quoted, which made sense. We HIGHLY recommend this great bunch of people and their auto repair service. THANK YOU AGAIN.
