One of the only dealers in northern Illinois that sells the coolest mini motorcycle, the CFMoto Papio SS! Got a great price and fantastic service. Buying a new car wasn't even close to being this fun. Always good experiences with the folks of Randy's Cycle.

Randy put on a tire for me last year and it had a slow leak pretty much from the get go but I just didn't have the time to remove that wheel and have it looked at. It was riding season! Flash forward to yesterday, I took wheel in and explained situation to Randy. He made it right. Didn't cost me a thing except for a little of my time and the price of a new stem. I would have preferred a stem on the house but hey...I get it. This place stood behind a job that happened a riding season ago! They could have turned me away just for the fact of the time that passed but they didn't....they stood behind their work. The mechanic explained in detail what the issue could have been and what they did to fix it. I'll be going back here for my next tire mounting when the time comes. thanks all.

"Randy and Heather were extremely helpful in answering all my questions . Randy promised the unit would be ready for pickup on Saturday and I called Friday and everything was ready.Arrived Saturday morning and the unit was outside ready to go. A few accessories were on back order Randy did not hesitate and upgraded to items that were in stock. The paperwork process with Heather was seamless. I had all paperwork signed and was loading the trailer within 15 minutes. Randy helped with some information on towing and tie down. Highly recommend for a fantastic experience."

Randy sold me a 2017 Indian Cheiftain with 60k miles on it. I paid premium money for the bike based on what he personally told me about the bike. Turns out the tires were not only shot, they were dangerously cupped and the brakes were metal on metal. I had an accident which might have been avoidable had both of those been safe. Now it turns out the modifications I was told were done to the engine were not done and the engine needs $4500 to repair due to bad work previously done. I was lied too. Scammed and Randy declined to help in Any way. In his words tires being cupped is not a safety issue. Be very careful what you buy from this dealership

As a new rider I was greeted by Rod who took me around several bikes to see what might fit my 6'-4 frame and 38 inseam. There was no pressure or attempt to put me on something that would be too much for a new rider. I was able to filter the options down to two bikes that were a good fit. I came back the following week with my M license in hand and was greeted by Randy, who welcomed me back and got me setup for a few test rides. There was no hesitation or uneasiness with them putting me on a bike as a new rider - another dealer I visited was notably a bit nervous, making me a bit nervous not helpful. As Randy got the bikes lined up for me, he answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. After taking a few rides I knew which bike was the right one for me and we negotiated a very fair deal. Heather was awesome with the financing it was the best finance purchase I have ever had, no pressure to adding anything and took less than 10 minutes. Picking up the bike the next day I had a long list of question that Rod and Randy answered and showed me everything I needed to see/understand. We did find a minor issue that was promptly resolved. In summary, my experience was fantastic - this is what a dealership should be like. I have 1000% trust and confidence in the entire staff and will be back for service, parts and someday a different bike if I ever get tired of the Benelli. And by the way, the Benelli 502X is a phenomenal motorcycle absolutely love it!

It s hard to walk into a dealership. You have to mentally prepare to be pushed into a deal, right? Not at Randys cycle. I walked in mid day in the middle of the week knowing I need to sit on and ride a couple of different bikes. Im 6 4 and just don t fit right on many machines, and have bought others too hastily in the and regret it. I explained my experiences, needs and wants to Eric and he was incredibly patient and helpful. He understood I probably wasnt ready to buy on the spot and continued to give exceptional service. I was able to test ride both bikes pictured. We shared opinions and information, and I left to sleep on my decision. I have not yet purchased either unit, but I will be back to do business with the guys and gals here very soon.

Amazing experience! What can I say. I tried so many other dealers in my area and no one gave me the chance. Did the pre approval online. Not even 20 min later I received a phone call saying I m approved. I came in thinking it s like all the other places I ve been to where they tell you to come in and you end up leaving with nothing! I was wrong. We got there and right away they had my information had the bike cleaned and in front. Sat down did some quick paperwork and I mean it was fast! I was out the door shortly after arrival with a new bike! I can t tell you how appreciative I am of the staff and business for giving me the chance! Will be going back there for all future purchases! Thanks again!

Visited this place and I have nothing but good things to say, staff was friendly, price was good, service was the best. Randy is a very nice and friendly man. Will definitely recomend. I got a goldwing at a very good price and they made sure to give me a perfect bike. What a great experience.job well done.

Very friendly staff that knows there product line. The store is what I think of as a motorcycle shop, no restaurants,no accessory showroom bigger than the motorcycle showroom and a nice selection of helmets and good price line. Of coarse I'm old and this is the kind of shop I remember 50 years ago, my kind of store. Also a very large selection of different motorcycles and the area where the mechanics work looks roomy, in most shops the mechanics are to confined. Larry.

I was in the market for a motorcycle as a first time rider. A google search popped up with Randy's Cycle came up. The listing had great pictures, description, and best of all, great price! So I contacted them through the website and got a response immediately. After some communication, I decided it was time to finance. I financed through Randy and the process was smooth and easy. The communication, information, delivery, and customer care were 100% on point! Heather at Randy's was also amazing. I must have sent 2 dozen emails through the course of the purchase, and every single one was answered quickly and thoroughly.I'm very happy I had the chance to purchase my ride through Randy's Cycle. "Had my 2014 Vic 85K service here, they did a great job, bike runs and handles fantastic; Fork tubes, seals, tires, tuner, fluids, brakes, etc. Fair pricing and good recommendations, and service. I drive over an hour to get there and will keep coming back, it is worth it."

Had a great experience at Randy's Cycle! I spoke with Eric on a purchase of Cfmoto Uforce 1000. He made sure the color i wanted is reserved for me and gave me a call when they had it back in stock. The financing department was also great to work with!Thank you Randy's Cycle!

I've bought 2 motorcycles and both have been from Randy's Cycle. Randy sold me my first bike and Eric sold me my second bike. Both times Heather did the financing. Both times my experiences have been stellar! The thing I appreciate the most about all of them is they are all very patient. As a new rider and motorcycle owner they patiently answered all my questions about the vehicles as well as all financing questions I had. I am now a repeat customer with them and WILL CONTINUE to repeat business with them. Randy's Cycle is excellent and their staff is the BEST!

I've been coming in here for about a year or so mostly with my brother. We have been looking to both buy bikes for a while but have been on the fence about what we wanted. Randy was always available and super friendly and helpful even though we were just wandering around sitting on all his bikes. My brother bought his a month ago and I got mine last weekend. Randy has been awesome and made it a really nice easy process. I'll definitely be back and try to send anyone interested his way. Coming into Randy's is a night and day difference from going to a Harley dealer or any other large place. If you're interested in a bike please check this place out and support a good guy and local business.

Left happy with an atv that was still in the crate when we got there. They assembled same day for us. Best prices I could find in a 150 mile radius. Worth the wait and drive up to them.

"This was my first bike, and not once did anyone make me feel uncomfortable like a couple other places I had shopped. Everyone was nice and answered all my questions. the entire process was smooth and seamless. The rate for financing was better than any others I had gotten. I will be back when I'm ready for my next purchase, 2 1/2 hrs. drive is nothing when you get treated right. Thank you too all!"

"I went to several dealers within a 90 minute radius of Chicago and couldn't find anything I wanted. Most shops didn't actually have the bikes in stock that they advertised on their websites, but that wasn't the case with the ones I found at Randy's. It was worth the trip up from Joliet and I finally found my first motorcycle! Thanks to Randy, Eric, and Heather for excellent service."

Heather was very easy to work with and was able to offer a great price on a CFMoto 2 year extended warranty. The call took minutes and was efficiently processed. When the time comes to upgrade to a new UTV it will be well worth the drive to work with Randy's for the purchase. Thanks

Pulled in to the shop about an hour before closing with a rear brake issue. They got me fixed and on my way quickly and at less than half the price other shops in the area charge. They will be my first choice for service from now on.

This shop is the best in area I think. They have a great selection of Benellis, other some other brands. Randy is awesome extremely helpful and kind. If you are looking for a Benneli I wouldn't go anywhere else.....I got mine from there....

Bought a 2016 Hyosung gv250 a few years ago from Randy. I had some mechanical problems with the bike, and he was able to switch the bike out with the same bike, different color, from the showroom. This place rocks! And Randy went above & beyond to make sure I left with an awesome bike that I still own & ride.
