Ray and team are rockstars Wifes '23 Rogue got rear ended at 12k miles about 6mos old.. BMW drivers are the worst!As usual Ray's got it handled.Before/after pix below..ty!

Brought in my truck to get a rear quarter panel replaced after an accident and they did an awesome job! Finished quicker than they originally thought and the new panel blends in perfectly with the rest of the truck. They cleaned the inside and outside of my truck before I picked it up, which was a nice added touch. Ray and the gang definitely do a 5 star job. Highly recommend going to them.

I don t give accolades easily, I m hard to impress and a generally nitpicking person. So when it came time to choose a body shop to fix my rear ended GTI, I didn t know where to go. I searched county wide and chose one. I chose County Line Customs & Collision, Inc in Maple Park. From the beginning Ray (owner) was friendly and seemed like an old friend. After picking up my car today, I could not be happier. The repairs done exceed my expectations. If you need body work/ collision repair, County Line Customs & Collision is the place to go. (Last picture is of a mirror that was peeling. Fantastic job.)

Brought my Traverse into Ray knowing it would either be easy or hard. I was wrong: Ray made it REAL easy. Most other body shops would have bloated the problem with "remove the corner panel, repair, mask and shoot..." Ray knocked it out in 15 minutes and I was on my way. I will pay good money for someone I can trust over getting a 'deal' with questionable results. Ray is the REAL DEAL and he's shared his old school business philosophy and proved it with results. I will never consider going on sending anyone anywhere else. Thanks to Bob and Erin at Bob Jass for the referral - they are my go-to for all things Service and have never steered me wrong.

I wish I was able to leave 10 stars on here. Ray and his crew at Countyline Customs are some of the best people I have ever meet and worked with. They are stand up guys and their pricing is the fairest around. You won t be disappointed. Ray runs a first class operation.

I want to thank you so much for fixing my car. I had a deer run into the front passenger side and my insurance company wanted to total it, you stuck with us until we finally got them to fix it!!! It looks like new and I am so grateful for everything. Your the best!!!!!!

I usally dont do reviews but County line Customs is the place to go if you want great work and great people! Took my truck there to get frame repaired with some welding and brought new bed to get painted. They did some top notch work on all of my welding repairs and the fit and finish was Incredible on my bed. I was so greatful for the results and all the time and effort put in to it. I've been grinning from ear to ear for Days now. And Ray is one of the coolest dudes you can meet! If you want to feel like family and be treated with some good ole Maple park hospitality this is the place!

Had an amazing experience with County line customs! I was incredibly surprised when getting back my vehicle. I saw that not only were my repairs done perfectly but also my interior was cleaned, battery charged and fluid filled. So far beyond expectations and will be returning if I ever need to in the future. 10/5 stars you guys rock!

Can't say enough good things about my recent experience with County Line Custom & Collison!This place was recommended to me after I hit a deer a few months ago and my truck needed some repairs and body work done to fix it. The owner Ray was super friendly, made sure I was updated with the repair progress, thoroughly explained all the work that was done, and he and his team gave my truck back to me looking better than ever! What a fantastic experience, despite an unfortunate experience that brought me here. Ray and his team repaired my vehicle in a timely manner, with great communication during the process. Everything was fantastic, from the initial quote to the pick up. I was hearing some weird wind noise after I picked up my vehicle and called Ray and he had me come right back. Him and Dan spent over an hour going over all of the seals, riding around with me to hear it, and solved the issue (that was due to me not wanting to fix another minor dent inside the door jam due to cost on my part, and NOT due to their work.). I was treated fairly, kindly and my vehicle is like new again. Highly recommend them! Thank you!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I rate Ray and his team at County Line Custom & Collision with a well earned 5-stars based on Attitude, Ability and Application. My mid-nineties 3/4 ton Chevy truck needed labor intensive front end work. I wasn't ready to let go of this truck, and I wasn't inclined to tackle the job myself. Working on aging vehicles is always fraught with unknown complications. I met Ray once a few years ago when he stopped on the road to help me helping some fellows with a flat tire and an uncooperative spare. I speculated that he was highly motivated and competent and utterly reliable. He mentioned at the time that he had a body shop in Maple Park. So now my truck needed a new radiator support. A large sheet metal stamping that spans the front end and holds everything together and ties it all to the frame thru a couple of body mounts and chassis flanges. This not only supports the radiator; but also the oil cooler, transmission cooler, AC condenser, fenders, grill, head lights and etc. Think of the "old" oil lines, AC lines, radiator hoses etc. The radiator support, the mounts and the flanges were all shot. To make matters worse, this vehicle has a two-piece driveshaft and the cross-member that supports the bearing half-way between the transmission and differential was shot. I took the truck to CLC&C. Ray took the job with a smile and a handshake; and when he and his top-notch technicians returned it, it was fixed. And yes, they did run into complications with the old hoses, connections and the AC condenser; but nothing they couldn't handle. I am very happy with the results and I am very impressed with all the people at CLC&C. I highly recommend them to you.Services: Body & Trim, Welding, Air conditioning

Ray and his team did a wonderful job. Very personable, quick, & kept me up to date on the process! I brought in a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee & County Line went above & beyond to make some calls to get me an estimate since it was so new & pricing wasn t out. Local dealership told me it was too much work to get an estimate and turned me away. Looks like new again and I couldn t be more impressed with the service and quality. GREAT WORK. I had a great experience working with Ray on my dodge charger after a collision with a deer. He was super helpful and knowledgeable and managed to get the work done in a timely manner. We needed some body work and painting done on our Toyota Corolla after it was hit in a parking lot. All we had to do was give Ray the insurance information, and he handled the rest. Ray and his staff went above and beyond to get our vehicle back as soon as possible. We got it back a few days sooner than expected because they stayed late every night. It looked like it did when we bought it new. They also washed and vacuumed the car, checked fluid levels, checked tire pressure...among a long list of other things. We won't take a car anywhere else for body work.Service: Body & Trim

County Line Custom and Collision was recommended to me by a friend. I have a brand new car (not only 3 months old), and was recently rear-ended. The repairs they made to the car far exceeded my expectations. You can t even tell it s been in an accident; I still feel like I have my brand new car! On top of it all, they made the whole process a breeze. The owner, Ray, was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. I was glad I went out of my way to have my car repaired here. This is my second time using County Line Customs for myself and my family and I have to say their work is truly remarkable! The owner is the friendliest guy in the world and makes you feel like your car is the most important car they've ever worked on. They even did some minor touch-ups to the rest of the car, making my 4-year-old car look brand new! I'm so excited with their work and will definitely be using their services should I need any bodywork done in the future.

Ray is great. I didn't need any bodywork done but he helped me out and broke some troublesome lug nuts loose for me all the same and then referred me to a better auto shop for future repairs. If I ever need bodywork done, I'll definitely be coming here. Thank you, Ray!

County Line Customs takes great pride in their work. All their employees are very professional and do their best to make it easy and convenient for their customers. Absolutely Top-Notch work from an Independent Establishment. I brought my twenty year old Cadillac car in for insurance related body work and Ray and his team were able to flawlessly fix deep scratch dents up to the edge of both driver and passenger door panels. They were also able to hunt down replacement mirror, chrome trim, and related attachment pieces. I am certain finding those parts was not an easy task. If you want to experience body and paint work the way it used to be done before the days of chain stores and their inability to do anything beyond buy replacement parts and apply shoddy paint work to them, then you should come on out and see Ray at County Line Customs.
