I did not get their serviceYetI was trapped in snow near Dixon after having a car accident, freezing, trapped for 90 mins and just asking for someone to pull the car to the road shoulder and they answer: we're done for today.Although it is "open 24 hours" On googleI tried to call others and called them again hopelessly and same answer: you've already called us and I said I cannot help, we're doneI was dying man! And I was 200 miles far from homeIn my country people do that voluntarily and wouldn't let people die like that. Yet I understand it's a paid service here and I would've paid

EXTREMELY very bad service!!! very bad experience starting with the guy who was in charge, I think he was the owner, or the boss he is extremely rude, he treated me really bad through the phone before and after they towed my truck. He was making fun of my accent because im Mexican-italian he was being racist. To everyone who needs a service definitely don't recommend them, they over charge and they don't care if you have Money or not, they don't even give you an estimate I was calling him and asking him how much it was after he tow my truck and his answer was I don't know because I haven't talked to my driver. So then I noticed today that, thats why they want to take it to there empty yard and they want to over charge you Until you pick up your truck. and you don't have any other choice, but to pay them. They storage my truck for 20 hours and they charged me for 2 days, this was definitely a nightmare. Hopefully a lot of drivers see this review and take it seriously and try to have a different service. Don't waste your money with this company , waste it with a company thats worth it.

I don t recommend this company at all. I totaled my car. They came to pick it up from the scene. It took very little time to load my car and clean up the scene. My insurance company came to pick up the vehicle and the bill is $9000! They claimed they had to use all sorts of heavy equipment to load my car. I was there when they did it! Blatant lies! They are CROOKS!

I would not suggest that anyone use this crook. We had a roll over in June to which the Illinois highway patrol brought this theif in. I was given no eastimate or any option of using anyone else. When the bill came in it was an astounding 50k, my insurance adjuster about went nuts. He illegally held hostage the customers load which is against the law unless you have filled the proper documents with the state and has been served on the carrier which never happened. He charged us for headsets, straps and a set of trailer tandems that he would have had in the first place. Not to mention just completely over charging for what was done which 4 towing companies said should have been between 15k to 20k. 20k would be on the supper high side and would only come in if there was huge problems. Skumbags like this guy will always get what they have coming to them and eventually he was get his. When we picked up our Load he was holding hostage, his employee told my driver that he was a crook and will screw anyone. Now that is really impressive when your own employees think you are a skumbag.

Awesome service, very fast getting to me. Changed my flats and very nice service tech to go along with all of that. While traveling I-80, it s nice to know there s someone nearby to help that won t kill you on the price to help out! Thanks Again Guys! I appreciate the help today!

Worst towing service ever. The illinois state police towed our vehicle just hours after breaking down. Not even giving us 24hours. And this guy is very overpriced and rude.

Great work from Johnson Towing & Recovery Princeton. Not only was their service fast but also very competitive with the other companies in the area. Excellent company, I would highly recommend them!

I've had to use them a few times and they where great I won't go anywhere else they are always nice and after calling around a few times they've always been cheaper witch helps alot would definitely recommend :)

Worst tow company ever they charged $18,000 for a $3000 tow they also made fraudulent charges to the insurance STAY AWAY EXTREMELY RUDE AND SCAMMERS

Didn't use this location, but I can't imagine it would be different anywhere else. Very unprofessional. Please, save your hard earned money and use another company. It's sad.
