I came in for a tire rotation today. Was told the wait was 3 hours, they would call when done, and I said that was fine. I went and shopped for an hour, went back to the waiting room read for a little over an hour, then got on my phone and waited for my timer to go off. I still hadn't gotten a call or text and they had come and got another person to tell them their car was done so I was waiting for that. I waited an additional 30 minutes after my estimated wait time before going to counter. They apologized and said it had been done and I paid and left. I got to my car and read the service report and my car had been done for 2 hours before I had gone and asked for an update since it was well past the estimated time. Overall it was just frustrating with it being my day off and me still needing to finish things after my car was done. So I sat in an uncomfortable waiting room for 2 hours past what was necessary.

I am currently here at the store getting my oil changed. I came in hoping it was going to be a short line, as I have a dinner to get to at 6pm. I specifically asked the worker how long it would take and he replied that it shouldn t take too long at all since there is only one person in front of me. I have been waiting now for one hour an eleven minutes. About ten minutes ago I realized it was a different worker at the check in counter and I went up and told her like hey other dude said only one person was infront of me she took my name and was like oh yeah they have you in unit one, it shouldn t be too long. And then immediately after talking with her, I finally get a text saying that car car is JUST NOW STARTING. Not to mention that only one person was infront yet I seen two other ppl come in AFTER me and leave BEFORE me. This place is a joke and I m late for dinner. I m heavily considering driving to a different town to get my oil changed from now on:)Service: General repairs & maintenance

Took my car here, was told the tire was repairable by one guy and to bring it back the next day because they were too busy and about to close. Took it back the next day and despite having a second opinion tell me it was patchable they chose to gaslight me and tell me that no one ever told me that. Would avoid. They are just trying to make money off un-suspecting customers. Patched it up myself for less than $15Service: Tires

I had to get a new tire for my car. This place was great dropped my car off before work and it was ready by lunch. The guys were so nice. The next day I had another tire to fix and brought in the rim, they got me a new tire for me in 10 minutes.

The only place in town that will fix your tire on a Sunday. Clean store with plenty to browse while waiting for your car and decent prices too.

The automotive staff is always very nice, but I wish It wasn't such a long wait to get an oil change. I got there at 7:15 In the morning, there was already a line of people, and two vehicles were already in the bays. They told me it was going to be at least 2 hours until my oil was changed. So that's a bit frustrating

They do make mistakes if you ask for different things than the standard service. Asked for higher quality oil filter, got standard oil filter. Happens almost every time, but otherwise they do excellent work.

Took my son for his birthday. First time there and I will return again. Friendly staff, good was awesome and he got a piece of red velvet cake, it was warm and the frosting was so yummy he liked the plate clean lol. His burger was so good he wanted more and the jalapeno garlic sauce on my chicken wrap was to die for. They will be seeing him a lot because you will become his new favorite study spot for the nursing program.

I have nothing good to say about my numerous experiences with Walmart Auto "care". I've used them in several states, and they've become so unreliable.

I had a very good experience, my truck was diagnosed and serviced to satisfaction. The associates we extremely knowledgeable and friendly, I will definitely return for future service and recommend your Wal-Mart auto care to family and friends. Thanks to all your associates store wide.

I was greeted with a rude "can I help you or...?" when I arrived. I had come in for my appointment for an oil change. About a week later, I went to check my oil and not only was the oil not on the dipstick, I had also found a cigarette butt on the engine of my car. I jacked the car and it was spraying oil everywhere when running. Walmart Tire and Lube associates are very unprofessional and should not be allowed anywhere near your car or they could destroy your motor, like they almost did to mine.

I booked an appointment by walk-in for one tire change at 11 o clock. They push me down to 6 o clock saying they have online appointments. Whereas I was told they are not doing online appointments for the day.

Busy busy everybody and there dog must have been needing something done, then there were the people with a shopping cart full of groceries wanting to check out feel for the auto center people luckily the guy at the sporting goods counter said he could check some people out, I would have sent them up front if it wasn't auto related, but have to give the employees a pat on the back for getting through it!!!

They are reliable and not charged extra money like others. But the problem is they don t take pre booking a a lot for you.

Good service. I was hoped by Will. He was pretty good at explaining things that I needed. Changed my tires here. Will change my battery here, soon.

Went to tire shop to get new tire put on for trailer and they had it done but never told us until my husband asked. We waited 2 hours . Not very happy.

I asked the service tech to keep my windshield wipers and he threw them away when they switched from winter to summer blades. I normally get this done with my oil change. Very upset.

Bought new tires here with road hazard warranty that was a plus had to use warranty when they fixed tire they didn't rebalance tire just put weights in same place anytime a tire is removed from the rim it should be rebalanced

Terrible service. They lied and said they spoke to me about the tire. Was there 2 1/2 hours.
