Only took them about 13 months and about 20 + phone calls to get them to replace a part on my car that they lost during transportation. They also did damage that they refused to fix because it s my fault that my car sits too low , even though it is factory height/specs on my car. The other tow company had no issues getting my car back to town without damage, guess that s too much to ask from these guys. Also, don t expect any follow up.

I went to fix hail damage on my brand new car. They charged $7600+ for the unprofessional repair, they didn t fix all but charged almost double amount of money than their estimated amount. They broke my sunroof and made a lot of scratches and damaged the interior. I went twice and informed them the damage they made on my car. They didn t pay any damage and also did not provide any solution.I highly recommend not to take their unprofessional service.

We called to have car towed but ended up getting it jumped as the tow guy showed up. So ended up not needing their service and the guy gave my 70 year old Mother the finger. So if you don t mind getting flipped off I would choose this company. Very unprofessional I would recommend Cales instead I have always had a good experience with them.

Took a little longer to get my car repair done, but only because they're so busy. Very happy with the work done on my car, I couldn't see any sign of the damage done from hitting the deer. Was concerned the paint wouldn't match perfectly, but it does and it's beautiful. Always good communication and very helpful with the whole process.. Definitely recommend!Service: Body & Trim

My car was hit in the Walmart parking lot during the winter by a plow truck. I agreed to take it to Tillitt so that the owner of the snow removal service could pay cash and not use insurance. The cost was was less than $2,000. When I got my car back the right taillights didn't work because of the way they power washed the car. Also, a reinforcement plate that also protects the oil pan was missing. I refuse to recommend Tillitt to anyone.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Got my car fixed here after a wreck. The headlight didn't work after they got done, there was a air conditioning line rubbing on the radiator fan, they didn't replace a broken cover on my oil pan.

The owner is horrible man!! He likes to cut people off and break check his own customers!! Absolutely no manners or disreguard for basic road safety. This place should be ashamed to have him representing them. Just disgusting
