PRO Auto was GREAT! They made everything due to my circumstances with my vehicle needing a motor and having no other transportation . My motor was replaced and my car run GREAT!!!! I am so thankful for their service! Great company to take your car to and things will be done correctly.

My serpentine belt broke & I desperately needed my car back the next morning. Car quest ordered my belt & they called the shop & got me in right away. Repaired on tome & very economical. Very fair & very professional! Thanks!

Colton is extremely unhelpful! When I asked about my car he was very rude and kept making excuses as to why he couldn t take a look at my car. I had set an appointment 2 weeks before because that was the only time he said he had available. On my appointment day I received no calls so I went to the shop to get an update and my car was not being worked on. When I asked for updates he couldn t tell me what he had to fix, how much it was going to cost or anything. All he said was idk.. within three weeks you couldn t look at my car once. Ridiculous. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Poor communication, appointments don't mean anything, and money better spent at a different shop.After setting up an appointment, we had gone that same day to see if he had any idea of what was going on, and had told us he had a car he needed to get finished before ours. Unprofessional, didn t communicate this to us, and we had to go find this out ourselves.After waiting two more days after our appointment we got 0 communication about if he had actually begun looking at it. After going to the shop, we were met with more excuses as to why he had not started on the car as it was still in the parking lot. After asking for our keys back he slammed the keys on the top table.Would not recommend to anybody given other options in town.

SEMI pro auto! Ridiculous. Specifically told the guy we needed to drop off in the morning and I needed it back before 1. He said he could have it by 1. Well guess what, got back and they didn t even have it on there property. Didn t know that a mechanic shop corpulent do a simple alignment! Long story short this place is a scam!

I was getting the run around about my truck for months and I took it here and he instantly knew what the problem was and fixed it for me. This will be the only shop in Macomb that i trust with any of my cars. Everyone was also very friendly.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Owner had shop in LA harpe where I live.worked on many of my cars.when he fixes them they are FIXED.I will be taking my cars to him.worth the drive to know when you drive out the car is FIXED!
