Went in today for a headlight bulb. The nice gentleman working there was kind of enough to make sure I the correct one. So kind of him. He even had time to install it for me. He deserves the 5 stars.

I ve always had friendly and helpful service on my visits. Any time there has been an issue with a purchase it was quickly addressed and remedied. I have never had a bad experience here; an employee even gave me a ride home when my car died in the parking lot!

O'Reilly is so much more welcoming than the other store LOL I just wish Tia still work there... Every time I go there there's so helpful... Download slightly obvious that the female employees avoid helping women. I don't know if it's cuz the hate women before the three or four years that I've lived here that's the way it's been. Except for Tia. I think Tia work there at one point... I'll see? Or do you just hire women that hate women?

I'm upgrading my review after a recent visit. I needed a part for my car. I called up and they held it back for me. I rode up to the store on my bicycle to pick it up. When I got there, the wrong part had been pulled. No big deal, they looked up the appropriate one right away. Here is where the upgrade was earned. The gentleman looks horrified because there is nothing on hand and saw me come in on my bike. The weather was not the best, and he began to apologize. He then offered to drive me home because of his mistake. This caliber of people will keep me coming to your store.

Absolutely terrible. Gave me the wrong parts 3 times in a row, then wouldn't refund my money. They Claimed they could only give me store credit, and then when I said no I want my money back, they basically held my money Ransom,...then told me to leave or they would call the cops. Why would I want to buy anything from them after they gave me the wrong parts 3 times in a row. ??? I'll never buy anything from another one of their stores. 0 out of 5 stars

It was 2 minutes until close and I was desperately seeking a battery for my key fob since the car won t start without it. I walked in expecting to get attitude, but instead I was greeted with a helpful attitude and empathy for my situation. Very impressive!!

There was a super nice employee named Alex, he was super patient on the phone and helped tremendously when I got to the store. Alex even put my tail light in for me. That helped a lot because I ha7a physical disability. God bless him.

Friendly, Helpful, nice selection brake clean, Dielectric grease, lock tite,oil, car washes, polishes, waxes oil pans, floor jacks they loan out specialty tools, will change wiper blades for you, batteries and lots more....Open early & Late Many Thanks!

Nice when I need a part quickly, but employees know very little about vehicles. If you know what you need, and know how to use it, you're fine, otherwise don't expect direction or advice.

Put my windshield wipers on for me...couldn't figure out how to get them to stay up after the truck was off and they took the time to figure it out. Definitely recommend them

Very very good. Got there in the middle of a storm and mgr still went out and replaced my battery. Kudos. My auto parts store forever. Thanx guys

Came here to buy distributor cap and rotor. They got me the wrong cap and replaced it at no additional cost saving me over $16! Excellent!
