They are always kind, polite, and efficient.They do a good job every time. I love that I don't have to make an appointment for a simple oil change and they offer a valet service for you to work within range.

The friendliest hardworking crew. They really came through for a lady. Very professional and courteous, even though they did not have much experience with a Tesla they did a good job and got me back on the road safely.

It was a bit confusing. I took my car in to have the tires checked as well as the pressures. I got a message that said all the tires were fine. I get there expecting to pay a small fee for the inspection. They had replaced one tire but said the others were fine. On my way home the tire light comes on to find it was 14 lbs low, another was 6 lbs too high, they didn't check. Now a tire I have never had trouble with goes flat within 24 hours. I probably will not be going back to Moore's. Too bad, I was always impressed with their Rockfalls store, and when we moved I was excited to see it here.

Very friendly, they were fast too. They installed two tires for me and had me back on the road in under an hour. Actually was cheaper than what walmart quoted me and got better quality tires. I will definitely be back

I thought Moore tire was very welcoming as soon as anyone walked in the door. The service I received was very comprehensive. I did have a problem on my way back home as I had trouble getting my speed over 40mph. The car acted as if it was going to die and the rpm dial went way above 7. I don t know if it was from the oil change but I will take my car out again this afternoon to see if the problem has ended.

The staff was very professional and courteous! On time as well! After an oil change and tire rotation, I returned a couple days later for lug nut tightening, and it was discovered I was missing a lug nut. It was replaced at no charge!We are new to the area, and we will be bringing our vehicles here for device and tire replacement for sure!Moores Tires/ Dixon is awesome!

Drove in from out of town to visit some friends, and noticed something was wrong with one of our axles. Moore s Tires inspected, diagnosed and fixed our car s problem in a timely manner. They were professional and friendly. I would recommend them anytime!

New brakes done efficiently and with a fair price. They have a thorough knowledgeable team and great customer service. Also the only place I know of that still provides a loaner which is extremely helpful when an unexpected problem occurs. Highly recommended.

Staff here are always willing to jump right in to help out. I have had numerous tires fixed here and they are great with time and customer service. Recommend this place for any needs!

They are always but busy. We need more tire fixing shops in macomb. It is very busy and waiting time is too high as I tried twice. Stuff are cordial no doubt. I do not have any problem or issue. Just need alternative options with a reasonable pricing.

Really scratched up our wheels. The other company was so careful not to even put a tiny scratch on them. But am very satisfied with the tires and the fast service. All the front office personnel were great to work with.

Talk about service!!! I had two flat tires and was in the WalMart parking lot (where I left my car overnight). I got in touch with Moore Tires in the morning (Gavin) and he told me they would take care of it. He gave me the price up front . . . they went to WalMart, took off the old tires, put new ones on at the shop and then put them back on my car. Then they called me and said the job was done. Wow! How refreshing that people would go out of their way in service.

After getting quoted 3.5 hours to pull a nail/fix a flat at another business, I called Moore Tires and they said they can get me in and out under an hour. Turns out that the nail in the tire didn't pierce the tire so the guys took out the nail, inflated my tires and didn't charge me a cent for their time. It's rare these days to find a business that doesn't try to nickel and dime you for everything. Thanks for the help Moore Tires!

On vacation and woke up to below freezing temps and low tire pressure lights on my van this morning. I made a quick stop at Moore Tire on my way out of town and a very polite, ambitious young man came out with a smile on his face, and aired up all 4 tires so I could make it home before dark. I wish I could remember his name, but management needs to know they have a wonderful employee taking care of their customers outside. If I'm ever stranded in Macomb with automotive issues they will be my first stop!

Came in without an appointment with a tire going flat and Brandon and team had me repaired and on the road in about an hour!!! We have worked with them multiple times and have been very pleased!

I came in with a nail in my tire. I didn't have an appointment. Was on my way to an out of town doctor appointment. They had other people there, but yet fixed my tire in less than 30 minutes. I dropped my car off at the time of my appointment and I was told it would be ready in a hour and half. I dropped it off at 850 in the morning. My car didn't get done until almost 5 pm. My appointment time was 9am. When I called asking when it will be done it was around noon and I was told probably only a half hour more then it will be done. So beware if you pick this place. Appointments don't matter it made it seem like. I would only go back if it my last resort for a place.Service: Brakes

We had very good service getting an alignment for my vehicle. The only negative was I scheduled a specific time for my car and was told it would take an hour so I planned to stay with the vehicle. When I dropped my car off, I was told it would take a few hours because there were others in front of me. I found a ride to come and get me so I didn t have to wait in their waiting area. Not a huge deal, just an inconvenient. Otherwise, everyone was nice and professional! And I was surprised that the cost was very affordable.Service: Wheel alignment

I purchased new tires from Moore about a year ago and have had no issues with them at all and was very satisfied with my experience. Yesterday my tire light came on and so I ran the car up to Moore and they were able to check the tires and determine all the tires were ok and just needed aired up. Evidently the drop in temperature had effected the pressure. I was in and out in less than an hour without an appointment!

I had a tire losing air fast so i stop at Moore Tires they got me right in. It just took a short time to patch my tire . The employees were very nice and helpful THANK YOU
