I have one name for you. Emmett. If you are looking to buy a vehicle, definitely come to Kunes Auto Group in Macomb and talk to Emmett. We received the highest level of customer service before, during, and even months after the sales process!! Emmett and Brain took care of everything we needed from start to finish. When we are ready for another vehicle, Kunes will be the VERY first place we go! Thank you, Emmett, for everything you did for us!

Certainly not impressed, if you are looking for a new car you may want to look elsewhere. I contacted them about a new car and they responded quickly, but said they were dealer trading it. So we passed and the salesman continued to call and email us not remembering that they got rid of the car. Then we found another car at another Kunes location in Delevan WI, Jason the sales manager at that location is the worst manager I ve ever spoke to! He doesn t dealer trade he says, and due to his poor customer service skills I definitely won t reach out to a Kunes dealer again. Their salesmen post cars all over Facebook and many times don t even list car names correctly! I recommend finding a different dealer!

Bought a truck with a warranty only had truck 4 months I have put about 700 miles on it and now has transmission out and warranty won't cover because they feel truck was sold with transmission issues. So much for their NO FEAR warranty these people are FRAUDS!!!!!Replying back to you! You still have my truck and it is NOT fixed! As far as calling you I ALWAYS get some kind of LIE! or I will have to get back to you. But I get the same thing NOBODY EVER CALLS BACK!!!!!! But I have contacted the BBB and also the McDonough County states Attorneys office. My next call will be to the lawyer to file CRIMINAL FRAUD CHARGES!!!!!!

I had a great experience selling my car yesterday to Kunes Auto Group of Macomb. I was strictly selling my vehicle because I am moving to a city where I will not need my own transportation.I communicated and met with Codie Bice and Troy Protsman and they both were great to work with. They were prompt, friendly, respectful and accommodating throughout the entire process. Codie was awesome to talk to while setting up my appointment and she also made sure to stop by and check in with me once I arrived at the dealership. Troy made the whole process of selling my car smooth and easy, and I enjoyed working with him. I would absolutely do business here in the future and will be encouraging my family and friends to do the same.

Corie Roberts found my husband the exact truck he wanted for his job and made the purchasing experience fun and easy. Corie explained the whole process and made sure we got exactly what we needed! She was knowledgeable about the industry Nate works in and we had a lot of fun chatting while waiting for all the paperwork to come through. I highly recommend her and the team at Kunes in Macomb. Corie Roberts #HomeTownGirl is an amazing woman to work with. She went out of her way to make my purchase a great one. She's a good hearted person. Honestly we spent more time talking about life and family than the suv. Which made it comfortable. I have been back a few times for routine service and every time she goes out of her way to say hi. I can't wait too be able to purchase another vehicle from her, because I know it will be a pleasant experience.

This is a little late but we had a good experience getting our Expedition. Royce chased our lil one around and kept him entertained as we signed. Bryan hooked us up, got all the paperwork sorted, pulled the stickers and got it all cleaned up.We are definitely pleased with the "black jeep" as our little guy calls it.PS congrats on the promotion to sales manager Bryan

Truck priced at $49,800. General Manager was willing to sell it to me for $62,000. Heck of a deal. Emmett Hall was great as a salesman and I would deal with him any time, just at a different dealership.

If you are thinking about buying a car from Kunes, ask for Emmett! It was my first time buying a car from a dealership. He was patient with my questions & helped make the process completely painless! I highly recommend Kunes & Emmett!

WARNING***Be careful where you shop and who you work for as this is the most shady place I've done either at. A lot of very bad things happen behind closed doors and they treat their employees terribly. They are very good at putting on a fake face and starting drama in the workplace do not shop here go somewhere else*** they take a fresh trade in do not check it over properly and throw it on the lot a bunch of hidden issues with every used vehicle.

Excellent customer service and attention to detail!My mother is 73 years old and tends to stay close to home and certainly wasn t eager to car shop and deal with pushy dealerships. However, she truly lucked out and had a wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle from Ken Hunsinger. He went above and beyond in the test-drive and exploration process. He brought the options to her door and listened to all her concerns and needs. Additionally, the process was fair, stress-free, and pleasant. Ken was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to find her a vehicle that suited her perfectly. I highly recommend Ken Hunsinger as your car salesman for all your family s future needs. I could not be more grateful in the attention and care he showed my mom.

I am actually very disappointed at the service I received. After going back and forth with numbers I was told I was approved for a loan but at 20%. I didn't like the rate so I told them to not run my credit any more and I would work on paying things off the next few months and come back. They then called me the next day with an offer of giving me a check for a years of insurance if I take the deal. I decided that I would do that and drive to their location. I spent several hours there only for them to tell me the manager screwed up my deal and entered that I made 20k a month on my bank app and I was no longer approved. I then left. About 15 mins later I get a notification that my credit was ran again. I checked and made sure they don't run it again because I had already asked them not to. They were also suppose to call me and update me and noone ever has. So my trip to Kunes helped make my credit score worse and still no car.

Kaiser Downs Of Kunes Auto Group in macomb was the sales person that helped us with our purchase of a brand new Buick Essence! I love this vehicle and Kaiser went above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience that made this exciting day even better! I definitely would recommend to my family and friends to visit Kunes! We were hunting for a good reliable vehicle for our father. We wanted to look at a dealership that valued people, especially military veterans.When we arrived at the dealership they had the vehicle cleaned up, parked out front and ready to go. Kunes Country met all our needs and understood we were on a budget and were firm in what we could afford. No nonsense no pressure salesmen we definitely got. I have to say Dustin Teel did a great job for us. We will be back when we need to trade again.Thanks Kunes Country for your service and making our father a very happy man!

I special ordered a new Dodge Durango July 2022 with the help of Emmett Hall. Emmett was great to work with and made the process of ordering very easy. I had a vehicle to trade in and Royce Lee gave me an offer for my vehicle which I agreed to accept. I was told by Emmett to continue to drive my old vehicle until the new vehicle was delivered. I was assured by Emmett that Royce's word was good. My new Durango finally arrived October 2022. I went into the dealership to pick up my new vehicle only to find out that Royce wasn't honoring the previously agreed trade in value on my vehicle. After waiting several months to receive my new vehicle, I went ahead and purchased the new Durango at a higher price than what was agreed upon.I took my Durango to Kunes the week of September 18 for warranty repair. I picked up a screw in my tire which was covered by Pirelli for the first year or first 2/32 of treadwear. I spoke with Deb in parts who started the process in obtaining warranty replacement. Unfortunately, Dodge did not place a spare tire with the Durango so I've not been able to use my vehicle. I've been to the dealership twice and made multiple phones calls and still have no resolution to my problem. I've even talked to Royce Lee on 10/17/23 about solutions to this issue and haven't heard back. It's very disappointing when you do business locally and have no customer service. I've placed my trust in Kunes and have been let down by the general manager twice. I will do my future business with other dealerships that provide good customer service.

10/10 would 100% recommend reaching out to the guys! Evan and Ken out in so much work finding me the perfect car for my budget and needs and made sure I was very well taken care of! They do amazing job of keeping you informed throughout every step of your purchase. Also shout out the Bryan and the guys for being patient with us and the kids through all the paperwork. They really made us all feel like part of the Kunes Family. Will definitely be seeing them for any future purchases!

I had the opportunity to work with Corie Cole when purchasing my new SUV over the weekend! Not only did she work very hard to find us the perfect vehicle, she listened! We went over multiple vehicles that would possibly work for my family and not once did she treat with anything other than than honesty and respect! All my calls were returned and every question I had received an answer! If you are in the Market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend Corie and the Kunes of Macomb Auto Group!

Traded my 22 buick encore in on a 21 Ford escape around July 28 on a Wednesday on Friday I heard something in the rear-end I called the salesman he said it could be the heat and it was extremely hot out so I let it go, had to take a trip to NC that weekend once we got into west Virginia the GPS stopped working, got into North Carolina sat about noon the car was parked until Sunday early evening, As I pulled the car out of the drive felt like something was dragging like the emergency break but wheels were still moving . Had to get sales paper out of the car for warranty because I had to take it to shop where I found that I was charged $32.000 for a car I was told the price was $25.000 and found the had committed fraud on my income , not only that it said I was living with family and I had been on the same job for 10 years I didn't understandthat having a creditscore of 822. I have been in my home for 30 years and disabled for 6 years. yes I signed the contract without looking at it because the salesman was from my church and I fully trusted him. We did go over the cost !! I asked Royce for my buick back which he only gave me $20,000 and agreed at $30.000 I said no and I would talk with a lawyer. Needless to say because I signed the contract there was nothing I could do. I just got the ford out of the shop which was in there 3 and half weeks, it was the rear differential over $4000 thank God I paid for the extended warranty. I would run as fast as you can from these people and Royce is the most dishonest and don't give a darn about the customers.

I inquired with another Kunes storeRegarding a new Jeep Gladiator that ended up being sold a week prior so my deal fell through because we worked the deal and they later found out it was sold. I inquired with this dealership and simply asked that they would match the trade offer from their sister store. I sent them all the facts and the sheet proving the offer from a reputable employee in their corporate location. I patiently waited 2 hours since it was the last day of the month for them to show me the numbers and total financed amount. They offered me $3500 UNDER what the initial store did only 9 days later. The next day (today) they message me saying $3,500 isn t a big difference. Are you kidding me? That s a significant difference. Additionally, they tried charging me Illinois fees on the title and registration that don t apply to me since I reside out of state. Steer clear of this dealership due to the inconsistency of their trade values and incompetence

Working with Donnie was refreshing! He was friendly, funny, fast and patient. He worked hard to get me what I wanted and not just needed! I was very impressed! He is amazing at finding deals! I will definitely go back to Donnie in the future, if I need a vehicle!

My experience with Kunes of Macomb was great. We have been trading vehicles there for years and this great service is what keeps us coming back. I was able to test drive a vehicle the day I pulled into the lot and then when our crazy schedules allowed, I was able to come back with my husband for a second drive and signing of the papers, all while being treated with respect, kindness and professionalism.

We live in Macomb and have purchased our last three vehicles from Kunes. Most recently I bought my new Jeep Cherokee from Corie Roberts. I love her! No pressure, calm, knowledgeable. She will walk the lot with you, find exactly what you need and be with you past the sale! She won t sell you a car and forget your name!

Good service! Would have been 5 stars if they had called me back on Friday like they said they'd do! Needed my work van for the weekend and I called Friday- got through and they said the service manager from the other side of the shop would call me back. Never did.But the nice lady called Monday and she really impressed me with her customer service skills (truly a lost art.)
