We had the pleasure of working with Donnie from Kunes in Macomb. Yes, we drove two hours to buy a car and it was worth it! Donnie was easy to work with and listened to what we wanted.With the help of Dustin in the Finance Dept. we were able to drive away with a brand new car. The whole process of car buying was a fun experience thanks to Donnie & staff. We would recommend Kunes in Macomb if you are in need of a vehicle. We are returning customers at kunes Macomb. We ve been very picky and Troy has been working with us for a couple months to find the vehicle that was perfect for us . It took some time but he was able to get us into the exact vehicle my husband wanted and with a payment within our price range. All around a good experience.

They re nice to start, but once they find you aren t able to get a big fancy car they ghost you. My mom got lied to multiple times when buying her first car and we went in to see about getting a different one and was lied to once again and we were waiting on their bank to call back and they have yet to reach out to us. It s been 2 weeks now and I ve emailed our sales rep twice now with no response. Don t go go kunes

Last night I had an appointment that I went to in macomb il upon arrival I was not greeted anything took 5 mins for someone to even speak to me and ask what I needed , so I was suppose to me Donald but was pushed on to someone else and I don t even recall his name, however after getting all my info he presented me with a 2010 suv had no air conditioning and was so filthy I wouldn t even put a dog in it I test drove it. It was terrible before placing me in this vehicle he said my other option was a very small car wich he knew I needed an suv. After returning from my test drive I told him there was no air and how terrible the test drive was he then test drove it like he didn t believe me and then said well we only have one other option he put me in an equinox I asked so many questions and wich he had no answers to after telling him I loved it thinking I would sign for it or drive away in it he then tells me banks closed we will call you in the morning when we open and it can also be delivered. I fell in love with the vehicle and still have yet to get a phone call can I get some answers please?

Bryan Huff is a gentleman, very professional, and personable. I recommend getting a hold of Bryan if you stop in at Kunes He is knowledgeable about the business, and tries to get done what the customer wants. Thank you Bryan.

they say they help people with bad credit but when you go in if you have bad credit even with 2 vehicles to trade in you get shown the door within 15 min absolutely a joke and waste of time they don't help people with bad credit it's just a scam

Was given wrong price for service to be performed. Was told one price for service then when arrived Was told that was just labor charge.
