Bought a car month ago. Broke down 3 times since I've had it. New sensors, new alternative, and now it needs a new motor. I have to make a payment on a car I can't drive to get to work. They sure talked a big game on how good of a car it was. Nothing but junk of junk I got sick with. Never do business here.

I took my 77 Corvette there late 2021 to have some things fixed that others had cobbled previously to me owning it... they got the issues squared away... fixed the A/C and some other odds and ends. It's back to have a few other things fixed and I'm sure they will be up to the task. Great communication and really fair pricing.

My boyfriend just bought a Chrysler 300S from them 4/3/24 and we found out right after buying it that the catalytic converters are bad. CCC will not fix it at all because they said they gave us a discount on the car. Will never buy from again and do not recommend. They did not disclose the issues with the car and getting someone to return your call is like pulling teeth.

Although I did not purchase the vehicle that I was interested in, I would have loved to have given my business to Bob at CCC. Straight forward dealer that is happy to earn your business.

Very reasonable costs on the minor repair work I've had done here over the years, mainly exhaust and simple undercarriage repairs on my aging vehicles. I appreciate how quickly they work to get things fixed so I can get on my way!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Bought a car from them. The odometer doesn't work. I called them about it. Said they would fix it but didn't. Can't trust them on their word. Make sure everything is in writing. Buyer beware.

I drove passed this place a million times and just looked because I didn't think I could really afford their inventory.Boy was I wrong!!! This place is great!!! Reasonable prices and they will do all they can to find you the best deal!!! They even do car repairs!!Don't keep passing this place by. Just stop by and look. You might be surprised!!

I couldn't be happier! I found the vehicle I wanted off car guru and contacted this dealer to make sure it was still available. They were nice and pleasant on the phone and confirmed the vehicle I was interested in was still available. I drove an hour and forty minutes to Car Care Center (Macomb IL) and was met by Bobby and Austin. Both were amazing to work with and real down to earth! I appreciated the honesty and the couple laughs we had. If you are looking for a newer vehicle, I definitely recommend stopping by or looking at the available inventory online through their website! It was an easy an enjoyable process! Thanks again guys!

I drove three hours to pick up a car from this place. I called in the morning and was told I would get a callback to confirm they still had the car. No one called back, so I chanced it. The people were pleasant to deal with. The owner was very kind and polite, also funny. He had me laughing many times. They are very honest, maybe to honest to sell used cars. They told me everything wrong with the car I picked out, and took money off the price for every issue the car had. The car drove just fine the three hours it took to get home. Had I received a callback I would give them 5 stars. I'll definitely check out other cars on the lot in the future. Great customer service.

Car Care repaired my 16 Impala after hitting a deer at 70mph. I had major damage. I got my car to them and the next day I received my estimate and it was already sent to my insurance. Do to their workload it was going to take a little longer to get my car back. When I did get my car back I could see why they are so busy. My car looks better than the day I bought it. I could not be happier with Jeff and his crew. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any work done one their vehicle. You will not be disappointed.Service: Body & Trim

I feel like I got a good deal and they were very upfront with everything that was wrong with the 2007 Dodge Nitro that I bought. They did not try to hide anything. Great people to deal with.
