This is a great service. Friendly people. I was broke down in a car wash , and didn't know what to do. Cales came out in a short time and fixed the problem. I am so thankful that I could build a monument in this man's honor.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Had a roll off and it was the best service ever! They took great care of us and was such a huge blessing!!! Had to clean out a rental house where the tenants left all their junk and took all our appliances. This was the one sparkle in this horrible process!! Very thankful to Cale's Towing for getting my car started (twice because I'm a dummy) and the offer to call if I wasn't able to get my car to the other side of town. I'm not a car guy at all so I rely heavily on the skill and patience of car professionals to keep my vehicle working properly. I will certainly be calling again when there is a need. By far the best experience I've had! One company didn't even answer the phone! Another company told me that it'd be a two hour wait! Best conversation I've had in a long time for the ride home! Thank you!

Friendly. He was there 15 minutes earlier than expected. They were very careful with my vehicle. Overall, a good experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this towing service to anyone.

Car was towed from our apartment. Not even 3 miles away. $170 dollars. what a rip off. Than the owner claims he does not even know if he has the car....but, he sure knew how much I should pay. $40 a day for storage. This is a joke.

I called and called and called and called. Never did i receive an answer and they didn't even have a voicemail set up to leave a message. Kind of hard to believe a shred of the positive reviews I just read when they can't even operate a phone.

This towing company wrongfully towed my car and dented my exterior. I asked the owner for an apology, but instead he called me a suite of nasty names and threatened me with physical violence. My landlords called the police and immediately switched towing services. You don't get to bully people the way Cale does. Physically threatening a young woman? How professional.When the cops showed up, they told me this was just one of a number of reported instances in which people had issues with the owner.Stay away at all costs!

We called this place when we were stranded on the side of the road 9 miles from Macomb. My girlfriend called and they were very dismissive and said they couldn't help us.
