Jay was very nice and professional. I dropped my car off at 10:30 am and it was finished by 12:30. Prices were extremely reasonable, less than $350 for new brake pads, rotors, and an oil change. Overall a great experience.

It s hard finding an honest mechanic but this shop is one of them My stepdad recommended him & we ve taken the car to him since and he s fixed it in a timely manner.His wife and him are good people

I am so happy I found this place, my car was leaking gas really bad and I was taken in a timely matter, since I did not have an appointment. Although appointments are not necessary, they are preferred, I was grateful they could squeeze me in. The mechanic explained and also let me see what was wrong with my car, and how he was going to fix my leak. I felt really comfortable there and not like they were trying to nickel and dime me or find other things wrong with my car. The guys there are extremely knowledgeable, fast and fairly priced. I would definitely recommend this shop!

This is easily the best service shop I have ever been to. I was worried about a noise my car was making as well as needing an oil change. I called at around 1pm and they managed to fit me in at 4pm the same day. The owner was great as soon as I walked in. Very friendly and offered coffee and water right away. My oil change was done in a very timely manner as well as the assessment of the problem with my car. The issue was explained to me very well and I did not feel as if any unnecessary services were being sold to me. They were able to fix my car the next day and it was finished before lunch. The owner even drove me to worked and picked me back up as soon as the car was done. This will be the only auto repair shop I ever use.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Came in for a check because my car started creaking underneath. Jay gave me some recommendations and they performed the work at a very fair price. Afterwards he showed me the old parts and exactly what was wrong with them. I also got stuck at work and couldn't pick up my car on the day we agreed and he let me leave it in his lot for another night without any trouble. Very professional and an extremely friendly place. I will be coming here from now on.

Had the starter fixed on my car in a more than timely manner, 2 days ahead of scheduled. This is a friendly, honest and fairly priced repair. They go above and beyond assisting me with my car problem. I highly recommend Faris Auto Repair, you will be completely satisfied as I am with my repair.

Jay and his team were great. They provided fast and reliable service on my 2019 Lexus RX350. Brakes and oil change. They provided good customer service and good prices. Will go back again.

This is for Faris Auto Repair suite 101Jareer (Jay) was my primary contact.(I volunteered to submit a review).Every interaction I had with Jay and other staff were wonderfully consistent! So nice and professional. Seriously!They Genuinely Care about you and your vehicle period!Been around other auto repair places in my life. However, here at Faris, really felt like home. I first dealt with Faris when I first moved here and they had just opened. I had a Mazda 6 that I drove here from Minnesota. I was having several issues and was worried about safety as I was giving it to my daughter. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They quickly found and fixed the problems at a very reasonable price and even fixed my mirror for free. I am back for round 2 with a 2005 Buick Lacrosse and when they had to keep it for diagnosis, I was given a ride home by one of the owners. I would recommend this shop to any and everyone that needs friendly fast and first class service on your vehicle. They keep you in the loop every step of the way which really means a lot to me.

I have been to many mechanic shops but nothing like Faris Auto Service. The best mechanic shop in the Chicagoland area. I recommend anyone to get any mechanical work done by Faris auto!

I highly recommend auto repair services from Faris Auto Service. Me and my wife found our new home to take out vehicles for servicing. The team there are knowledgeable about cars and take the time to figure out what the issue is and repair it. I m extremely happy to do business with this auto repair shop. Jay and his team is amazing.

This was my first time at Faris and I will be going back with all my family s cars. I had a list of suggested maintenance from the dealer because of the age of my car, despite the very low mileage. The mechanic explained why most of that suggested maintenance was not necessary yet. They fixed the problem and provided only the maintenance I needed, not taking advantage of my lack of knowledge about cars.The owner was very kind and made the short wait comfortable with coffee and sweets. It was easy to get in on a Saturday and they were very accommodating, and most importantly, trust worthy!Trust, reasonable prices and customer service were beyond expectations and why I ll be going back again. Bye bye dealer mechanics and Thank you Abdel and Faris Auto Service!

I just called them about my Audi A6 2015, first time coming here, to get an engine mount replaced, they were professional on the phone, gave me a discount on the price, and i cant wait to get my car in there, i know its in good hands. Good people

Hands down this shop is awesome they have helped me so many times with different things for my car. The staff are wonderful and very honest and straightforward, they tell you from the beginning what to expect very reasonable prices. I hate how some shops take advantage of women s when coming to fix their car they most of the time take advantage of them, this shop does it differently. I have been a customer for a year and that will be my only shop that I will go to. Check them out and differently you will not regret it. These guys are legit awesome! We had them look over a car we were buying from a local dealership. They were super easy to work with. Very kind and knowledgeable. Ladies, they were not condescending at all-so go check them out!!

A few days ago I had a minor accident where my tire blew out it was about a mile away from Faris auto shop. Although they were not a tire shop they were cordial enough to reach out to a nearby tire shop to help me purchase a tire and then help me fix my problem good people good service good price..

Faris Auto is my new go-to mechanic! I knew I needed new brakes so I told them to check them when I took it for an oil change and they replaced my front rotors AND pads plus did my oil change and a tire rotation plus my cabin filter for under $300 after tax! Such a great deal! I remember the last time I had my brakes done it was around that much and I didn t even have anything else done. They are great honest people that would take very good care of you and your car!

Reliable and fast service. Took my Pontiac G8 in without knowing all of the issues and they walked me through what was wrong with my car. This place is AMAZING!! My daughters brakes went out this morning down the street from these guys. She went in and they took such good care of her!! They fixed her brakes while she waited and the price was perfect for a broke college student!!! She had me on the phone with her while she was talking to them and they were so professional and caring!! Not many shops like this around! We are going to be taking all of our car need there!! It was not Faris. I was at Fehrs next door. Fernando is the owner and is a terrific, fair and honest mechanic. I go nowhere else.

The service was very satisfactory, and the customer service was friendly, and the cost of repairs I had done on my Kia was quite reasonable. I'll be taking my Volkswagen Touareg to be service there in the future.

This place is the best. They've worked on my car twice and both times I was very pleased. I recommend them to anyone needing their car repaired. Prices are reasonable and the staff is fantastic

If I could give more stars, I would. The shop is run professionally by respectful, humble and wonderful people.Great, affordable prices, they also offer special offers on oil change, oil filter and ect. Call ahead of time for an estimate.
