Quick, friendly service for a lawnmower repair. Bill took the time to walk through what may be wrong on drop off and what the issue was on pick up. 10/10, would have a broken lawnmower again

Came here to reserve a 17' UHaul truck. Did it online and it was ready in a few minutes. Speak to May. She is a great person to work with, very friendly and thorough. Returned the truck after hours, dropped the key in the box and it was done. Highly recommend this place for UHaul related needs.

My son-in-law recommended this place to fix my snowblower. I took it in at 1:00 p.m. By 3:00 p.m. the snowblower was fixed. People are very sincere and friendly. Price was very reasonable. The folks at B & M are very competent and aren't out to make a killing. They have earned my trust and business.

1st I came in with a generator warranty repair and communication and service was top notch. 2nd my leaf blower was not starting and in a 2 hour time frame I received a call that my leaf blower was up and running again. Never will I go anywhere else for outdoor machine repairs !

Terrible customer service. Woman on the phone was very rude. I asked a question and couldnt even get it answerd . was told they were to busy to answer my one question. Will never go here. Work on your customer service more.
