After contacting Ken to work on my mower and warranty questions, he at first was quick to call back. After some calls back and forth he informed me warranty wouldn't cover it; which I informed him I'll take that up with hustler. Hoping to get a call number so I can actually speak to them and ask my questions, he instead just said bye and hung up. I called back 3 times, 1st time he answered and immediately hung up and the second two sent me to voicemail.How do you not answer customer questions and take 5 minutes out of your day to speak on the phone? His final services were rude, unprofessional, and unhelping. Happily thw dealership in Springfield was able to help and took more than 5 minutes to talk to me.
