I was able to get my repairs on the same day. Courteous staff they can give you a quote on cost which were affordable and the repair time was done when they said. I've recommended them to friends and family I don't have the ability to be without my car for a long period of time.

We took the car in to get the window fixed because it wouldn't roll up and get both headlights replaced. They communicated well and had our car finished within 24 hours. The price was reasonable and I'd definitely recommend them!

This place is so quick and has some of the cheapest prices for service. Everytime I get any work done here, it s good work. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

If I could leave 0 starts I would ! The Owner Rico is a rip off do not trust this shop I payed $1,000 for the ford dealership to say all It was was $20 part and $60 in labor BEWARE OF THIS SHOP DO NOT DO BUISSNESS WITH THIS SCAMMER RICO !!!

Walked in without an appointment and they had my SUV on the rack within 10 minutes for some custom exhaust work!! I told them what I wanted and that's exactly what I got!! Very clean professional work and a very friendly crew!! It was also cheaper than I thought it was going to be!! I was told an hour and a half and it was done 20 minutes early and the work was better than I expected!! I will definitely be back and I highly recommend you do the same!!

Went in 2X and they show you what is wrong and give options. Friendly staff. The exhaust work I had done was priced resonable. And the wait was not too long. Resturants near by.

Prices seem fair, staff seems honest. I've visited them several times now and been happy with the results. Brake jobs, suspension issues, tune ups, oil changes, they've done it all at reasonable prices and I didn't have any issues afterwards. They even dropped the quoted price by a tiny bit one time after they did the work, the honesty and good treatment is priceless.

Great place! Very laid back, no appointments needed. First come, first serve. They make it a point to call and let you know what they find and what it will cost before they start the work. A/C compressor went out, was up and running the next day! Prices are good and very competitive compared to most places. I recommend this place!

We can I start , I tend not to write review on most places , but this auto shop just blew me away ! My first experience with " Xpert Complete Auto Care" was in 2018 when i owned a BMW X6 hybrid that needed an oil change , my first impression as i drove pass was how new the place looked . As i peeked inside i notice all the equipment was relatively new but was most shocking and amazing was how extremely clean the place was , didnt think an auto shop could be that clean ever lol . They had a very nice waiting area . As they were finishing up the oil change i mention how this battery Voltage light would come on here and there and how at O'reilys they could figure it out why . Well they had one of there techs check it out and was able to find out that portion of the battery needed some work and since its bmw hybrid battery i had to take it to BMW service center , they literally told me that if i would have waited longer a 1500 job was going to turn into a 5,000+ job! they literally saved me so much money and knew there stuff. i started talking my mom,dad, and sisters vehicles there . Never had a bad experience , always fast , clean job, friendly and the price is fair .The real reason why i also wrote a review now ;last weekend again they did there magic ! i went in for an oil change and brakes on my BMW 328i Convertible and mention how i was starting to feel the bumps real bad , they took a look and SHOWED me how wore down my shocks were . They closed early that day but started on the job and ended up staying and extra hour + to get me back on the road that same day !!!! There super hard working, humble , knowledgeable , and good hearted people . Took my car there for the first time. Rico greeted me and discussed my need to have brakes and rotors all the way around. Called with a confirmation to go over price before doing the work. Had the car done in a couple of hours. Showed me the bad parts when I picked up. Price was very reasonable. Staff friendly. Work done quickly. I will definitely be back for future service. Great experience.

So I entered the building through what anyone was to believe was the front , So there I stand waiting for two gentlemen to finish their conversation eventually one came closer and grunted 'can I help you' in very broken English , I replied I'd like a quote , I was informed with much gestipulation and grunts that man in office did that , well O.K .So I said twice can I go this way or do I walk around the building , more pointing , I was getting bored so off I went to this totally blacked out office in corner , no sooner than I touched the door this irate little man cin a cap came over and said 'yes' I replied I'd like a quote please . Not from me after you enter my building like that (pretty sure its a rental' and off he went - you don't enter a kitchen from the bathroom and you don't leave a kitchen through a toilet , common sense really Napoleon said . They replaced my exhaust system with a less restricted one from and including the second cat. They got the job done fast and accurate and even made a modification I asked for after the install. No complaints on their workmanship, although the price was a bit higher than expected.

I went into xpert complete auto care to get a quote on a new muffler and to get 2 exhaust tail pipes instead of the factory one piece. I was very pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. I especially liked the amount of time and care the staff took with my truck. The price was great the total came out to be under my budget price and I got my truck back around the time they said it would be done. I'm very happy with the services and im sure you will be to I highly recommend this auto shop.

I couldn t go but my dad took my stinger GT2 to get a cat back installed. He said they were friendly, finished installing part in 45min, and the cost was pretty decent.oh and they spoke Spanish too, which was helpful. I d definitely take my stinger to them again.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Never Get an oil change here. the dude who did my car over filled it to the brim. not even a week later my car wouldn t even drive. check engine light came up. car wouldn t start. my solenoid broke so i replaced it. not even a week later it broke again. i take it to many mechanics and it only showed my soilinoid, they checked my oil. yup completely over filled. So thanks to you guys for the hundreds of dollars i m throwing away because someone doesn t know how to do a simple oil change.

Took my Porsche to get some exhaust work done. They were very meticulous when it came to centering the exhaust tips. There was also very little room to weld because of the engine being in the back but the welds came out fantastic. Highly recommended!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

I will give 6 stars if possible. I rarely write reviews unless I'm blown away by the service experience. Rico and his team are very polite, courteous, honest and reliable. First time I came here was to have my aftermarket backup camera installed, was really surprised that they can do it of all places them being a place that specializes in exhaust/mufflers. The store is clean, parking area could be a little bit bigger but is okay. Then I had my 2013 Ford Explorer Sport Ecoboost fitted with double Magnaflows and chrome tips. I picked it up today and the sound, holy cow it was sweet, sounded like a different car. Will keep coming back for here for upgrades on my other rides.Service: Exhaust

I rarely ever leave a 5 star rating cuz I'll always leave an honest review.. Welp this is honest. This is probably the third time i have gone here. Each time always for an oil change and something else. Ill be back again sometime this week for other issues I have with my car. (Always putting them off lol) so fast. Depending on the oil your car needs, its affordable. I love this place and will ALWAYS recommend them to the next person. I would do my own oil changes but with kids and stuff its just hard to find the time. I can keep going on this place. They're great. And they also fix mufflers so thats a HUGE plus. Anyways, just dont hesitate to go. If you're not happy at the prices (which would be weird cuz they really are affordable) they wont be upset.

My friend brought her vehicle in to get a simple oil change. They aired up her tires and somewhere in the midst of it all, her valve stem is now broken. She called and confronted them, and they argued back with her on the phone. While I understand that mistakes happen, they refused to take responsibility. Save yourself the hassle and headache, and take it to a more reputable shop.
