They did a poor job. I got an ultimate wash and a basic whip down on the inside. They didn t whip everything down on the inside. There were soap spots left all over the outside. I open the trunk of my SUV, and there s dirt spots all along the where the door meets the bumper. I don t recommend going to them. Zero attention to detail. I went yesterday. 1/2/24

Hand washed!Vacuumed by hand, washed by hand then dried by hand no machines and handled with care. Prices unbelievably reasonable! Small SUV ultimate package with 4 rubber floor mats $35 They will accommodate your vehicle if they can, watched them rearrange the whole vacuum area to fit a crew cab duelieServices: Full body wash, Wheel washing, Interior scenting, Auto interior vacuuming

THEY ARE THIEVES! Called the owner I believe it was & all he could tell me was what kind of car was it? I think I know who it was & are you sure? I m sorry. They stole money out of my counsel which shouldn t have even been went inside. Sometimes they do their job, sometimes they don t, definitely gave them about 3 chances! Wouldn t dare come back after that incident! 0 stars if I could.

Went there today usually do a good job. Got home noticed 2 slits in my driver's seat that hadn't been there earlier. Went back showed them they just blew me off will be calling the bbb

The attention to detail was very poor. I paid for there ultimate wash and extra to have the interior detailed and i was very disappointed with all of the missed areas. I also waited 45 mins till my vehicle was finished and had to ask the if someone would be available so I can pay. Unfortunately it was not a good experience

One of the most unprofessional experiences I have had with a business in a long time. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance. They asked me what I wanted done and what my phone number was and told me to leave my car in the parking lot with the keys inside. I dropped my car off the morning of the appointment at 7:30am. At noon, I receive a call from my husband that Windsor Auto was trying to get ahold of me. Apparently, they "lost" my phone number and found my husband's phone number in my glove box. They did not proceed with my detailing because I did not call the morning of to tell them what kind of detailing I wanted. I am still baffled. How does one make an appointment and specify what they want and leave a phone number, and the business loses the phone number and the appointment. When I called the business, they were incredibly unprofessional and said it was my fault for not calling. I have used this business in the past but never again. Especially after speaking with the owner, I am taken back by how little professionalism and intelligence these people have. What a waste of time.

First time back since this place opened again. Pretty sure it's different owners. Got the most expensive car wash. $ 32. Because I have a smaller SUV. And my windows look like garbage. Everything else was decent. Not sure it was worth $32.00

I am incredibly impressed with a full detail from Windsor Hand Wash! I have driven by hundreds of times and with the salt build up from this winter on my floor mats and dog hair everywhere, I decided it was time to hand my car over to the professionals. This was my first time getting my car detailed and I called earlier in the week with some questions about their pricing/process. They were able to answer my questions and set up an appointment for me very quickly. It was $180 for my 2018 Honda Civic and it was SO worth it. My final price was even less than what I was quoted on the phone. They removed all stains and dog hair, scrubbed my Husky floor liners, and even completely cleaned the trunk. I also had sticky residue on a couple of my windows from dealership stickers/old car wash subscriptions that I have attempted to remove countless times, and now I cannot even tell they were there. I am thoroughly impressed and will definitely be taking my car here from now on. If you want great service, good communication, and fair pricing, definitely take your car here!Service: Auto detailing

Been taking are cars up here for 5 years.alway get the job done.everthing is done that I ask for.people are always nice.are cars look great when they are done.i give them 5 star .the only place I take my cars.

This was my first visit. I have been looking for an "Octupus Car Wash-like" place and this is it. Many hands to hand-wash and hand-dry the car. The results were just great and it only cost $22. That includes vacuuming, washing windows and mirrors, dashboard, seats, tires and wheels. I have found my new car-wash home!

Highly recommended! I took my truck there which was BEYOND nasty from winters/dogs/food you name it. 4 hours later, it looked like it came off a dealership lot. Very great work! Definitely bringing my business back here again. Very very happy. Prices were best in town. 8 hours one day for complete detail took it back the next day 6 hrs supposed to fix the not detailed from the day before and still not detailed the second day. The cost was not worth it. No I'm sorry or anything. Very unprofessional, sorry they did was the outside of my car but not the windows or door frames. Never will go back or recommend service.

Hands down the best car wash in the Rockford area. Never had an issue with their service, would recommend for anyone that cares about their car wash. Only downfall, wish they had a full undercarriage wash option for the salty times of the year.

Excellent service, and the wash is better than an auto wash. The pricing isn't much different than say Royal Car Wash except they do a better job and actually know how to wash the windows on the inside. Keep up the great work!

We travel from South Beloit for the car wash there. There is a similar car wash near us, but they suck. Everytime I go to the other car wash, something in my car ends up broken. These guys have never broken anything, and they do a much better job. Plus their prices are fair.

Went for the first time after a cross country road trip and was expecting that at least only half of what was on the front of my car would be cleaned off...nope.. looked brand new inside and out!! Awesome Job!! Have been back several times since !!
