I am so grateful for reviews because they pointed me in the direction of this business. Andy was friendly and accommodated me as a walk-in for a tire repair. They completed the work quickly and did not try to upgrade or sell extra services. Andy provided a quote for a couple different levels of tires because I will need them within the next few months. I will definitely be back to purchase tires and get oil changes. Great customer service goes a long way!

Horrible service. I just needed a new tire put on my wheel. Quick 20 minute job. He lets me sit around for 15 minutes just to tell me he doesn't have the time to do it today. And he wasn't very nice about it either. Both of my trucks need new sets of tires at winter time but I guess I won't be coming backhere!

I have tried calling Tire Depot to inquire about a service for a couple days in a row now and it rings about 5 times & then disconnects. The last time I called today was 4pm & they are supposedly open til 5.I even drove there yesterday, but got there only 5 mins. before 5 (on a Thursday) and the place was locked up. So then I filled out the form online and every time I tried submitting the request it said there was an error and it would erase the location or the time and I would enter them both again and check the box stating I'm not a robot & it would do the same thing all over again. I tried it multiple times. That was 30 minutes I won't get back.I guess they really don't want my business.

These guys are down to earth and very reasonable with their prices. Unlike another local business, they didn't destroy our tire when they put it on! We'll be getting our ford's oil changed here too.

Andy is an amazing guy. He doesn't suggest things to fix just to make money. He's a trustworthy and friendly person. I have recommended a lot of people to the shop. He has serviced all five of my vehicles in the past 7 years. As long as he's there, I will continue to be a happy and satisfied customer. Thanks for all you do Andy!Theresa C:)

I came here because I had a huge bolt in my tire and needed to get it out asap. I received the ABSOLUTE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever received. The manager and staff treated me like an actual person and it felt great. I will forever use this place for my auto services. Thank you so much! Andy was highly recommended by a friend so I went in for an oil change. I was questioning whether I needed new brakes which his mechanic also confirmed. Result: oil change and new front brakes for a very reasonable price and very friendly service. I finally have found a place that I can trust to be very reasonable and honest. What we thought would be covered by warranty was not. He wasn't thrilled with having to call the warranty company "because he has to run a business". Terrible alignment job.. They forgot to retighten my steering stabilizer causing my car to shake uncontrollably. Took it back and they didn t even inspect underneath to resolve it. When I called after i went home they called my one year old redone suspension and lift kit 20 years old and pieced together . Customer service was not it especially when it so easily could have been fixed within a few mins.Service: Wheel alignment

Andy is the greatest. He always gets our fleet vehicles in ASAP, we've never had a problem with any work he's done. He is always been honest with us for the last few years since he's started running this place and the price is always the best around. I can't say enough good about this location other than I drive our vehicles all the way from Mendota Illinois an hour and a half South to have him work on our vehicles cuz I don't trust other people

Tire Depot is fantastic. I called ahead to see what they could do about my tires that started to develop a flat spot. Not only did I get hooked up with 4 of the best new tires I've ever had, they gave me an alignment and an oil change all for a great price. Andy is super funny and the friendliest mechanic I've ever dealt with, and he can explain everything in layman's terms to anyone who isn't mechanically inclined. Highly recommended.

Andy and his group have always done an excellent job. Very honest and competitively priced! I will be going there with my cars from now on. Sometimes the best deal is not the way to go, just go to Tire Depot! LOL.

Its always tough to find a good spot that you trust to work on your vehicles and Andy and the Tire Depot crew do an AMAZING job! Quality service and honesty, that's hard to come by these days. If you haven't given Tire depot a chance yet I'd highly recommend them.

Great experience! There are 1000s of different tires and tire shops around and Tire Depot exceeded all expectations with an amazing tire and service to match! I have been going here for years for both business and personal. I am mechanically able to work on my own vehicles, I just do not have the time. The service and attitude is much like what you would expect to find at a reputable full service station back in the day when you knew your mechanic by name. I have been a customer here long enough that the managers have changed, yet the service has not. I will keep returning. Oh yeah, If the person at the front counter has dirt under their fingernails, it is because they work on vehicles too, not just an processor taking orders, you are talking to someone that could be working on the vehicle. Prices ??? they seem fair and the work is great, why risk finding bad work for $20.00 cheaper. It will cost you in the long run. And, they stand behind their work!

My family and I have been taking our cars to Andy for a number of years now. Besides all the general maintenance stuff, Andy and his team have diagnosed and fixed a number of problems on my two son s older cars to keep them running and safe. Andy is a hands on manager/mechanic that is always very helpful, explains things well and doesn t sell you things you don t need. He fixes cars for an affordable cost and stands behind his work. One can quickly tell he knows a lot about cars and it is not just his work, but passion. I have been to Tire Depot many times and I also pay attention to how he interacts with other customers and they too seem pleased and appreciative of Andy and the work. Andy is a personable guy, hands of a true mechanic - dirty, and someone we trust to keep our cars running.

I've brought my car to Tire Depot several times over the last couple years for various services and I've always been pleased with the results. Andy takes the time to explain everything and the work is always done right the first time at a fair price.

Big fan of the head mechanic Andy always helpful and very social with me. It is a welcoming place with great deals. If you're struggling to trust or find a good mechanic who can do it all look no further. They may be called tire depot but they can do much much more.

I would suggest this place to anyone! We ran over a screw in our car and I had to get work asap and they got me right in and guess what?! They didn't even charge me! I will definitely be coming here from now on for any tire needs! They are super friendly too! They seriously made my day! I walked in preparing to spend a ton of money even though we couldn't afford it. Thank you so much! You really helped me so much, you have no idea!

Tire Depot has great tires but they are great mechanics! Honest and knowledgeable, Andy will give you excellent service at a fair price! Been going there for years. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have been to many car repair places in the Rockford area. My experience at Tire Depot has been the best! I am from small town Iowa, and I found that small town, great customer service here. I would recommend bringing your car here! Thanks for the great service!

Terrible alignment job after I left I noticed my car kept going to the left once I took my hands off the steering wheel brought it back in they wanted to charge me again saying I had work done to the car and I did I had new brakes put on that has nothing to do with the alignment. But it is what it is won t be going there anymore

I was told to go to Tire Deport when I first moved to the area and now I recommend them to everyone. The prices are reasonable and the staff is extremely friendly. When I drop my car off for whatever maintenance it may need I know that it is in good hands.

Andy and his employees have been lifesavers! Thanks to everyone at Tire Depot for helping me out of yet another jam with my van. This summer it was spark plugs, Tuesday it was a flat tire, and today - a dead battery and bad alternator. He also replaced all four tires for my sister when she unexpectedly got a flat while visiting from out of town. She needed to replace the tires anyway and he gave her great deal. It is such a relief to have people I can trust with stuff like this without breaking the bank.I am truly grateful and highly recommend them for all your car needs!

After discovering I had a headlight out on my 2013 Dart, I immediately took it to the nearest Walmart auto shop for a replacement. They told me right away that it would be very difficult and that I should take it to the dealership because no one would touch that particular car because of how they are installed.Skeptical, I took it down the street to a "Grease Monkey" shop where they told me pretty much the same thing but they said that if I found the light, they could probably install it for about $170.00 for two hours of labor.Having done plenty of business and being very happy with Tire Depot in the past, I made the mistake of assuming these other guys must have known what they were talking about and instead of going right out to them, I called the dealership I purchased the car from.I trusted their word because I have purchased 3 new vehicles from them and had mostly good experiences with them. The person I spoke with in the shop said, after looking up my VIN that the light I had to purchase for it was $200.00 and that after tax and installation, it would be about $260.00 total. I had never heard of such a thing so I opted not to do it and drove the car with one light out for a couple of months.Today, I needed new tires and a wiper blade set, so I had my wife take the car to Tire Depot. When they had it in, they asked if she wanted the headlight replaced that was out. She said we were told we had to do it at the dealership and they said that wasn't the case and that they could do it for about $20ish. She said to do it if they could and called me at work to tell me the situation. I honestly laughed and said that it would be great if they could but I had been convinced that only the dealership could handle this special light after talking to others who explained that the auto makers are intentionally designing things to be difficult for anyone but the dealership to handle. Well, fortunately I was wrong, in this case and Tire Depot is not only extremely competent but friendly, and most importantly (and rare in this business, unfortunately) HONEST!I'm 42 years old and have gone through many cars. I have always felt like I am being ripped off at shops, except when I do business with Tire Depot. My headlight went from an insane $260.00 at the dealership to $26.00 at Tire Depot. If you need fair priced, honest auto service, please do yourself a favor and go to Tire Depot!
