I was very impressed with the Take 5 off E. Riverside in Rockford, IL.Everyone was very attentive, professional, and right away my daughter was offered a snack and I was offered a bottle water.I've gotten my oil change at a lot of different places, even the dealership, and I won't be taking my vehicle anywhere else from now on.Everyone was very knowledgeable, and answered my questions with great detail but in a way that I can understand.They were very thorough and their pricing was great and he even gave me an discount.I 1,000% recommend going here.

Not impressed, especially for the cost. They replaced my cabin filter and now my car whistles, and they didn t fill my fluids nor check my tires despite marking that they did on my receipt. $135 I should have every drop of fluid filled to the brim and I shouldn t hear whistling every time my heat is on. They also didn t clean my windshield like they said they did.

I ve been coming here for quite some time and I always leave happy with the service! The team members here really work together and let me know what to look for and how certain things are looking like my cabin air filter. Never a dull time. Usually out of there in about 10 to 15 minutes. Never a bad service.

Don t need a man when these guys take care of everything so well! They even gave my kid fruit snacks and water and explained to me Barney style all the happenings of my car during the oil change. I left feeling hydrated, smarter, and more confident when all I asked for was an oil change. Dope crew. Will only go here from now on.

The gentlemen at take 5 are always friendly and respectful. They take their time and explain everything. Even took the time to take a picture and explain to my husband what was wrong and what needs to be fixed on my car.

The young men, Antonio & Chris were so very kind & knowledgeable. They explained everything understandably. Treated us as kind as if we were their own grandmothers. Take 5 is our go to for our car needs. We feel safe with them.

My second experience with Take 5. First of all, the prices are much better than their competitors. Second, the service is excellent. The first time I went there, I was skeptical. How good can a five minute oil place do? I was concerned that they would screw my car up. Forget the plug. Not tighten it or even maybe not put enough oil in. Well, I was totally wrong. Thank goodness! When I first arrived, both times I was greeted with a smile and a cold bottle of water. They do take longer than five minutes, but..they are very thorough! Checked by I think 3 different people to make sure it s done right and nothing is forgotten. The shop is extremely clean! The service is the best anywhere and the prices are reasonable. I won t take my car anywhere else. I m pretty picky where I take my car to. I have a Subaru and don t let just anyone mess with it. Plus, it s my car. It did take more than 5 minutes. LoL. But, they do get busy and really..as busy as they are, it doesn t take really that long. Jiffy Lube takes longer when they aren t busy and their prices have become ridiculous. You always see people working here and they seem like they actually like their job! It s always a very pleasant experience every-time I have gone. Will be going again when it s time for another oil change.

Great customer service. Friendly staff. Thoroughly went through everything with me and I did not feel any pressure when they told me my air and cabin filter need replaced. Very understanding and helpful. 10/10 am going to be coming back.

Marcus, and Edwardo were there to help me when I needed them the most. All of the other oil change places were closing early with it being December 30th. I really needed my oil changed, so that I could get on the highway the next day. I arrived close to closing time, but they never made me feel bad for doing so. The two of them were very professional. It's my first time visiting this business, and I'll definitely be back. In the short time that I was there, I learned things about my vehicle that I didn't even know previously. They were such a great help to me. Thanks, Marcus, and Edwardo.

I love this place. The workers here are great. They are helpful and don t try to force extra services on you. The guy took a look at my air filter and he said we'll probably want to change this next time around.

Unprofessional service. There were about 6 people working there and all 6 of them seemed confused and asked me the same questions multiple times. Due to all of their confusion, they misremembered the price point I selected and grossly overcharged me. The employees were courteous but that doesn t make up for everything else, there seems to be a lack of training on the part of their management. I won t be returning or recommending.

First time coming in. Great experience! Eduardo and Another gentleman went out of their way to assist me with my questions on my vehicle and had great customer service. Me and my whole family were offered and given water and my twins received juice and fruit snacks while we waited. We were able to stay in car which is nice since i had toddlers and they were open late which is convenient. Open until 7 which is great since most oil change places close around 5. We will be back. Eduardo and Gabe did an absolutely phenomenal job. I think these two should start their own mechanic shop! I would go there with all of my car problems! Gabe took me in after my car was overheating in the adjacent parking lot and explained exactly what was going on. He did this without charge and they also changed my oil as well. Absolutely amazing crew working here! Take 5 give them a raise!!Service: Oil change

I went in not knowing why my oil light kept coming on even after getting an oil change last month. They checked it out and were even willing to give me some oil to make it a few more weeks, but I ended up deciding to just get a full oil change. They gave me a discount for such an unexpected situation. They were very nice and I will be going there for every oil change in the future!!Service: Oil change

Very nice and very thorough. Been here three times and not a problem. They communicate what there doing pretty much the whole time and aren t over bearing when they try to sell you a filter. Recommend.
