Ray was absolutely amazing to work with. Very knowledgeable, hard working, and honest. Had him fix an upper control arm mount for my Cadillac. Got the job done right! Most shops I talked to just wanted to throw old used parts at the car. Ray took the time with another local shop to FIX it correctly. Saved me a TON of money and with a better end result. Couldn't be happier. Will recommend this shop to everyone!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

The guys at Rays always knock it out of the park. I've trusted them multiple times after going to other shops around Rockford and having issues with steering wheel alignment afterwards and even a jam nut coming loose on a vehicle done at another shop (which just happens to be directly up the street from Rays)

Took my truck to Rays alignment for a brake job fell off the lift, destroying it, leaving my only work truck on operable for a month, beware of bringing your valuables in there on top of that their office or this so called man ray never called to see how we were doing for the whole month after taking our work truck and destroying it they hide behind their insurance, which was weak and pathetic

I've had other cars fixed here and the staff is very friendly and do a really good job and are very professional and straightforward in giving details about what repairs are required. I would highly recommend them and plan on continuing to utilize their services when something comes up.

I ve taken my car here a couple times and both times they were insanely thorough on inspecting the vehicle. If you work on your own stuff they ll even tell you what s wrong so you can do it on your own.I strongly recommend taking your car here, they do an excellent job at ensuring your car is road worthy.Services: Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance

My buddy recommended rays (he s an aircraft mechanic and knows cars too). So his word is gold to me and he was right on.Got an appointment that week for a simple alignment. Dropped it off at 8am Done by 1pm. Very reasonably priced. Would recommend and will be back here next time I need auto service.

Took my car in for frame/sub frame issue. Fixed and was charged less than the quote given! Very honest place!! I was told by 2 other body shop/mechanic to get rid of my car and go trade it in because it was way too hard of a repair and very expensive. Ray told me it was definitely worth the repair and had the confidence he could fix it. I was very happy with the service, honesty i received and the price charged!!!

Excellent service and professionalism. Ray took care of my car despite unforeseen issues which required us to order new parts, causing a delay for me and for space in his shop. I was treated well despite the inconvenience. The work was completed and I am very satisfied with the price as well.

Hands down THE Greatest in the area if not of all time. I brought my vehicle in to have the suspension checked out and they managed to find a loose castle nut that my step dad, which is a mechanic, as well as his friend which is also a mechanic did not notice when they looked at it. 10/10 Highly HIGHLY recommend! Thanks Rays!

Ray and his team of mechanics have always done a great job on all of my cars and trucks. This is one of the most honest shops around. They not only tell you what's wrong with your car... but when you need to fix it.

I only needed a little attention to a tire sensor. The woman at the front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful. I didn't use them at this time but will definitely be back to give them my business.

My daughter's car was making a strange squealing noise. We dropped it off and thought it was the brakes. Prepared for a auto bill and they checked it out, told me it was a bent heat shield and straightened it. They did not charge me a dime for the time for diagnostics or straightening the panel. I was very impressed with the service and we now have my husband's truck in for repair. Have heard nothing but wonderful things about this place of business

Bray and Brandi are some of the nicest most honest people in the car repair industry a lot of shops will tell you that you need things that you do not need Ray has been in business for as long as I can remember and he stays in business by being honest if you need a mechanic call Ray and Brandy

I went to Ray's alignment to get my wheels aligned on my 2017 Ford Fusion and they quoted me $79 but at the end of the process the total was $140 being that the service was done and I rather not have confrontation I paid and went alone with my day..(( my alignment problem was corrected))..

Went to this place 5 years ago to have a '90 ford festiva aligned. They told me camber(not adjustable on this car) was out of spec, so they slotted the upper bolt holes to adjust. On the drive home, it still wondered around the road. Had a thought, so i jacked it off the ground, spun the tire on the corner they modified, and there it was. BENT RIM. I figured this out, why couldn't they? Hope that tech is gone.
