I had a big dent in my truck, i took it to Parsons for an estimate and it was very reasonable even that i requested OEM parts. Made the appointment and got it fix. There was another charge for $150 for internal damage below the bumper. I asked if i could see it in person because i was having the person who hit my truck paying for the repairs and i didn t want him thinking i was texting to take advantage. They showed me the damage. I agree to the extra repairs. They did an excellent job and detailed my truck very good. I used to work in a body shop so i can tell if the repairs were not done right.I will recommend them for your future repairs.

I got into an accident and had to get a few things replaced and my experience here was amazing. They were quick. Communication was awesome. They even washed and vacuumed my car!

I needed a small repair done on a 22 year old car and Parsons sought out the correct part that was needed. It was a small job but they gave me very excellent service, and I would highly recommend them to anyone else.

Very friendly staff and great at communicating what was being worked on. They also kept in touch with the rental place and made sure my insurance was extended while making additional repairs. To top it off, they knocked $50 off my total with cash, which was incredibly nice of them and is a huge help with holiday expenses. I will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend them for anyone in need of vehicle repairs! My car looks awesome!

Unfortunately we had to take 2 vehicles to parsons that wasn't our doing. But with that said, they did a fabulous job both times. I would never hesitate taking our car here if the case ever rises

Persons has done a really good job for us. First and my husband's Lexus and then my RAV4. They come out looking absolutely amazing. They do the quotes so they're very clear breakdown and explain things extremely well. It made me feel comfortable from the first time we talked to them.

Come to discover Parson's left out the wiper fluid reservoir when they rebuilt the car. You would think there would be some quality control for something as obvious as a fluid reservoir. After such a blatant oversight, we wouldn't recommend Parson's to anyone. You would think the gap in the engine might suggest something was obviously missing.

The repair work they did was pretty good, I don't see anything wrong, but the one issue I had is that they didn't connect the mirror wiring. I wish these places would spend a few minutes when they're done to double check their work, but this is sadly par for the course at most places.I would take a star off, but they did correct the issue on the spot before I left, so I'll still give full 5 stars, but this is a potential area for improvement.

Have been learning the body shop trade for almost a year now. Very appreciative of my teacher who DONATES his time to me and a friend of mine every day! Gained a wonderful friendship with him. Nonetheless he is my teacher and expects only top notch work from us or we have to restart the small projects we fix. He's always had the reputation of doing professional work that's correct. Might not be the cheapest, but it's going to be right. Thank you for passing on the knowledge of the trade and life, Big Al Pasron!!P.s. the picture should explain our small projects

Was blown away by the information and service. Went with my Avalon to get a quote on a couple defects on my paint. Spoke to the owner and told me not to do anything the condition of the was too nice. If it were his car he wouldn't mess with it. Wasn't noticeable unless searching. And gave me many compliments about it. It wasn't money focused but honesty, expert opinion, and integrity and that will definitely have me going back if every needing body work in the future. Thank you

I have had the misfortune of hitting a few deer in the last couple years. I have dealt with alot of body shops in town. This is the good one.Nikki made sure I had the vehicle back in a timely manner. Our truck has a lot of custom parts and a custom paint job (hard to match) and you can't tell it's ever been in an accident. It looks perfect! Also, they worked extra hard to track down all the custom parts and kept me constantly updated on progress.

Would highly recommend. They did great work! My car looks and runs great! Got my car back in good time and they kept me up to date on progress. When a service light came on after I got my car back they were fast to get my car back in and get it fixed and back to me.

Great company! Our Jeep was in an accident on the drivers side with a hit and run. Parsons dealt directly with my insurance company after I was steered to another so-called "King" insurance. Parsons is much better to work with. I was called and updated with the status of my vehicle several times. The vehicle looks like new.Thanks a lot.P.S. I highly recommend them!

Well lets just put it this way, I will never give them my business again. Their so called Lifetime Warranty is a joke, so don't let that help make your decision on going with them like I did. My mistake to believe, not again. The strange thing was I took my car to them to have some rust removed from a quarter panel and this was her estimate. She comes out to look at it and says that they would have to cut off the quarter panel and replace it with a new one. Paint and body work to make it match and detailing and she gives me a quote of around $12,000 dollars. You can imagine my jaw dropped. She said they have to do all that so I wouldn't be coming back angry because it is starting to rust. I figured it out they just do Insurance work. Just like they wanted to charge $500 to replace my rim and I found them for $265. Why I say the Lifetime Warranty is a joke is this experience and the work they did on my insurance claim and the part I said earlier about, like she said I would be coming back angry about rust . She was right I am angry and in the exact area they repaired and painted and said they rust proofed. The only reason they get a one star is because it doesn't allow less.

Their mechanic shop messed up pretty bad. Shop was guaranteed auto in macheseny park. I left a review for them already. Parsons took my vehicle there and thats where my bad experience was. They didn t fix what was supposed to be fixed which was on the right side wheel bearing and they told me it was a left side bearing which wouldn t be covered since it was a right side collision. They would be rated lower if i could.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Were do i start,23 days to get a door, front fender and bunper cover fixed on my audi ,and then they didn't account for the paint fading ,so the car is now 2 different colors.The front ends is now so tight you can barely turn the steering wheel,and now the key fab doesn't work and I'm unable to lock the car.In addition ,only time I had contact w them in 23 days ,was when I called them.No communication.And everytime i did call,the employees were more standoffish ,then polite.Then charged $3500.Could have had the whole car painted for that.

I use the one in Loves Park. Want to thank them in advance for saving me on more storage fees from the crooked tow company. They allowed my damaged car to come to them, covered my cost until the insurance info comes together. THANK YOU. My second time using you.

Very unhappy with the customer service and repairs done to my car. I hit a deer in my 05' cadillac cts v and decided to go here instead of Gerber collision and ill never make that mistake again. Not only did the repairs take 2-3 weeks longer than i was told it would be, i never heard from the shop or anyone unless i called or stopped in. But when the car was finished they called me multiple times to pick it up. Also there are still damaged parts on my car, that makes me so mad i don't even want to go in and talk to anyone because i will probably lose it. I was also told that since 1 headlight would be new they would buff the other side to match it since it was faded and they did not so now the front end doesn't match on both sides. The biggest thing that bothers me is i called them at 9am the day i was going to pick it up and told them i was coming in after work (4pm) and when i got there my car was COVERED in dirt and dust. you would think after $7,000 in repair my car would be washed and clean but it wasn't. I will never come back to Parsons and i will refer anyone i know or anyone who comes into my shop to steer clear of them. Worst experience of my life, and worst customer service i've ever had.

Please don t go there if you have a newish car with sensors. They fixed my back bumper which has sensors and they messed them up and couldn t fix the sensors. Only plus was that the bumper looks new but my sensors don t work.
