Noone likes to spend money on their car. They rotate my tires, change the oil, do the 50 point inspection, then wash and vacuum it for free.The service technicians are well dressed with no grease under their fingernails. Quick and clean. And, their lounge is 5 ! Reccomend

I had a good experience. I worked with Tommy and he was friendly and professional. I bought a pickup truck and things went smoothly. I got a fair price on the vehicle. There was an issue with an extra key, but the dealership quickly resolved the matter. I would go back again.

Service department is very good. I've taken my cars there for several years. They always listen to any issues I have and fix them. Service Managers are helpful and professional. Easy to make appointments either online or by phone. They also have a courtesy van that will transport you to home or work and pick you up when the car is done, very convenient. Location is clean and has a waiting room.

I initially had a bad experience, but I later voiced my complaints, and they did not hesitate to make right whatever I saw was wrong.For example, the used car I bought was not properly cleaned or fueled up when I left, I made them aware of that, and then they sent me a $200 gift card so that I could get the car properly detailed, and it covered the fuel cost. Also, the car had a battery that was definitely due for replacement, it started up fine, so it wasn't an issue you'd know or they would know was there (on top of that the battery was only a couple years old), I had it replaced at a Honda dealership near me under warranty so it didn't cost me anything, but in my emails back and forth with them letting them know about the battery, and proof (load tested at Advanced Auto Parts) of how badly deteriorated it was, they were ready to pay for it, and have the bill invoiced to them if it wasn't covered.So I say, if after all is said and done, you get your car, and later find things that were or are not right, respectfully bring it to their attention, and in my case, they made everything right.

They were very nice and did a good job with my car! I went in for a recall from Honda and I had no issues with getting it done for free! I did have to wait for a while after they finished because there was no one to tell me it was done. So I did not appreciate waiting for an extra half hour for no reason. But they did clean my car for free! I really did appreciate that. They also had a very nice waiting room with plenty of space and tv's and comfortable seating. That was ok! So overall it was a good experience!

I don t understand the Google ratings for this dealership because you log onto Better Business Bureau and I believe over 80% of reviews are 1 star! I will save you time and money and tell you exactly what they do because I purchased a car about a month ago and I got so mad and felt so disrespected because the car I was going to buy was listed for $5,000 on their website and when the financial guy handed me the final paper work with the total it said $10,200!!!! If you make the mistake of thinking you ll be ok and go there make absolutely 100% sure you tell them you don t want a service contract (warranty). They tried selling me 2 warranties which are $2,500 each. There s way more stuff but I ve wasted too much time on this place and I m not wasting anymore.

Honest sales staff and excellent service department. Washes our cars once a week free. We've bought many cars there and usually deal with Chris Loch. We use Gary as our service representative and he always does a nice job.

I have leased 3 Honda's over the past several years from Napleton's and have no complaints about the service I receive each time. I take my cars their for oil changes as well and love that I can schedule appointments online.

Drove 2 hours to see a GLE 20 with 30K miles as per the AD, find out the care done more 41k miles and the funny thing they refuse to adjust the pricewhat a waste of time

I have mixed feelings about this place because even though they do provide good service, there has been times we brought our cars to get fixed, and when they do the diagnosis and you tell them to fix it, they end up fixing something else that wasn't really necessary.

Beware! The prices advertised online are lower than what they actually want for a vehicle. We drove from out of state to see a vehicle that was listed for $10,900 only to have the salesperson tell us it really was $13,000. Ridiculous.

Terrible service. Drove two hours to pick car up after being told it was finished. Got there only to find out it wasn't. So drove all the way back. Disrespectful sales and service people. Obviously only cares about the money and not repeat cuatomers.

Elder Abuse beware. Gross misconduct. My father in the midst of a cognitive breakdown purchased an auto after breaking down and being towed there. Within a week of this purchased was hospitalized w mental confusion/ dementia. Dealership did Not give him a fare price initially and is not being cooperative after we contacted them with my father's diagnosis. Horrible people/no scruples!!!!!!!!!!!!!
