Great experience! Rachel Jungblut did a great job with the financing. Very professional , very courteous and knowledgeable in the department. John Azpuru was so great in helping my husband and I in putting us into a car within our budget at a moments notice. It was a GREAT experience purchasing our new car from the folks at Napleton's, Loves Park. From Chris Woods the Salesman, Chris Loch the Sales Mgr, to Keith the Finance Mgr. They treated us with respect, listened to our thoughts and questions, gave honest answers, and negotiated fairly. I've purchased several cars in my lifetime, and Napleton's Love Park was top-shelf from start to finish! Would be confident sending others there.

My salesman was Joe Sanchez. He was the best! He listened to what I wanted and found cars that matched my needs, explained the new features on the cars, went for test drives and showed me what the estimate monthly payment would be on several vehicles. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and kind.It was a very pleasant experience working with him!

I bought my Honda CRV in July of 2023 sold by Joe Sanchez, he was incredible and answered all my questions! This winter I had some trouble with my vehicle (battery lost connection due to the weather) Joe quickly responded and answered all my questions promptly within an hour so I could have peace of mind. Joe and John A. have been great, they make me feel well taken care of and I can surely trust them!

I highly recommend coming to this location. I worked with Devan, and John to get a good deal on a new Honda Ridgeline. Everyone at this location was friendly, and made it an easy process. I wouldn't hesitate coming here again, they are great to work with.

Great experience. Mike M.was fun to work with and was highly knowledgeable on the features of our new SUV and did a great job explaining them to us He even programmed them for us. His sales Manager Johnny came around frequently to make sure everything was going OK. There was a minor problem with the seat control and Gary from service got on it right away and fixed it in no time. Lastly, Jim from finance did a great job on the paperwork and explained some of the available options without being pushy, first time we have experienced that at a dealership.All around best experience we have had working with a dealership. Avoid the service department! We have now purchased 2 new Honda odysseys and we liked the salesmen. The service department is terrible! It has completely gone downhill since covid. Want an appointment? Wait 2 hours for someone to call you back. Want to talk to someone in service? You won t receive a call back until you call multiple times and complain when someone is suddenly available. Sold us tires that were recommended by them as good quality, needed new ones after 20k miles. They claim odysseys eat them and it s common. Talked to another Honda dealership and they said it s not normal, and we should be getting 50k on new tires. Napleton sells poor quality so that you ll be back for more. We had an issue with the gas pedal falling off our new Honda with 8k miles on it. We know that wasn t Napleton s issue but they refused to let us talk to their Honda rep about our concerns and told us to send an email or leave a message on their 800 number. Terrible customer service. Take your car and money elsewhere.

Just purchased a 2024 CR-V from Napleton Honda. We could not be happier with the courteous and professional service we received from Christopher Woods our salesperson, John Azpuru the general manager and the business manager. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a straightforward and fair sales experience. Kudos to all.

Called and got a quote to reprogram my key fob, told to come in and didn t have to make an appointment. Went in at 3pm on the following business day. Was then told that the person doing the programming only works till 4 and was just finishing up another job. Although it would take 30 min to reprogram my key fob and service hours are until 6pm, I had to make an appointment to come back another day. Customer service didn t feel up to par. Wish I was just told to make an appointment on my initial call.

This is the fourth new Odyssey that I have purchased from Mike at Napleton's over the years. He has always been very friendly and helpful. I see no reason to go elsewhere for my future purchases.

Fantastic transaction from start to finish! Nick, our salesman, was top notch; the consummate professional. Jim, the finance guy, made what is usually the worst part of the experience, actually fun. He's got a great personality.Buying a car in these times is different. Few to no cars on the lot, so be prepared to wait for a car to come in. Fortunately, the CRV we wanted (in gorgeous meteorite metallic) was slated to come into the dealership about a month after we put down the deposit, so not a horrendous wait. (I suppose if the color and trim level you desire isn't coincidentally scheduled in soon to the dealership your wait could be considerable.)Actually, breaking up the car buying process proved to be de-stressing. We went to the lot, looked at one in a color that didn't interest us, put down a $2500.00 deposit, and left.When we arrived today for our appointment (exactly as promised one month later) the car was already detailed. All we had to do was sign the paperwork and go over the car with Nick, who explained everything thoroughly in his incredibly calming voice. (He should do relaxation tape voice-over work.)I highly recommend Napleton's Honda in Rockford. Probably the best car buying we've ever encountered. Honda is the best, and Napleton's Honda represents the high standards of the brand with ease. Well done.

This place is a joke and extremely unprofessional. They sold me a used vehicle with a ton of recalls on it that I cannot drive now and they will not do anything about it. Gave me the run around for a new vehicle, promising one thing and Dan said he'd make it happen and never did. Then he said it was contingent on a trade in which he never said previously. I was more than willing to trade in the one they sold me not even a year ago, never heard back. I will gladly drive to McGrath Honda in Elgin versus 10 minutes to this place. Don't waste your time here. Unprofessional and liars. All they do is waste your time.

I drove 6 hours to purchase a vehicle from Napleton. I was very pleased with the whole process, they had all the paperwork ready to go when I got there so I didn't have to wait around. My salesman Chris Woods was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and made the whole process easy. The manager John Azpuru made a point of coming over and introducing himself when I arrived and made sure everything was correct with the vehicle. I am very happy I chose to buy from Napleton!

Bought a 2018 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E from this dealer yesterday. This dealership is easy to work with, prices vehicles at a fair price, and has top notch salesman. John P. is a rare commodity left in the industry, he was great to work with. Also enjoyed working with Larry H. in finance. These gentleman made this deal easy peasy. The GSM, John A. also followed up with me to make sure I made it home 3hrs away safely. Napleton Auto Werks is an awesome dealership and I have already given them a chance to find my next vehicle. Looking forward to dealing with them again.
