We were having an issue with our RV not starting. After my wife and I did all of the basic tests to eliminate any issues with the control circuits we still had no progress to correct the problem. I contacted Midwest and Anthony was dispatched to find our problem. He had every piece of trouble shooting equipment to find the issue. He worked quickly and professionally and shared each step in his search with us until he was able to find a poor connection in a relay socket. As this was an intermittent problem I am very happy with Anthony's diligence and the company's quick response to our needs. We will recommend Midwest Mobile Services and Anthony to anyone that may need their help.

Rick, his daughter shelby,, Keith an Anthony. Are life savors . My brakes on my big truck locked up. Rick had a mechanic to me real quick an talked to me till he arrived.. then took me to the shop found the problem ordered parts an had his two mechanic fix my truck. An was so nice though the whole thing.. I want to say an extra thank you to them.. very professional but very friendly. THANKYOU. From me my cat an pup.

I have been to Midwest Mobile several times since they opened in 2020. They perform OEM maintenance on my gas SUV and keep it up and running! Rick, Shelby and the techs always keep my records up to date and are available upon request. I am so thankful for Midwest Mobile Fleet Service!I ended up with a completely flat tire. They got my right in to pull a nail and plug the hole.. only to find out I had a small slash in a tread. The guys were AMAZING! They pulled the tire off the rim, patched the slash and got me back on the road in no time at all!They saved me the cost of a new tire and got me back on the road in no time at all!If you are looking for honest, high quality work do not overlook them.Service: Tires

Just had our emergency breaks fixed at Midwest Mobile Fleet services! The owner Rick and his daughter Shelby are so friendly and can tell have their customers best interest at heart! Rick went over what needed to be done and did a great job explaining what needed to be fixed! Our tech Anthony was quick, friendly and very knowledgeable and took the time to show us what the broken parts looked like compared to the new parts put in! I was very impressed with the quality of service and the knowledgeable staff.They diagnosed my emissions issues and provided an effective course of action that was faster and more economical that what the dealer could provide. I can't even explain how Rick and his staff are just amazing. They serviced my Vegan truck that no one else could fix. Just the level of knowledge and how fast they are at getting what you need. My mom truck caught a flat before a major event and they got on it quick. They are the super hero's of there industry! We have had our RV serviced several times at Midwest Mobile Fleet Services. They recently completed a pre trip inspection for us, before we took our family on a cross country road trip. We have used Midwest Mobile Fleet for oil changes and routine service our 2018 Freightliner for the past two years. Their office staff are friendly, get us on the schedule quickly and answer any questions we may have. Their technicians are always prompt, very professional and knowledgeable. Their pricing is fair and reasonable and you can t beat the fact that they come to you to get the job done! We plan to continue using their services for our small business for years to come. I cannot say enough about the service, compassion and integrity of this company. The owner (Rick), his daughter (Shelby), service tech (Keith - and his wife Corrin (sorry if I misspelled that), are all very courteous, professional and caring. Not only did they take care of our immediate roadside needs, but they recommended lodging, gave directions and provided additional amazing service the next day. They were quick, efficient and provided incredible service, above and beyond. We met as strangers/customers and left as friends. A true blessing in an unexpected travel event. Midwest mobile you are the best of the best.

The service technician Justin was absolutely fantastic. He needed to make a fairly complex pump removal from a piece of heavy equipment and got it done quickly and efficiently. We had incredibly professional service from start to finish! Absolutely incredible service and really appreciated the evaluation of needs and pictures sent directly to my phone to explain what was necessary and what will be needed in time. Respectful of my time as well as getting the most for my vehicle at the price. Additional bonus is that they've come directly where my vehicle was. Well continue to go here and will recommend. Midwest Mobile Diesel continue to be the best and beyond. They believe in and actually Back their Service. They were recommended by my insurance agent at State Farm . I would not recommend this repair shop for a class 8 truck. I went for a PM and also had them replace all my batteries in my semi. My fuel filter and oil filter almost fell off, I had to have my truck serviced again a week later to correct those issues. If my oil filter would have fallen off that would have ruined my engine. Im glad I caught the mistake this shop made. Also when they replaced the 3 batteries on my truck they didn't correctly put my battery tie down back in place and I had to come back to their shop for that as well. In regards to the bill.... I have this same PM service done at the Kenworth dealer. I asked him why he charged me literally double the price for every filter for the PM and air filters, I had to bring in an old bill from the Kenworth dealer to show proof that I was over charged for the filters. That's when he changed the price on the invoice. I also was charged a $54 fee for using a credit card which he never mentioned. Use this shop with extreme caution if you have a class 8 truck!!!!!

My husband was broke down several states away from home. His International 4700 was loaded down and on way back to Texas when out of no where he had problems. He called Midwest mobile Fleet services and they came out quick. Keith did the most professional work and figured out our problem. Got my husband on the road again!!!! My truck threw the serpentine belt and I was stranded at 4 in the afternoon. One call to Rick and he was on his way. Fixed me up very quickly . He did this between calls. Great guy ...very professional. If your in need this is a go to destination for your repairs. Can't say enough good things about them.

We have had them come out to us multiple times to have services done on our trucks. They are able to do the service at your location, so they can do more in a single day. A worker came out to my home and tore my truck apart. Had me order multiple parts that was never the right part. Every part he told me to order was the wrong part and has cost me hundreds of dollars. Then left my truck torn apart so when I had a side party come look at it they said it was so torn apart they couldn't diagnosis it. And then they told us they couldn't and wouldn't help us and either put it back together or compensate for the damage they done or for the parts they told us to order which wasn't correct. And now is telling us they won't do anything to help us out correct their employees mistakes. Good thing for expensive lawyers
