LPT owner and staff are all amazing. They always find a convenient time for us and do what we asked. LPT does only what has to be done - they don't try to get us to do extra repairs. They will, however, let you know you may want to check something at the next visit as ---tires, wipers, etc. are beginning to show wear - but not necessary to repair at this time. I love having the heads up so we can budget for those things when they really do need to be done. Thank you to Grant, Kristen and the whole staff who makes us feel our business is important to them.

First time here and i was very impressed. I bought their oil change package and i feel it is a great deal. Not only does it come with the oil change but also a complete vehicle inspection a tire rotation and a wash and quick detail. Glad my son told me about this place. Top notch service

Great friendly and personable staff, we joked as the wrecker brought my car in. It took only a few days (since I didn't have an appointment), but I understood that it would. The staff even recognized me, since my mother goes there. Quality of service was fantastic and vacuumed the car before pick up. The labor cost was reasonable, the parts were mildly expensive, but I understand that's not their fault. Overall 9/10, I would easily take my vehicle there again.

Always a good experience when we bring our vehicle into LPT. They are kind and understanding. They will tell you exactly what you need and don't need. They are very busy because people trust them so plan ahead for work to be done.

LPT Automotive is wonderful! I work a busy schedule so I don t have time to drop off, when I need work done they will come pick my car up. Have never had a bad experience with them! Thank you!

I love these guys! I wouldn t go to anyone else! They repaired my car after an attempted car theft, do all my oil changes and anything else I need done. They have worked me in on days when they really didn t have the time to do so. They are always kind, professional and do their work quickly and on point! I d actually give them 100 stars!

got recommended from a friend to come here after having sooo many issues with my car. you name it i had it lol. this is by far the best place i ve been to. reliable , trust worthy and educational. i know nothing about cars but everytime something is wrong they explain everything in full detail , answer all my questions and pricing is great. never had a problem and now i recommend them to everyone i know, regardless of the problem. go here!! they are the best.

I have been bringing my vehicles to LPT for more than 20 yrs. When they were Loves Park Tire& Auto. My husband Joe and myself have always been treated like family, every thing with our car ,always explained in detail, everyone is knowledgeable, helpful and very outgoing. I have a 2012 Dodge Avenger, that is in greatworking condition because ofall of the staff & mechanics atLPT..GREAT SERVICE &GREAT PEOPLE.

Got oil changed here and my car came back with the skid plate only being held up by one screw and oil leaking onto my garage floor. The screws are metal. The blonde guy in charge tried to say the screws probably broke off. Instead of being honest about one of his techs not securing my skid plate he tried to shift blame. Then he tried to say the oil leak was due to a bad drain plug and that was also a lie because after the drain plug was replaced the leak has continued and seems to be getting worse. Regardless of the cause as the last people to work on the vehicle that they cut corners on they should be handling whatever this issue they likely created. Instead I ll be going elsewhere because I don t feel I can trust them too correct the mistakes when they can t even admit they made one. So I have a car leaking oil in the middle of winter to deal with. Thanks LPT and the condescending blonde guy in charge.

Brought in our car for a radiator replacement. ALL the staff was so helpful and patient! They provided excellent customer service! Not only were repairs done in a timely manner, the car was detailed and cleaned when we picked it up. Took my car into this shop a few months back, and had them check the head gasket and heating problem. When I got it back they told me it was all good to go and there was no head gasket problem and the heat was fixed. 2 days after that visit, the heat stopped working and there was still a head gasket problem. I brought it in for the warranty to fix these issues, and they fixed the heat and told me that they did not want to take the time to take the engine apart to check the head gaskets. Fast forward to today, the oil plug (which they put on and changed the oil the second time) must have been put on with an impact because it s tighter than a priest s bond with a 7 year old boy I am having coolant leaking problems (after they told me my head gaskets were good even tho they only did pressure tests). Would not recommend this business if you want your car to actually be fixed and not spend thousands on it for them to sit around in a circle and jerk each other off

Fantastic! Not only is it right across the street from my house but the staff is amazing, I called to have my tires looked at it was just making a noise wanted to make sure it was okay before our road trip. Josh told me to come in he would look at it even though they were super busy that day. He took the time to ensure me everything was good and it was thank you! If you need anything and you have not been here for services or repairs check them out

These guys and gals over there were fantastic, my transmission went out on the expressway 10 days ago, and had the car towed to them, I have not been there before, and right from the start they went through what the job would look like, the time frame, and kept me up to date during the 10days and then when I wasn't able to b up there to pick up the car on a friday do to working 2nd shift, they made it happen for me by bringing me the car when it was finished, to my work and it was waiting there for me when I got out.....thank you.......10 stars!!!
